Check in wasn’t much fun before you check in you need to leave a deposit of $150 the fun thing is the girl didn’t bother saying I had to ask how much there were taking.

Room ok bed comfortable even though I asked for a room non poolside I got a room poolside it was fenced off and hot tub closed which is disappointing. Bathroom new tub rest off bathroom outdated. Oh hot water it’s more warm !!!

Breakfast I was on the understanding that breakfast came with the room that’s the option that I choose just had to go back to reception and get a voucher then go back for breakfast otherwise breakfast after that was ok.

The area restaurants 2 supermarkets easy parking and walkable.

Being a weekend of unvacant hotels across the city this room was priced high at the time. On arrival was surprised, decent room and was bummed at first our window faced hallway wall. But with access to door outside it made it a win!!

There were four towels in room FOUR TOWELS!!! It meant I had a towel after my family showered!!
Most hotels have two, plus hand towels and wash cloths.

Comfy, big queen size beds, flatscreen Tv on the wall, remote was covered in plastic for sanitary purposes. The room had a microwave, Keurig with coffee supplies, ice bucket and cups and a mini fridge. Bathroom was full bathroom, well stocked. There was a half room off from the beds that had a morrow and sink and the microwave/Keurig and others stuff all on a long counter top. The air conditioner/heating system was on the one wall and easy to use. Over all we had a great night and a good sleep. They had a continental breakfast in the morning which was good and a very pleasant lady that was working it.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last two years. Overall, a good balance between function and price. The prices usually are reasonable and the rooms are clean with a decent included continental breakfast (boiled eggs, toast, cereal, coffee, etc. We had a microwave and fridge in the room which was nice plus Keurig coffee maker, also decent selection of TV channels. We had s double queen room with an interior corridor so the window opens onto the corridor. The curtains could be a bit longer so they start at the ceiling for a darker room. This time there was an adjoining room at the back of our room and the voices from next door carried through it easily. There is a nice pool which we haven’t tried yet. The three pillows were large and log like. At least one soft one would have been nice. This is a good hotel for a short stay and am sure we’ll be back.

We booked a reservation and arrived at 2am coming in off a late flight. We rang the door bell 5 times and finally a staff member came out to the front desk looking at his cell phone turned around and walked back into the back. So I rang the bell 2 more times and ended up banging on the door. I was asked why I didn’t ring the door bell, I informed the staff member that I did. We asked for a late check out and we were told we would have to ask in the morning when the manager was there which defeats the purpose of a late checkout. We were then told there was no elevator and our room was on the second floor, we had a baby, stroller and 3 suitcases. We asked if there was anything at all available on the first floor and were told no.
We hauled everything up to the room, through the dirty hallways with broken drywall and ripped carpet. We got to the room and the keys didn’t work. Husband ran down and got that fixed. We walked into the room and immediately began sweating. Couldn’t find a thermostat so called down to the front desk for help. Employee came up and couldn’t find it either. Said he would try and figure something out and would be right back. I used the toilet and the base of the toilet was loose from the floor making the toilet unstable and shaky. The employee came back up and said he could upgrade us to a king suite, on the first floor and just to leave our luggage in this room on the second floor and to go and sleep. At this point we chose to leave and drive home 2.5 hours at 2:30 in the morning rather than stay at your hotel. Our experience was awful, the hotel was dirty and run down, we were lied to when we asked if we could get a room on the first floor and the staff member working the midnight shift wasn’t allowed to offer late check out. All in all we were very unimpressed with you facilities and will not look to Travelodge for our future stays while traveling.

Didn’t want to pay the high prices downtown so opted for this hotel with relatively easy access to downtown. This is an older place that has been kept up fairly. The rooms all have a hallway out front of the room which then looks at the pool, hallway or outside. Parking is included in the room price and there is a large lot. Two story hotel with stairs, not sure if there is an elevator. The pool looked nice and there was a family enjoying it when I looked.
We had a double queen room, two queens, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, fridge (noisy as sits on the counter, not on the floor), efficient bathroom with necessary amenities including hair dryer. Enough hangers, ironing board, complimentary wifi, TV, cable, table, 3 chairs, clock and decent lighting. Beds were soft, 3 large pillows each bed.
Continental breakfast included, boiled eggs, yogurt, bagels, bread (toast), cream cheese, jams, cereal, coffee, waffles and juices, nicely laid out basic but filling.
Great location, beer store next door, Freshco and Sals also nearby. Across the street is Superstore and more shopping a short drive away.
No real problems but for some reason housekeeping came into the room when my wife was sleeping and there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, they obviously missed it.
Stayed a second time in July, upper level room, 203 which faces Fermor so a bit of road noise but not a problem. The bar smokers that congregate outside made more noisy than the traffic. The roof was being redone so when we arrived the room had a bit of a tar smell but diminished over time. The next morning, they were working around 7 so there was roof noise. The hotel warned us but we stayed and overall not a problem, they didn’t work on Sat and Sun. The work has to be done sometime.
Large room, 2 queens, fridge, microwave, Keurig, bathroom w. tub/shower and the usual stuff. My wife thought the room needed a little work, some water stains on the ceiling (probably why they were working on the roof) and the sitting chairs could have used a cleaning. We had Room 203 with a view of the front parking lot and Fermor. Still have complimentary breakfast as listed above.
Overall a good value hotel for a short stay, we’ll stay again sometime.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Their Jacuzzi room has a huge Jacuzzi! My family really loved the time we spent with one and another. Upon arrival we realized the pool was closed so if you have a little one, ask that your room is not pool facing or you may have a very upset little one.

Cons, the deposit amount given over the phone was $50 higher than it was when I arrived. States that is a pet friendly hotel when it is not entirely, it left me scrambling to find a dog sitter for my 7lb dog, wasting more of our family time and relaxing time. The room was dirty and grungy looking, layer of dust/dirt on the ceiling, bedding on the pull out bed that looked very slept on. Walls are really thin, there was a family with a child in the next room over and the kid cried and screamed off and on all night, so we barely got any sleep.

We are pleased you enjoyed our friendly staff and your Jacuzzi Room. We are a Pet Friendly Hotel though unfortunately not in our Jacuzzi Suites. I will ensure our Housekeeping Manager is aware of your concerns regarding the cleanliness of your room and have that immediately rectified. We apologize for the guests next door. Please lest us know and we would be pleased to call the room and perhaps move these guests away from other occupied rooms.

Checked in to this hotel to be put in a room that had a rotten wall in it. The room was used they put us in - dirty towel in the sink, no toilet paper, sink was cracked and leaking, the toilet started backing up at around 12 30 am. The person working the front desk said he didn't know what to do and there was no managers on call, he told us to use the public bathroom down the hall and close the bathroom door. I told him no and needed to find us a new room, at around 1 am he finally moved us with our 2 year old son to the hot tub suite, It was just a dirty as the first room. It was the direst room we have ever stayed at. This hotel should be closed to the public.

We apologize. The room has a window air conditioner that was leaking water on the wall below it. We have since removed and repaired this wall. We have also inspected this room and replaced the sink. I have spoken to the Housekeeping Manager to ensure all supplies are checked during her inspection. I am please they moved you to a suite and apologize that the cable in the living room stopped working and the shower drained slowly. We have also made the repairs to this room.

Room was very clean, yes quiet
