Beautiful spot! Outside is gorgeous. The inside of Cabin 2 was out dated but cozy. If you don’t like spiders do not stay here. There was tons in our cabin. Even though they were small we ended up ignoring them. Half way through our stay we found a couple Huge ones in the bathroom and ended up checking out 3 days early. Was too much for us and we don’t even mind bugs lol.

We had an amazing stay here in the last week of June. We only stayed for 3 nights and how we wish we could stay longer. It was our first time at Seclusion Bay, there were not a lot of advertising in the internet about this place. I found it in Google and just tried my luck based on the pictures I saw on their websites. Most of the reviews of this place were from 2 years ago. When we got there, we were a bit scared going down the steep road heading to the resort but when we arrived, we were amazed, the place was just so beautiful. The lake was calm, the property was well taken care off. This is a place where you can just sit by the lake, relax and just think of happy thoughts. Our little one had a blast swimming and playing in the sand. Bonus is we were there the weekdays before the Canada day weekend, so it was really quiet, we had the resort all to ourselves for 2 nights (Wed and Thu) and then renters started coming on Friday night, we left on Saturday. We will definitely be back next year, staying for a week for sure.

Family friendly, lovely beach, fire pits and marina. Fish right off the dock.
Everything was extremely clean and easy to relax. We are booking next year again for sure.
We came a week after Labour day, so the resort is quiet and peaceful..no sound of cars or light pollution...just tranquility! We stayed in one of the condos, slightly outdated but very nice. Paul was very nice and helpful. It's a great place to get away from the hustle & bustle of everyday life.

I checked in alone for some well-needed R &R! #105 suited me just fine. Although in need of some upgrading, it was clean, quiet and at the end so I didn't have other guests walking by as I sat A in my pj's outside for my morning coffee😄. Grocery stores are within a quick commute. Staff, especially Paul, were so helpful and knowledgeable. Be prepared for the drive down from the highway, although after the first time it wasn't as trepiditious! I will be back in 2017! Oh did I mention the lake is at your feet? Lots of fun watching the skiers and paddleboarders as well as kids jumping and diving from the dock. Con: wifi is almost non-existent.😢
