I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. Overall the hotel is a little old and dated. But a good price compared to the surrounding hotels. One thing to note is that it is not very sound proof. I could clearly hear conversations in the room next door
My usual go to for staying in Banff for an economical family friendly hotel. It is close to downtown so a short walk without needing to catch shuttles. It has access to all the facilities at the Banff Park Lodge.
It was a good stay. But the room was smaller than the picture posted online. You need to adjust for 4 Adults to stay in that room. But the location of the Hotel is 5 Star. All the Shops and the town is easily accesible.
The Bow View is my go to hotel when staying in Banff. Staff are friendly and helpful. The accommodation is perfect for my needs. It is close to downtown but in a lovely location near the river. It's connection with the Banff Park Lodge allows for a great restaurant experience and although I have not made use of other amenities, they are available if I would like to enjoy them. We checked in on the evening. Upon arrival we seen there was no spots left to accommodate a larger vehicle without blocking someone else in. When we talked to the front desk staff he was very rude and told us it was not his problem, to park in the small car spots or figure it out on our own before walking away. The front desk worker when we were checking out however was a lot more friendlier. We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool or anything extra like that but the rooms were clean and decent for the price you pay. It’s close to the main strip so it wasn’t a far walk to go pick up food.
