Great location, fantastic gym with stunning views, sauna, steam room, rooftop and indoor hot tubs. Room was comfortable, nice linens, decent dining and living room area, small balcony, OK kitchen (we had convection/microwave but no stove top).
We were in building 1, which desperately needs soundproofing. The kids next door sounded like they were killing each other and wrecking the place. Then the couple on the other side got going, and going, and going. Hours. (Google Paul Simon's opening lines in the song "Duncan.") And then they did a repeat in the morning. I was glad we didn't have kids with us who would have needed an explanation.
The parking garage spots are really cramped -- don't bring a big vehicle. Our not-big SUV was so squeezed in we had to fold in our mirrors and pray the people next to us wouldn't sideswipe us getting out. One of the two elevators was broken on the holiday weekend, causing a lot of angst among people waiting.
The hotel is an excellent hub for biking on beautiful trails all around the area, and lots of restaurants, the lake, etc. are within walking distance.
