Staff was very helpful in answering all questions and accommodating transportation to and from resort. Rooms were ready early and clean. Pools and water park very fun with a variety of choices. Beach was beautiful and water was clear. Restaurants were very good but quite expensive. Overall great stay

Me and my 13 yr old son hat an amazing time. We really enjoyed the Dolphin excursion and the water park. It is a family hotel and the walls were a little thin, so you can hear people walking and talking all night. Other than that it was a good experience.

It’s a gorgeous resort, extremely expensive, which clearly gives you high expectations, if you’re staying here, lower your expectations. Be ready to spend a lot, everything is separate and very pricey. Upon checking in they hit you with all these additional charges, be prepared. Don’t use your hotel key card to pay for anything, ask for receipts if you do! The rooms are outdated, the elevators are slow, old and limited (I stayed at the Coral). The bathrooms are tiny, outdated and the water pressure is mid. Do not book through a third party service, book directly or you’ll be treated like a charity case. Again, be ready to spend a lot, nothing is complimentary, everything includes 15% gratuity (and I mean EVERYTHING) plus they ask for additional tip. The food is phenomenal and the resort is gorgeous, but very very expensive.

There was always something to do. The pool temperature was cool and refreshing. Loved the restaurant options but must book really early before arriving.

We enjoyed our vacation, overall. My biggest complaint relates to the number of people from Cruise Ships that are allowed on the property. Wait times for water park rides were too long, as well as finding a chair at the pool was difficult every day. Also, there was an error on our bill at checkout, which they could not correct for us at that time. We had to leave for the airport without resolution of the error !!!
