This was our 3rd trip over the last 20 years. It's always a phenominal experience. We've been working super hard and hadn't taken a break in several years. The Cove is our respite and recovery. Easy to travel to, easy to return to the US and truly restful. There's plenty of ways to play too! The accommodations, staff, drinks and room service are wonderful.

We came with 2 other couples for a 3 night, 4 day stay. My husband is Ambassador. We checked in, all the girls were so nice and friendly. She asked us if we wanted drinks to our room or the points we took the points. She then said we should have checked in at the VIP section, she brought us to the area since a note was waiting. Our room was absolutely beautiful, we got an upgrade ocean front. The room was clean, it was always cleaned and had turn down service. We received 2 water bottles and a beach bag. We never stayed at the Cove, we previously stayed at the Royal towers with our kids when they were younger. It was so nice to have an Adult only area. The pool bar and waitress were wonderful. The waitress knew our drinks by the 2nd day. Food was good by the pool. We found plenty of seats. It was a great atmosphere. We were disappointed we ordered a cabana weeks ago and it the night before we received a letter saying we were on the waiting list, it went to the high rollers first. We will definitely be back.

Our first trip of a family of five and we loved it. Super kid oriented and such a fun experience. The kids club was great and we loved the in room babysitting options!

We enjoyed the Cove hotel and lazy river. Evening meals were delicious but expensive. The line at Starbucks is very long but Starbucks seems the least expensive option for breakfast. Overall, had a great time and looking forward to returning.
