Wonderful staff they were all friendly and helpful. They all went that extra mile to assist us. We are vegetarians which they do not cater for. There were three vegetarian options and they only had the vegetarian lasenza. We had chocolate cake and chocolate and strawberry ice cream every day on the dessert menu. The food menu is very repetitive. There as a fairly new chef Kwenzi who asked us what we wanted to eat and he went out of his way to make us happy and he did. A big shout out to Candi the lovest lady every. The rooms were always cleaned. The hotel needs updating and the menu needs to be changed every so often with some caribbean options. Otherwise great hotel and amazing staff

Awesome it was very great experience for me and family we got. Ha try on April 30th 2023 the staff was excellent especially Krishna and Mrs Henry professional and courteous and they all cummunicates we’ll Bay gardens is the place to be and very affordable has well the food is delicious has well

Buffet breakfast was excellent.
Lunch and dinner choices were limited.
Staff was always helpful and willing to assist
Room was clean,. While no water was provided in the room as indicated in the booking, the staff apologized and provided it a short while afterwards.
