The help of your whole staff which includes housekeepers, waiters and of course the management team was above what I had expected. I definitely can’t wait to go back to the resort! This resort is INCREDIBLE. I did a 7 day stay and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Travellers has an amazing home feel which I haven't felt in any other resort. The resort is directly on their own private beach. The water was so beautiful and clean. The staff was so delightful and friendly - they were very helpful when asking about local excursions. They even give back to the local communities through nonprofit organizations. Seriously, REDEFINED MY EXPECTATIONS OF RESORTS. I HIGHY recommend Travellers!

After researching hotels in the negril area traveller's had the best reviews for being a place that was welcoming and had return visitors over and over. I enjoyed my stay alot! The people were very nice and welcoming, the bar serves the best drinks the beach is perfect and it's a very small cozy resort. This was my first solo travel experience and I felt safe while staying here. I only wish the food had a bit more variety and gave me more of an authentic island cuisine. I did end up eating around at other local hotels or restaurants which is easily accessible by just walking along the beach! It's centrally located in a great spot! There's plenty to do around the hotel, bars , restaurants, a nightclub, and Rick's Café is just a short drive up the road.

My stay at Travellers, Negril, was excellent; the room, the food, everything was terrific. The highlight of this property is the staff. Guest relations manager Rochelle is an absolute asset to the hotel; nothing is too much trouble, and she is always on hand to help; an upscale guest service experience. She greets you every day by name. Tamara at the Restaurant is amazing as well. So worth a visit! We’ll come back next time we’re in Negril.
