Our family had suggested The Tuscany for our family holiday and it was one of the best recommendations we ever received. The resort was perfectly situated on the beautiful Grace Bay with easy access to restaurants, shopping and great water activities. The suite was superb, easily fit our family of six, and the daily housekeeping was exceptional. The staff, especially Shaquell, helped us plan activities before our arrival and answered all the questions we asked during our stay (even on her day off).

We will definitely be going back to Turks and Caicos and the beautiful Tuscany.

First and foremost the staff at The Tuscany were truly world class. Specifically Shaquell and Shawna Mae! They made are stay as effortless and perfect as it could possibly be. They assisted with details about our Suite, the resort, the beach and even physically walked us to a great family friendly bar/restaurant next door! They made reservations for us at different restaurants that were reccomended to us. They arranged Taxi service whenever we need it. Just truly fantastic. Thank you Shawna Mae, Shaquell and team!!! The beach is gorgeous, the water is crystal clear. We picked up by an Ocean Vibes catamaran right on the beach in front of the Hotel for an awesome snorkeling tour that included lucnh, snacks and drinks! They took us to Iguana Island and just cemented the fact that choosing The Tuscany was perfect with literally no down sides... Get there if you can!

Amazing stay with family, including 2 young children below age 10. The staff were all very kind and professional, over the top helpful in arranging activities and dinner reservations. Shaquell was particularly helpful, and very grateful for her efforts with rescheduling some of our excursions on short notice due to changes in weather. Will definitely plan another visit to The Tuscany.
