Ports of Call is a wonderful boutique resort! We did a lot of research on hotels, resorts, Vrbo, airbnb, and home rentals for our Turks and Caicos vacation. Ports of Call had everything we needed with excellent value.

The grounds are beautiful, and the suites are updated, contemporary and comfortable. There is a poolside bar! The breakfast is included in the room cost and is delicious. The beach is an easy four minute walk, or take the beach shuttle to dedicated beach space on Grace Bay Beach with nice chairs, umbrellas and helpful team members from the resort. The pool area is also so pretty.

The location is fantastic and a major reason for choosing Ports of Call. Right in the plaza of the resort are many great restaurants, bakeries and shops. A short walk across the street is the Seven Stars resort and the Ritz Carlton, which are both open to the public for restaurants and bars. Several other restaurants, coffee shops and a nice grocery store are just a few minutes walk away.

Ports of Call is extremely clean, including the rooms, the grounds, and the common areas. You will always see cheerful team members working on the resort.

The staff is awesome and well trained in customer service. The focus is definitely on the guest and we were so lucky to be cared for by everyone, but especially Bernard and Shandera who looked out for us during our stay. We chose Ports of Call after researching all of the resorts in the area, and we're so glad we did. The team is very helpful, attentive and professional. One very minor issue was addressed immediately by the outstanding management team, who are very responsive and proactive.

The breakfast team is lovely too!

This resort is an excellent value. The team is available to make great suggestions for dining and activities, and will also arrange transportation by taxi.

FYI, there are no elevators or bathtubs.

This is a great budget friendly resort in the heart of Grace Bay, only a short walk to the beach, as well as several shopping areas, a large supermarket, and a wide range of places to eat in every budget, with an outstanding and professional team working hard to make sure you enjoy your stay at Ports of Call!
