Everything was fabulous except-the kitchen. Room as described. Service was awesome! Now-back to the kitchen- Old rusted hot plate, broken coffee maker, dish drainer was broke, left over broken parts from other coffee makers, had to have the can opener replaced while we were there as the other was so dirty and rusted it wasn't save to open a can with. So a little go through and this would be awesome.

However, the kitchen equipment left much to be desired. The presence of old appliances like the hot plate and coffee maker, along with broken items, definitely detracted from your overall satisfaction. It's unfortunate that you had to request replacements but glad that you let us know immediately. so that we were able to take care of. We hope to see you again in the future.
Very quiet. Large rooms. Very tranquil and low key. The front desk staff were super friendly. All other workers were consistently grumpy you def need to rent a car. The 1 bar/restaurant was not enough for a resort at this price level. The food was not very good, service was slow and it was expensive.

Ocean Club East was a beautiful property. The shuttle took you to the West campus where it was a short walk to groceries, food, and shopping. Beach walk was about 15-20 minutes if you prefer that over the shuttle. Friendly staff. Prices for everything in Turks and Caicos was higher than most other places we have been. Grocery store if you have a VRBO or kitchen is good. We used the convenience store by the East campus for buying wine, beer, and other things. Easy walk. Again, beautiful beaches and water!! Ocean Vibes tours was really good. We used for an adult only sunset cruise, and again for a half day snorkeling excursion! Loved them both! We will be back again!

This was my first time staying in a villa style resort. The rooms were spacious and included all the things you have at home: washer and dryer, cookware, etc. The staff was amazing and helped with travel plans and excursions. The shuttle was great as it takes you between the east and west properties with no fee. Also all the amenities are accessible at both the east and west properties. Overall, our stay was amazing! 100% recommend this property.

We booked this resort at the last minute as this was an unplanned trip. The resort provided everything we needed regarding the room accommodations, location and price. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance on the property and another available via shuttle at their sister property. All of the food we had was pretty good. The doorman, shuttle drivers and front desk staff were very courteous and helpful during our stay. I would stay here again and recommend this place to others.
