Reasonably priced with good quality and quantity. Every dish of tapas we ordered was tasty and seemed freshly cooked.
Servers can be a little bit slow but I think that’s just them letting you enjoy your food as they’re friendly and helpful when they do serve you.
We went to a few Tapas restaurants on the street and this one defo comes out on top as the best.

The restaurant is beautiful and there is a queue but it didn’t take long for us to get in. Once we were inside the waiter was very sympathetic, patient and always had a smile on his face. Food came super fast and the best part…it was delicious! The paella is fantastic and so are the tapas! After four tapas and the paella we still had desserts which we don’t regret even a bit. We’re are surely coming back when going to Barcelona.

My wife and I stopped here as our first meal in Barcelona. We were IN LOVE with the pasta. It is made fresh when you order. Their tapas are wonderful, especially their shrimp! The manager was very friendly and was very excited to talk to us in English, even though I speak Spanish. The prices were VERY reasonable for the type and quality of food served. DO NOT MISS OUT!

At first the waiter who served us was polite and found a table for us outside, so far so good. I asked for a large glass of red wine , the same waiter made a sign as if he would bring a small bottle instead (“just for you”). When he returned with a full bottle of red wine my wife and I said no, that’s too much, just a large glass please, which someone else brought us grudgingly. We were then brought a green salad, this was good, followed by our main courses, which were also good, however the waiter who took away our starter plates just handed us back our cutlery . . .
We decided to ignore that and politely continued with our meal. We finished with a sweet, which was great. To be honest the food was very good. It was when we asked for the bill that the original waiter who served us became slightly aggressive, on returning with our change he rattled a tin in front of us with the remaining euro coins and €10 note. We quickly left, leaving the moron three or four euros. My wife said she had noticed he was being aggressive to other customers throughout our stay there. Maybe the waiter has mental health issues or doesn’t like foreign customers. I would highly recommend that anyone reading this avoid this restaurant, which is a shame, as the food was good. I wonder if the background staff (or owners) are aware that the waiting staff are letting them down so badly front of house. Clearly this particular waiter is an ignorant fool who has zero people skills and should not be allowed to work in a restaurant.

Ate here last night with my daughter. The food was average and took forever to arrive. My daughter had finished hers before mine arrived. Highly doubt the seafood in the paella was fresh - tasteless and rubbery. The toilets- absolutely disgusting. They were unclean and extremely smelly. There was no soap and the tap was hanging off the sink. Bare in mind the toilets are just behind the kitchen. Yak.

We saw the rating and were sure to get some good food with our 10 year old girls. We ordered some Tapas( Patatas, octopus and gambas). The patatas came with sauce on top even though we sad we dont eat any milk products. But then we got 4 times the salmon fish with vegetables wrapped in ALU FOIL on our main course plate on our table with chips. Terrible and unhealthy! Unbelievable, asking how this can happen we were told that thisnis the Spanish way to cook this! This is not possible any mire in our times, abd we paid each 16 Euros for this alu cookes fish! Never again, dont go there! I feel so sorry I dient make a picture but I was too schocked!

My daughter and I went to Colom for the seafood Paella and it certainly did not disappoint! It was superbly delicious! And our waiter Mamago was a joy to have - he was kind and attentive. The sangria de vino was enjoyable. Be warned though, dinner is a busy time and the restaurant seems popular among locals and tourists so I highly recommend making a reservation. We ended up waiting over 40 minutes for a table. But gratefully the food and service were worth the wait.

Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this restaurant. We had to wait approx. an hour for our paella. We couldn’t find the fish in the paella and the chicken peaces were very small. When we told the manager that we were very disappointed he told us to go to another restaurant. The staff was not motivated to serve the customers.

Best Paella we had in Barcelona. The employees were also very nice and respectful. I also ordered the lobster over rice. I’ve personally never eaten lobster and wasn’t sure how to cut it but they were patient with me and helped me break it apart and it was seriously delicious. If I could go again, I would. You also can’t beat the prices!

We had a very bad experience with a waiter at this restaurant. He got angry because we only ordered drinks and started swearing at us in a foreign language that wasn't Spanish. The whole situation became very unpleasant and we decided to pay our bill, without drinking any of what we had ordered and left the restaurant.
Do not visit this restaurant, as the staff can be very rude and aggressive towards customers. We also had a small child with us when this happened.

Visited as a family of 4. Kids had pizza and they are all made fresh and so delicious. My husband and I shared a sea bass and a mix of small tapas plates. Croquettes are very popular in all the surrounding areas so had to give them a whirl and they are all very nice. We tried different ones at different establishments but these chicken ones were my favourite by far.

Me and my wife came here as a recommendation from our friends and were skeptical seeing the big queue and small location. How wrong would we had been! Absolutely lovely staff! Thank you Mamico(hope am spelling right)! Had a happy birthday sung to me and felt special. Food was awesome. Staff great and waiting time worth it!

Whist wondering around the Gothic Quarter in search of food we came across this unassuming place. It was an odd time of day to have a meal (mid afternoon) but there was lots of people in there - which in my books is always a good sign. So in we went.
Good choice of food on offer and it was delicious. The best tortilla de patatas (spanish omelette) I have ever eaten - by far! The paella also looked amazing and we would have had that if we had realised. Staff were really friendly and the place had a buzzy atmosphere.
We passed again that night when heading out of the Gothic Quarter and there was quite a queue to get in - it’s reputation proceeds it.

We went there relying on the good reviews. This restaurant is no 4.6!!Bad food quality for exhausted tourists only.Everyrhing we ordered was average or below, all the plates broken,service was quick though

This was absolutely amazing. The paella was delicious and we had a brilliant time. Really well priced for the amount of food and awesome bar staff, so attentive and fun. They really made the experience greats. Stop reading and just go here
