Great place that is really a local hangout - being locaties across from the Barcelona Hells Angels. We have been coming here since opening almost 10 years ago; bottom line is: it never disappoints; from the staple Cheese Fondue: the always generous and well prepared variety in main Courses all from one of the tinyest kitchen you can imagine.They have great chocolate desserts too - molten cakes or tiramisu: and then they have their own Secret vermouths and limoncello which are awesome aperitifs or after dinner... During our last visit my mother was sick and they pulled out all stops taking care serving lovely alcohol free drinks too.
Very good price qualify and away from all the touristy places in the city; keep it to yourself...

Menu hardly changes but this does mean the kitchen does the food very well. Always a very warm welcome and staff willing to help on translations.
Salads and pate to share as starters. Plentiful supply of warm bread.
Mains of duck, vegan burger, salmon, veggie filo wrap - all very tasty
Shared a selection of excellent desserts

“Step by Step” make you way to this local bar/restaurant. Be prepared, the menu is entirely in Catalan and the bar tender has limited English. But the very friendly and accommodating server made sure to direct me to a flavorful dinner of croquets and duck confit. Truly outstanding, coupled with the house wine. The duck was accompanied by the bread already highlighted as delicious by other reviewers. Mostly locals sitting at the bar drinking beer debating the news of the day, great music playing in an intimate and quirky environment. Topped off with a gratis glass of pacharán to settle the stomach from the rich duck. Good value, great quality, highly recommended. Only sorry I discovered it on my last night in Barcelona!

We found this little restaurant by chance when we walked from the marina to our hotel in the evening. The small restaurant is very individually decorated and furnished. You have different rooms where there are nice seating options. You can also sit nicely outside, which was already going well in March. The kitchen is excellent. We have been there three times for dinner because we tasted so good on the first visit. We're happy to come back.

This small restaurant is definitely worth a visit for dinner. It is located on Carrer de Fluvià, between Avenida Diagonal and the Complex Esportiu Mun. La Mar Bella. 7 minutes walk from Fluvià the tram station. The interior is really amazing (and kind of strange) - visit the bathrooms - it's fun. See pictures.

Wife and I were staying at hotel around the corner and stumbled on this place one evening.
We were made to feel very welcome, and, despite the menu being on a blackboard in Spanish the waiter was happy to translate for us and explain the dishes.
The food was delicious and you could tell it was made fresh. The service was attentive and the atmosphere was buzzing.
Highly recommend stopping here for food and drinks!

What a lovely surprise this little typically Spanish bar/restaurant was! The blackboard menu had a lovely choice of fresh dishes prepared for the day. Meat, fish or vegetarian and delicious desserts and coffee!

Excellent local food! We read the reviews on Yelp and went here for dinner. The menu was completely in Spanish, but the waiter translated everything for us in English. Huge portions—we gpt the salad with croquettes, potatoes with ham and cheese, and sirloin that was cooked perfectly! The sangria and IPA beer was awesome too. Loved the small, cozy ambience, and the 60’s music playing in the background. Would love to come here again!

We arrived late in Barcelona and found this spot filled with locals (always a good sign). The bartender graciously and patently talked us through the entire menu. Everything we ordered was delicious and cooked to perfection. The meal was very reasonably priced, especially given the quality of the food. If I lived in the neighborhood, I would be a regular.

What a gem. Menu changes daily and is written in Catalan. Full of locals, we walked in and found a table, that was lucky. Started with a tasty goats cheese salad followed by a bacalau cod fish main. Simple and delicious. Remember to ask for the business cards, they change them when they run out and we got to see the new samples from an enthusiastic Benjamin. Could eat here again tomorrow
