Purchased tickets while in PV at our resort. All said it was a great experience. The ride was a little rough but the tequila tasting on our return made up for it. Our bus driver Gustavo was the best and did a great job.

We did the tour to Yelapa while in port during our cruise. Overall we were happy. It was a little stressful once we realized the timing might not work to make it to the tour on time after arriving since the ship time in an hour behind local time. It was organized chaos in the terminal as there were throngs of locals going out on various ferries for the day. We got off the ship immediately and found our way to their check-in desk and we barely made it on time. It was about a 45 minute ride out to the snorkel spot. They advertised also paddle boarding and kayaking but there were way more people wanting to kayak than kayaks available. That was disappointing for anyone hoping to kayak and not snorkel like me. During the boat ride they checked who wanted to go up to the waterfall and said sandals were not allowed. If you had sandals you needed to pay for the ATV or horse ride ($30 cash). We had sandals so went ahead and did the horse ride. It was neat riding the horse up the narrow streets and across rivers up to the falls. Totally could have walked up in sandals so I'm not sure if that was just a ploy to pay money for the extra, but the horse ride was memorable so glad we did that. Open bar during the boat ride. They were playing music too which was fine but maybe a bit too loud.

The cost and pick up at airport was fantastic. I booked ahead from Canada and our driver was waiting at front doors of airport for us. He helped us with all luggage and was very friendly. The van we ordered was newer and very clean. Will use this company from now on.

When I booked the RZR tour I called customer service to confirm the excursion would end at 5:00 pm. We were on a cruise and had to be back to port by 5:30 p.m. I was told yes. When we get to Wild Trek I'm told the tour ends at 5:30 pm. I explained our situation and the woman at Wild Trek then told us we would have to pay an additional $30 PP for a private tour which would get us back to the office by 5:00 p.m. We had no choice, pay the $60 or not go on the excursion and loose the money I had already paid Vallarta Tours. I'm not sure who is at fault Vallarta Tours or Wild Trek but there is a problem in communication. Aside from that issue The RZR tour was great! Arturo was a great tour guide and the food and the people at Rancho Las Vegas were great.

We had a great tour of Puerto Vallarta with Antonio and Santos (our driver). They took us to all of the places on our list and also provided other great recommendations, most notably the tequila tasting and restaurant by the tequila factory. The van was nice with much needed air conditioning and it was perfect for our group of 8. The private sightseeing tour was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend it.

We used the airport transfer from the airport to our hotel. The online reservation and payment system was very easy. Getting past the timeshare salespeople inside the airport and finding the Puerto Vallarta Tour staff just outside the door per the instructions received was helpful. Staff and driver were both friendly, making our trip to the hotel stress-free and convenient. We would definitely use them again!

Couldn’t be happier, great trips, great prices, extremely helpful especially as the last couple we booked were short notice, these guys did everything possible to ensure we got our trips. The booking on-line was quick and easy. The clear directions were easy to follow and pick up meant a smooth transfer to our resort. We will definitely use your transfer services again. Highly recommend to others.

We did the Whale Watching tour and the E-bike taco tour and we were happy with both. The whale watching tour was just amazing and we got to watch a couple of groups of whales and get close to them. The tour was 3 hours and it was very fun and the tour guide was very engaging. We also enjoyed the taco tour with the e-bikes we got to 3 places and have original Mexican tacos, tequila tasting, visiting leather and pottery stores and see Elizabeth Taylors house up there in Peurto Vallarta! The tour guide Hugo was very fantastic and he took great care of all guest and while biking in the City he made sure we are all safe.

My flights were cancelled or changed due to weather 4 times over two days and PV Tours didn't even blink and gave me new vouchers each time and then picked me up on time and took me to my hotel. Could not think of asking for anything more from them. Fantastic service!
