I spent an enchanting stay with my daughter, Patricia, at the end of August 2021, in Turkey, at Kempinski Hotel The Dome, Belek. A special location, both in terms of the hotel, and beach, and services. This hotel full of serenity offers a unique service in line with its Luxury All Inclusive Concept. We had a very nice room, with sea view, located on floor 2, of the hotel which had 3 floors (room 205). The rooms are large, spacious, and the cleanliness is exemplary, performed several times a day. The linen changes the next day .... I would mention the housekeeper Firi Furuzan, very hardworking and kind. Of all the riviera, the private beach of this hotel is the cleanest, equipped with sunbeds with large mattresses and comforters, with fine sand and clean water. Here you will find both turtles and sardine schools, which attest to how clean and ecological the resort is. Do not miss the golf courses, pine forests, lakes with wild ducks and fish, which offer total relaxation. The food is very tasty, the service is exemplary, everything is clean and prompt as if you were at a Michelin star restaurant. I would mention one of the most ... fast and professional at Lale Restaurant, Mahmut Furkan Celik. I recommend you to spend your evenings at Palm Lounge Bar, where you have special music, orchestrated by famous DJs in the area. Look for Soner and Muhammed, who will serve you with great pleasure and you will spend some unforgettable evenings! I would also mention The Dome Caffe, Putter's Jazz Lounge, The Sanitas Spa & Talasso Center and the a la carte restaurants, which make this hotel the best and most luxurious location on the Mediterranean coast.

First and foremost, whole personnel from the reception to the waiters, cooks and housekeeping are exceptionally helpful, kind and dedicated to make sure all visitors enjoy their vacation at the facility. Service at the beach, restaurants and bars is like clockwork and very kind. We want to thank each and everyone of them for making our vacation a relaxing one. Excellent hospitality and professionalism from all the team. One good thing about this facility is that there are no “animators” around. Also, no excessive and improper music broadcast, which pollutes many otherwise good hotels. Some nice and relaxing music at the pool bar and the beach restaurant and that is it. Just as it should be. There was some high volume electronically manufactured sound broadcasted near the beach spoiling the afternoon relaxing time, but the management responded very actively to our comment and shut it down. I strongly hope they keep it that way, so all the visitors can enjoy this pristine environment. Food is very good, and I want to congratulate the kitchen for not hiding behind open buffet routine and include some sophisticated Turkish and international meals. We specifically enjoyed the sea food and some seldom made, hard to cook Turkish specialties. It was also clear that the produce from meat and sea food to fruits were procured top quality. The menu restaurant option for lunch near the beach is very enjoyable, especially with the breeze from the sea. Kitchen personnel proudly serving their produce from behind the Covid precaution tables made each one of our meals an enjoyable experience. The bars offer a very good selection of local and imported brands included in the package and the cocktails were well made. Congratulations to all the food and beverage team. The facility is very well planned and build. All the common areas and rooms are kept meticulously clean. Apart from the nice beach and wide pool, there are large green/lawn areas that offers a green option. I am not able to comment on the golf course but the 5 km track around it gives exercise opportunity with excellent views. All in all, we want to thank the whole team for making our week there a very relaxing and enjoyable one. This includes a special thanks to all the personnel employing Covid-19 precautions with zero tolerance. Thank you.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our golf holiday and we will come back again. Service to & from the golf course was splendid with a room on site allocated for the secure storage of golf clubs. Initially the room allocated to us was not what I would consider worthy of a 5* hotel. However, this was quickly & efficiently rectified by our receptionist AJ who was more than helpful in sorting out another room. Giving the hotel the benefit of the doubt, I believe due to us arriving early in the season , perhaps all the rooms had not been fully serviced. The rooms are cleaned and serviced daily with the mini bar being replenished when drinks are consumed. The food was delicious for breakfast, lunch & dinner and the service in the restaurants, pool and beach area were very good. There is the opportunity to watch major sporting events in the sports bar/lounge, however , it’s best to request/advise the bar manager, who was incredibly helpful if you want to watch a particular event so that he can ensure it’s available to watch. We had 3 massages in the hotel spa which were excellent but expensive. The pool & beach area is immaculately clean with an abundance of sun loungers, towels and parasol for shade . ALL the hotel staff from reception to the beach/pool/bar/restaurant staff were polite, helpful and only too willing to assist. I would happily recommend this hotel as a great place to stay.

The service was excellent. The staff was kind, helpful and professional, especially Selvi ‐ a girl from the Palm Lounge. The food was delicious, we enjoyed fresh salads at the snack restaurant. The room we stayed in was comfortable and kept perfectly cleaned. Also thanks to the lady Zeliha who was taking care of us on the beach ‐ bringing clean towels and cleaning the rubbish on the seaside.

Small all inclusive hotel with wonderful staff. Our room was spotless and towels changed very frequently(sometimes twice a day). Food was very good and for a buffet it varied every night.
There are plenty of sunbeds by the pools and beach. Whatever time of day you went down there were plenty free.
The staff are unbelievable, they remembered what I drank and insisted on bringing my drink to my sunbed.
We had a very early start on our return and arranged an early morning call at 4.20am, the gentleman at reception arranged for tea to be delivered to the room at 4.25. Wonderful service.

Just back for 2 days stay there (unfortunately only 2 days). We are family of 2 adults and 10y old child, and booked a Family room, where it was shown in their website (and I checked also what in Booking.com), it is mentioned 2 bedrooms, with1 big bed, and the other one with2 single beds. First, we were assigned at 559 where the second bed was only sofa and they put the blanked and pillow on it!! (I should have taken the picture as it is unbelievable!!)). I booked a family room which mentioned 2 bedrooms with the 2nd bedroom should be 2 single beds as advertised. I was furious, the young red lady who escort me had to make a call downstairs etc. Afterward we had to go back again to receptionist where the supervisor (the black lady) came to ask me what the problem is (which she knew already as her red lady told her by phone). I do not understand, she mentioned Junior Suite, NO, NO, we booked family room (clearly in the voucher) not a junior suite. And she gave us the family room as If it was courtesy from them, but then when we got the room (159), we found out that the room exactly like we got before, but with the 2single beds as advertised. So clearly Junior Suite and Family room are in same corner/layout, the different is only the 2nd room, either with 2 single beds or living room So, no good impression at all (sorry for the bellboy and the young lady in red, I was so furious I did not give any tips) Second, we went to the bar, it was already 22h, not many people on Boxing day. I do not know for some reason that the waiter just ignores us, until 10minutes we call her. I mean, helloooo, there was only few guests there (probably only 3-4tables occupied), and other guests, when they come, the waiter straight away come to get the order. This is not 1st time we stay in Antalya. We have stayed in other similar hotels in the region (Legends, Delphin Imperial, Titanic and ClubMed Palmiye ), but so far this is the worst hotel we ever had in term of service. Not to mention, it is overpriced compared with their service and the AC either too hot or too cold. We know in advance that there is no entertainment in this hotel, it is fine for us, we choose it because we want to get quiet holiday Anyway, luckily that I only booked 2 nights as we want to see first, and finally we moved to another hotel for the remaining holiday. The buffet food and the bar (not the one with live music) are excellent though. Food variation/quality and the staff is wonderful. Last thing, when we checked out, the black lady just said all is OK, no additional charge and bye. It is very cold one. I am not sure probably we are not Russian? We never know. For sure, we will not come back again.

Turkey Kempinski Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel . I been to Turkey 5 times and was on the more delux quieter ones but a few improvements be needed Food buffet breakfast was amazing lunch at the bar was table service cooked fresh to order very good .you could also eat in the buffet and a cake counter yum Dinner buffet was good had a a nice selection not as much as some hotel but remember this is a smaller hotel and had specialty nights Went to 2 specialty restaurant fish on the beach very good and the Chinese which was ok we paid €25 ph they had a Asian night so if known wouldn’t of bothered All the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for you Little Silvi she was amazing so sweet and a great barso was the rest of the staff which can’t remember there names can’t fault anyone Great bar out on the deck to chill and take in the view . Didn’t use spa normally have a Turkish ham-an All looked nice though Great pool and beach area plenty of comfy beds umbrellas towels and not on top of each other and the pool guys always on hand to help . And waiters serving drinks to you GYM. Very well equipped but too hot I done the 10.30 yoga/stretch class instructor she was very good Entertainment you have to remember this is a quieter hotel with the odd DJ pianist and singers . Our husband played 4 rounds of golf and they said it was amazing. Pasha / sultan Our room was not sea view it was clean big and had everything you need we wasn’t in there long to worry about the view The pool bar was located perfectly but it wasn’t ready to be used it needed a good sort out and overhaul ,the poor staff had had to do the best they could with it . With what they had running back and forward getting stock ect the cocktails was hit and miss in the bars depending who made them and I know there was shortage of certain alcohol and trouble getting them atm but not always good which was a shame I especially the expresso martini’s

Info We had a newsletter through the door telling us some bits but had I not seen the class on the grass I wouldn’t. no where to have gone I now they have Lady in red service to ask info and they don’t want big signs or people harassing you but maybe something on the tv or app with more info as I can’t be bothered to go to reception and ask but that’s me I like to see it in front of me . Have been coming to Kempinski for multiple years now and everything stays perfect! The service is prestige, every morning they refill the fridge in the Villa and bring new fruits! The restaurants are amazing although the À la carte restaurant at times had slow service. One of the workers there Muhammad did an amazing job at providing the best service and when the food would take long we would ask him about it and in the span of 10 minutes we would have been served. I want to additionally thank one of the workers Mehmet he would go above and beyond, bringing food to the villa and bringing new refreshments daily without even being asked to. A very positive person who smiles a lot and made the experience so much better! The butler Tufan would keep the villa always nice and looked after any questions or requests we had he would always help us out! The hotel is an amazing place if you want some peace and quiet! In the evening they have a wonderful lounge outside with Maldivian sand which looks incredible where you can grab a few drink and listen to music with your friends/partner. Checkin was a delight, offered seats and drinks whilst provided with information for our stay. I queried what the restaurant was like for gluten free food and was provided with an allergen form to complete, not sure what the purpose of this was as only food in the Lale restaurant which was clear was GF was the bread. Ideally it would be helpful if all dishes were labelled as such, I have coeliac's disease and have to stick to a strict gluten free (glutensiz) diet. Initially I stuck to the obvious gluten free food but then spoke to one of the several chefs who were in the dining room. Glad I did as he referred me to one of the other chefs who walked me round confirming what was GF and which was not. This was repeated each night with the same chef cooking a GF seafood pasta dish especially for me. I didn't get his name but it was fantastic and this kind of service is exceptional! The food, choice and variety is excellent. All staff encountered were friendly, helpful and polite. The Piano bar provides a relaxing place to enjoy a drink with live music. Scan the QR codes provided in the bar to get a list of available drinks. Premium brands such as Tanquery gin are available but you need to ask for them otherwise you will be given local brands. If eating outside on cooler nights they provided shawls. We had a side sea view room, very comfortable, spacious and excellent hot shower. Pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds and waitress bar service. Palm lounge bar provides tea up to 5.30, the menu here is clearly marked with what allergens the food contains, very helpful! We were to play golf, never had a problem getting the golf shuttle and if this wasn't available, one of the staff drove us in the hotel transport. We have stayed in 2 other hotels in Belek and have never experienced service, quality or variety of food or professionalism of staff as experienced here. This hotel is exceptional on all levels and will definitely visit again and recommend it to others.

To start with, me and my family spent one week in this hotel at first we were shocked by the poor management. We booked 3 villas and to be honest the villas were perfect but we thought that by getting 3 villas everything at the hotel was included but they keep asking us to pay for every time we want to do something even if you order the breakfast to the villas. The only difference between a basic room at the hotel and the villa is that you get a golf cart and a private pool.
If you go there ask for “Mehmet” he is the best butler!. Ask for “Fatih” if you have any problem. And ask for “Ali” he is the coolest. “Ahmet” also is very nice.

We are extremely disappointed to hear your recent experience did not meet your expectations and you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately the travel package you bought did not include free food delivery services. Therefore, these services were offered for extra cost.
