We stayed for 10 days in unit 366 (3rd floor) in building 17. This building is directly along Bell Rd. so you can hear the traffic, but it's quiet at night. The unit is large - 2 bed, 2 bath, with kitchen, dining area, living room, full washer/dryer, walk-in closet, patio, in-room safe - and comfortable for a longer stay. We come to Scottsdale for golf, so it's nice to have a condo-style unit - the space is nice as is the ability to do some meals. The wifi was also good. Housekeeping came in every 3 days or so, which was nice as well. The grounds were well-kept, the parking has a cover to keep the car cooler, there's a nice pool area and the fitness centre is spacious and has 2 Peloton bikes and several treadmills, as well as weights. The location is right on the 8th hole of the TPC Scottsdale - Champions golf course. It's a nice area, but there's no food options within walking distance. You have to drive - but many options within a 10 minute drive. We would suggest the Mission for dinner (2 locations and we prefer the one in Old Scottsdale) - they have the most awesome guacamole - highly recommend! If you don't mind a bit of a drive, the Sicilian Butcher is a great choice for Italian. It is close to the 101, making it very convenient for getting around Scottsdale. We found the staff to be pleasant and they checked in periodically to see if there was anything you needed. Walking around the grounds, they would always say hi.

We were there for 6 days and checked out Monday, June 29. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this timeshare. We had a 3 bedroom on the second floor. We requested a third floor because we knew the walls were paper thin. They told us there are no 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms are a nice size with great closet spaces. Unfortunately, our room was near the highway which can be noisy.
Check-in was fine and masks are required. I am glad the "concierge" desk was closed because I did not want to deal with the pressure. However, now they call you before arrival to try to persuade you to attend a timeshare presentation.
The room was clean but I sanitized it again once we arrived. There were ample bathroom towels and pool towels in the room. The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and utensils. A basket of coffee supplies were near the coffee maker (out dated). We used the washer and dryer twice. A small pack of detergent is in the laundry basket but bring your own dryer sheets. Plenty of trash bags in the room but access to trash receptacle/dumpsters was inconvenient.
Each room had a television. However, they are not smart TVs. We requested a DVD player to use; it was delivered promptly. My son and I used the workout room. It was clean and had fresh towels and sanitizer wipes for the machines. The pool was open but we did not use it. There was another pool/jacuzzi area but a lot of young adults were crowded together in it.
The security guard working the night of June 25 was kind and helpful. The housekeepers were also nice.
Lots of renovations happening on one side of SLR. Hopefully, the updates will be nice because the timeshare maintenance fees are exorbitant.
There are many stores and great restaurants in the area.

The three-bedroom unit is a great layout for working remotely or a big family. Staff was very friendly and helpful and arranged to have the same unit throughout so no moving was required. The resort was clean but there was no ordinary treatment, of course blaming COVID. However, we have stayed at other exchanges which did not incur the extra charges. They are not cleaning your rooms or providing extra clean towels, linens etc. They provide you with one packet of soap and no fabric softener and you are to wash your own. I dont mind doing that, but do mind paying the extra $199 for nothing...but their made up charges. Disappointing.

There were a number of signs in the suite talking about how they follow CDC guidance on COVID-19 cleaning. They placed little placards in many places talking about how much cleaning they do (even under the beds). After an initial inspection, we felt pretty confident and comfortable staying here. One area they do neglect, is carpet cleaning. After less than 10 minutes of walking in the suite in my white socks, I had dark grey socks.
The central AC/Heater system looked like it was dedicated to just this suite. It was a relief that we wouldn't be sharing re-circulated air with neighbors
The staff was friendly and responsive. The lobby had social distancing markers on the floor. The staff were protected by plexiglass. I noticed all the staff (housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) wore masks.
The laundry washer and dryer was a little bit worn but got the job done. The kitchen appliances all worked just fine. I liked the assortment of cooking gadgets and equipment.

This is our first time staying at this resort, and we have enjoyed it a great deal. Almost everything is close by. We stayed on a timeshare reservation in a 2 bedroom unit. We lacked for nothing. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. We very much appreciate having a washer and dryer in the unit. The grounds are well kept and pleasant. While we didn't use the pool, I could hear people splashing around. There is the occasional noise from a nearby airport. Parking is plentiful, and some spots are covered. A very enjoyable stay!

Nice size units and friendly staff. The rooms and outdoor space were well kept and relaxing. A few more dishes would be helpful because we would have to hand wash or run the dishwasher with minimal dishes. Sadly they add a $29 daily service fee which should be included in the initial charge. The service amenity fee charged each day it’s just another way to increase the expense.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Scottsdale Links. The condos were spacious and well equipped with full washer/dryer, a large dining room, comfortable living room furniture, large TVs in both the living and bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen.
The King size bed deserves special mention as it was very comfortable.
Parking was plentiful. The outside of the units aren’t impressive but the units themselves are great.
It’s a short drive to the Scottsdale airport as well as to the McDowell Sonoran Preserve (which offers great hiking).
Everything you need is nearby, restaurants, grocery store, everything.
I’d stay here again.

First, the resort is comfortable but a little dated in the rooms (like paint peeling, chipping).
The a/c did not work well and we were baking in the unit during the day and freezing at night. When we arrived, there were toiletries for 2 people even though we had 9 in a 3 bedroom.
Resort fees were charged even though essential amenities were closed b/c of COVID.
Also, we checked out early. I was promised a refund for resort fees for days we did not stay. I have not seen a refund come through.
There is no local phone number for the front desk. When we call, we are sent to the national reservation line. I went to the front desk and they said they would email me the number to reach them. I did not get an email.
At this point, I will contest the charges on my credit card for resort fees on days we did not stay there.
The dryer in the unit did not work well. It took 3 cycles to dry a small load of clothes.

Great resort and caring staff. Ryan at the front desk and Ty in concierge have gone above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an issue with our dishwasher, and the maintenance man was prompt to address it. If his solution does not solve the problem, he will replace the dishwasher tomorrow. Excellent service!

Hello,
this property has a small snack shop inside the lobby where you can purchase snacks, toiletries, soft drinks, wine, and beer products. Unfortunately, there's no food outlet on the property.
We are RCI timeshare owners who were invited to stay at Scottsdale Links in late January, 2022. We paid the usual RCI fee of roughly $300 for our week at the resort,and that is non-refundable. When we signed in at the resort, they put a $100 hold on our credit card as a damage deposit. There was no damage noted after our departure, so the hold was removed two days after we left.
However, the Links is a Diamond Resort, and they were recently sold to Hilton Resorts, so the procedures could have changed. Best bet is to call the resort and ask. The resort phone number should be on the documents you received when you booked.
We don't have car rentals on our premises but the nearest rental location is Enterprise located at 16275 N Greenway Hayden Loop, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. -HN
There are more places to choose from in the Scottsdale area.
