It had been a long time since my last visit to Greece and thanks to these lovely apartments I can't wait to return!
Spotlessly clean, centrally located, lovely pool area, and brilliant staff.
The apartments are a stones throw from The Strip but also easy walking distance to the Canal D'Amour area.
The beach is a two minute walk away. If you feel brave enough there are watersports and also cliffs to explore and jump into the crystal clear sea.
Back at the apartments there is a bar which also serves food. In the evenings there are quiz nights, karaoke and our 13 year old daughter's favourite... cash bingo! (Won herself some extra spends).
The Sidari waterpark is well worth a visit 5 euro per person, where they have Covid procedures in place , temperature checks, contact details, disinfecting sunbeds etc.
We had a brilliant two weeks here, special thanks to the amazing bar staff Dennis, George & Romy we will be back!!

We booked this hotel due to location and reviews, we were not disappointed. These apartments are family run and all the staff are great! From Spiros and Romina who run it, to Giorge and Dennis behind the bar, Eddie who makes an amazing job of looking after the pool and the amazing Fate on reception! A large pool for how people there are and plenty of sun beds. The rooms are all 1 bedrooms apartments in simple Greek style. Oven, ring top cooker, toaster and kettle. Table and chairs in the kitchen area and on the balcony, the safes are free in reception area and the aircon is 7€ a day. The food is lovely and reasonable prices. There is evening entertainment if you want a few drinks at the hotel bar, and my favourite unfortunately for everyone else was karaoke night. It is close to the beach, 2 minutes walk, right is the strip 5 minutes away and left is canal DAmour 5 minutes away, so completely central for everything you could need? We couldn’t recommend them enough, so much so we have now rebooked for next year after our already booked holiday was cancelled. We can’t wait to go back!

Arrived home after a lovely stay at Lagoon would highly recommend.

* ROOMS are spacious, they’re basic but more or less have everything you need for a self catering apartment, we stayed for 10 nights we had towels changed every other day but room only swept and mopped / sheets changed once, would of liked to of had a brush/dustpan as after a beach day we then had 5 days left and nothing to sweep sand up with, meaning sand on feet getting on the bed etc and was slightly annoying.

Upon arrival we found basin to only have hot water and no cold for brushing teeth, we mentioned this (when was asked if all ok) and straight away staff arranged maintenance to see to this and brand new tap was fitted which we was really pleased with.

Air conditioning was chargeable which personally we’ve never had to do before but that was fine as we got the holiday/hotel at amazing price.
Safe was free which was great bonus.

*POOL AREA - Fabulous never have I ever NOT had to fight for sun beds we could wake up at any point of the day and guaranteed to get beds for all 4 of us, Pool area is spotless and can see chap cleaning it every night. Pool bar has great menu staff are lovely 5* service from all, Food was always of good standard and reasonably priced.

Really enjoyed our holiday here and 100% would return.

Stayed for 2 weeks in September 2020. Covid restrictions in place and adhered to. Masks not necessary at pool or in bar, although all bar staff wear them and tables cleaned when customers leave. All staff were friendly and approachable. Great quiz nights, which we won twice and had two breakfasts on the house which were excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. On arrival we were told that room would be cleaned once per week, but turned out to be twice per week, with change of bed linen and towels. Reception only open from 10.30/2.30 and free safe is in reception, so plan ahead for taking money out. Pool area spotless, again with hard working Eddie keeping it nice. Location excellent. Highly recommended
and would return

Clean, simple accomodation for the price point this is very acceptable. Good location to be far enough away from the strip, but there if you want. Great choice of restaurants within 2/3 mins walk. Supermarkets within 100m, although 15 minutes slow walk out of town brings you to 3 much larger and cheaper supermarkets. Good 🙂 n poolside restaurant is really good, service great. Our kids (13,13,11) and us loved the pool, and beach is 1 min over a main road, but quiet road. Highly recommend day trips for cruise boats and aqualand. We went in the lazy day cruise half day (8am - 4pm), stopping in 4 bats. We wanted and small and friendly SC apartment with restaurants nearby, so this was perfect. Definitely would stay again. Friendly staff too! Thanks for a great stay.

Booked this after our original hotel closed early and I'm so glad they did, the Lagoon Hotel although basic more than makes up for it with their location, cleanliness and staff.

On arrival we were greeted and escorted to our room. We had a 1 bedroom apartment in the newer block, it was spotlessly clean with a great view of the pool from the balcony and Canal D'Amour from the front door. Kitchen area had a small 2 ring hob with oven, a toaster and kettle. Enough equipment for making a snack but perhaps not a proper meal.

Bathroom had a bath with shower over and a curtain. No matter how we positioned the curtain we still got lots of water on the floor, a bath mat would have been good as I nearly slipped a couple of times whilst trying to climb out. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed every other day by a very friendly cleaner.

Bar area was great, thank you to George and Denis for keeping us entertained, fed and watered. Limited snacks were available due to it being close to the end of the season but we managed. Bingo was held nightly which was great fun, it was a race to go out and have dinner then get back in time for the start.

Pool area was lovely although there were fixed parasols on the grass area which meant you had to keep moving your lounger to get the sun, not sure how that would be in the height of summer. The whole area was kept extremely clean, all floors were hosed down each night. The only problem were a couple of large dogs who cocked their legs a couple of times on the sunbeds. Not sure I like the greek way of letting dogs roam loose however its a small price to pay to be in Corfu.

Location is great, just back from the strip so you don't get all of the noise but close enough to not have to walk far. Plenty of restaurants to choose from all within 10 mins walking distance.

Will definitely be returning here, its a little gem of a property

Great location - 2 mins to supermarket, 3 mins to beach, and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were wonderful especially the lovely Faye in Reception who always had time to listen. Also Eddie, the super handy man who kept the place, especially the pool, spotless. It must be the cleanest pool in Sidari. The rooms were a bit tired but kept very clean by the, always smiling, maids.
Going back to the beach, it's long, sandy and shallow which is great for kids. However, by the time you reach swimming depth, your have more chance of dying from exhaustion than drowning. It's ok, there are lifeguards on duty and the sea was really warm. Nearly all the tavernas along the beach offer free sunbeds for all their customers which is quite a saving. The best restaurant by far for the evening is To Steki tis Pareas. Just turn left and left again from the apartments and keep going. It's a few minutes walk on the left hand side. Enjoy!
Finally I have to say I really enjoyed my holiday here, the only downside being the Bingo. My own fault I suppose since it did mention in the description that there were Bingo and Quiz Nights. However I didn't expect them to go on until midnight nearly every night or the high volume of sound. I did consider sleeping in the bathroom but the mozzies had beaten me to it. Don't forget your mozzies spray. Anyway thanks to all at The Lagoon for helping me to have a happy holiday (apartfrom the Bingo) Did I mention the Bingo? Yamas.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the strip, and about 10 mins to canal d’amour. The staff are great and friendly. Pool is great and plenty of sun beds to use. We had a 2 bed maisonette which had a bedroom, balcony, kitchenette and bathroom downstairs and then a bedroom mezzanine upstairs. The kitchenette had a kettle, fridge and hob, we didn’t cook in there so couldn’t comment but doesn’t look like much cooking can be done, however your on holiday so don’t think many people cook…both bedrooms had aircon and hairdryers which was a godsend.
The bathroom was tiny and no shower curtain or glass etc so everytime we showered the whole bathroom got wet (take the toilet roll out before you shower 🤣) we were there 4 nights and the room didn’t get cleaned once, not sure if it’s a once a week thing but I would have thought at least the bathroom bin would of been emptied.
Room was very basic, but done the job

Our first time in Sidari and we chose our accommodation very well.We arrived mid afternoon and were checked in and were shown to our Apartment (115) by Romina, who throughout our 10 night stay was always cheerful and happy to help.
The Apartment was spotlessly clean and fresh towels and loo roll were provided every couple of days.
The pool area is also spotlessly clean with plenty of sunbeds, the pool was cold, but strangely, once you were in it you quickly got used to it.
The bar was well stocked, very reasonably priced and the bar staff were absolutely brilliant, they really are a credit to Spiros, all more than helpful, and Dennis is the Barman during the day and Host at night for the Bingo and Quizzes, is an absolute star.
The accommodation is next to a Supermarket and the nightlife is a few minutes walk away with something for everyone, B.E.D was excellent for food and drinks, and the Hive was stunning, the menu was mouth watering and the food was even better,we went twice in 8 nights! (We had a 2 night mini break in Corfu Town)
All the bars that back onto the beach offer free sunbeds during the day if you eat and(or) drink there and they are all excellent and prices are very similar,a couple of them are owned by the same people, can't remember which!!
The Mexican was a little disappointing, the service was a little to eager for my liking, they took my plate away before my wife had finished!
Sidari does in my humble opinion cry out for an Indian Restaurant, it was the only thing missing.
Canal D Amour is a short stroll away and the beachfront bars and restaurants are all fabulous.
The bus service, whilst very cheap was sporadic to say the least and the buses did get full!!
Once again, thanks to Spiros and Romina for a fabulous time, we have already booked to go back for 2 weeks next May,can't wait (We would of gone back in September bur we'd booked Tenerife unfortunately)
See you soon

I have stayed at these apartments many times, with family ,friends and as a solo travel since my husband sadly passed away..The rooms are clean and have what you need for an enjoyable stay .The pool is cleaned twice a day and surrounding area washed every evening, the sunloungers are new this year and in a couple of weeks I will be on one..The bar serves a good menu ,whether breakfast ,snacks or full meals .Entertainment too..Bingo,Quiz nights and Karaoke..enjoy a cocktail or drink on a comfy seat with your host Denis ...This place sees many returning guests every year, and once visited you make lifelong friends..Its in an excellent position, just off the main strip ,where there are many bars ,tavernas, excellent places to eat and shops..A lot of the bars back onto the beach which is lovely to watch the sea or sun go down.. If you need anything at the Lagoon ,Spiros and his team will most certainly do their best to what need.
