Spent 7 days isolation in order to attend work. That is not a pleasant exercise but it really is not due to this hotel.
The bed was comfortable
Lots of towels, facecloths etc
Quality of the food was good and they were flexible and could special order

Rooms were very clean and staff were great and helpful when needed! Internet is better than it was a few months ago and I was very happy with that. (They upgraded the internet)
4 star because I do not like the door leading to the hallway, you have to pull while having your hands full with luggage. (Yes, I'm a lazy traveler) lol

Thanks so much to the staff for making the isolation stay for work as comfortable as possible. Clean and comfortable rooms. Service and food has been great. Staff has been super friendly and accommodating. If anything was requested, the staff had it to us in minutes. Thanks for helping make the best of this situation for us. Your hospitality certainly has not gone unnoticed.

The reservation process was fast and easy over the phone. No online reservation service is available it appears. The checkin process was easy and follows COVID spacing guidelines. Sanitized pens were provided to sign documents. The room was clean and smelled fresh. There were odd round pillows provided no the bed. I found these ideal for my pacing under my knees. The checkout process was flawless. The front desk manager was very friendly during our checkout. I would recommend staying here.

I stayed at Hotel North Two for work and a trip that was suppose to be 2 weeks extended to 4 weeks. This would of been frustrating had my experience not been what it was at this hotel. The staff is wonderful to deal with and extremely accommodating. The food provided by the hotel during the day was outstanding and having easy access to Jungle Jim's for supper was great. All I can say is if you want to stay in a spot that treats you like family while your there and will do anything to help your stay be just a tiny bit easier than stay at Hotel North Two.
Side note: the rooms are wonderful , bedding is comfortable and is always cleaned and refreshed daily unless you decide you don't need it! No shortage of towels or toiletries.

I have stayed at Hotel North Two a few times in the past couple of months. I will be back in Happy Valley-Goose Bay a few more times in the next few months and without question I will return to Hotel North Two for my accommodations. The main reason is the staff. Jenn the manager is "best kind" and her friendly and professional demeaner set the tone for the rest of the staff. Huge shout out to Vivek who goes above and beyond in customer service to ensure everything is okay and to let you know if there is something you need he will ensure you get it. All of the front desk staff have been great. The rooms are clean and comfortable and I always thank the housekeeping staff for the hard work they do to ensure my room is clean and comfortable. THANK YOU HOTEL NORTH TWO! See you all again.

I have stayed here several times whilst ferrying aircraft through Goose Bay. I have always been well looked after and look forward to a steak in Jungle Jims,
Lat visit during lock down I had to stay an extra night at short notice which was arranged quickly and efficiently. Room service was fast and efficient.
It was my birthday during my last stay and I left the birthday card from my wife in the room. I contacted the hotel about 3 days later and they still had the card and posted it to England for me along with some gifts from Happy Valley.
Thank you so much for getting me out of a sticky position back home ;)

Wonderful food and service the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful I throughout the say was treated very well. The food that was brought from their catering was absolutely delicious. If I could recommend a place to stay in the entirety of Labrador it would be by far hotel north two. Thank you :)

We arrived and were given a single room instead of the double we had booked. The receptionist moved us to the proper room but it was unacceptable. The rug was sticky and not clean. Large chunks of food where found on the floor. The front desk was notified but didn’t do anything to fix the situation. Unfortunately during the night the smell of smoking filled the room. After a long day on the road we did not have a comfortable night. We won’t be back.

A group if us stayed here for a month and we were made to feel very welcome. The new rooms were immaculate and very comfy. Any requests to housekeeping were met with a smile and willingness to sort.
All staff were friendly and helpful, and the manager Jen went over and above.
A month passed quicker than they would if we had stayed elsewhere.
Good central location as well.
Definitely recommend if you have to stay in Goose bay

Service Animals are Welcomed with Documentation. This location does not currently allow pets. Big Land B&B I think is the only location in town that does. There is also a business in town that looks after pets, there is business cards for this service at our front desk 709-896-3398 Ext 0.
