This hotel is decent, clean and well located. The L5 metro is just in front of the hotel entry. Mattresses are fine and new. Bathroom well equipped with shower and bath too, hair-dryer is included. However, breakfast is served in another building which is the hotel Madanis, you need to go out and walk few minutes to get to the reception and have access to breakfast. This is very annoying and not mentioned in the hotel profile.

I can definitely recommend this hotel for visitors wanting a well-located, friendly place to stay. Camp Nou (home of Barça FC) is located very nearby, although under construction during my visit and the hotel is conveniently situated near the Collblanc metro station (Line 5) so connects very easily to Barcelona Sants railway station and the city centre. The room was spacious, clean with a large bathroom and good wifi connection. The beds are comfortable and there is air-conditioning should you need it during the hot summer months. If you choose the breakfast option there is a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, sweet and savoury and a variety of juices, teas, coffee ... However, should you choose not to have breakfast in the hotel you will find many bars and cafés nearby that serve well priced meals including breakfast. In general the neighbourhood has much to offer with restaurants, shops and a lively traditional market. In short, for me this was the ideal hotel to spend a weekend away and I can most certainly recommend it to single travellers or couples.

The location is close to the nearest metro stop, which made getting around easy. Plus, it’s very easy to get a taxi in Spain, which I miss back in the US. We arrived late, and check in was easy. Staff was friendly, and let us keep our baggage and leftovers in the reception area, which was nice.
I got a huge gin and tonic from the bar with free chips, so that was great! The bar and restaurant weren’t open for very long though, and the reception area is separate from the entrance to the rooms where we stayed, and it was easy to get turned around when walking around the block. The rate was also a bit pricey for a standard room outside of the city. The room came with an extra blanket and pillow, but the mattress itself was only a little bit softer than the floor.
The hotel is non-smoking, but our floor smelled really strongly of cigarette smoke during our stay. Early one morning, a fire alarm went off in the hallway on our floor, and one of the staff knocked and said it was coming from our room, which was shocking because we seemed to be one of the only ones not smoking, and the actual alarm in our room wasn’t beeping, just the ones in the hall. We were told it was probably from the shower, but it was odd.

If you can find it, you’ll be alright. Google maps takes you to a door in an annexe building, that some rooms need to use for access, but reception is a whole block away. Very lovey reception staff- Rafael was a star.
Room was adequate, bed and pillows comfortable, but breakfast was rather poor, as was the ambience in breakfast room. The hotel lacks decent public areas.
Rather pricey for the standard of accom overall.

Very clean rooms and kept well. There is a lot of outside noise early hours of the morning. It was a drawback that this hotel is not the same place where they serve breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is central. The noise was off putting as you wake multiple times throughout the night.

Stayed here pre cruise and chose this hotel this time around as I wanted to visit the Camp Nou before i embarked the next day.
Warm welcome by staff who were very helpful. Loved the room loads of space and very comfortable. Good location to the airport just 25€ in a taxi but its located right next to the metro and serviced by buses. Its 5 mins walking distance to the stadium which is definitely worth a visit. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel situated near Camp Nou and a metro station (connected to both city center and airport) and almost 20 minutes on foot from the university zone. The stuff in the reception was always very friendly and willing to provide some information for sightseeing. The room was always very clean and I also tried my plates for dinner and all of them were delicious. Breakfast was rich with many things to taste. However, a small negative is that some things in breakfast were the same from previous dates. Generally I suggest this hotel as a satisfying choice to stay for some days during a visit in Barcelona.

The only thing this hotel has in its favour is that it is close to the football stadium.
Generally the is a lot of tranferred noise in the building from the lift, other rooms and public areas.
The "executive rooms" have a coffee maker but they only supply 2 pods regardless of the length of stay. That was the only benefit for paying the extra cost of the room.
Tap water tastes like it comes from an old roof water tank. Totally undrinkable! This means you have to buy water to make any drinks.
There is a large Balcony gap which a young child could squeeze through which is not good 7 floors up!
Really not much more than Premier Inn standard.
There is quite a lot of traffic noise.
Poor house keeping
Luke warm breakfast
No English tv channel. (Sky news etc.)
Tea bags not supplied either after 1st night.

In addition, we would like to stress our disagreement with the statements done in the review, because the majority of the comments that we receive from our guests are very positive and prove the opposite. Our executive rooms are provided with a separate Wi-Fi connection, top floor views, upgraded amenities, slippers, robe, coffee and tea facilities, etc. and comply with all the safety and cleaning standards. In any case, we never received any direct complaint during your stay; therefore, we were not given any chance to sort out the problems that you write about, or simply give you another room. We sincerely think that there were a misunderstanding and we invite you to give us another chance to improve your experience in your future stay. Although this hotel's location is very good (very close to subway station and within walking distance of Camp Nou), hotel personnel leaves a lot be desired. The most important point I want to share, is the dishonesty of service personnel. A pair of high-end shoes and other personal objects were stolen from us. The most shocking part is that upon notification, the hotel management did NOTHING to investigate or correct the situation. I am very disappointed. This is not a situation I have ever experienced in any of my trips to Spain before.

Dear guest, As I explained in the previous mail I addressed to you with a whole record of the incident, I ‘m very sorry about the lost of your shoes in your trip to Barcelona. However to affirm that they were stolen and “the hotel management did nothing to investigate or correct the situation” is very unfair from you because you have received a very long explanation about how we looked for them during a whole week, we spoke with all our staff and nobody could give any traces of this pair of shoes. Think for a moment in a used pair of shoes and tell sincerely if you really think that a waitress would risk her job and honor in exchange of a pair of such a personal thing as a used pair of shoes. As for the“other personal objects “, please, let us know about them because it is first news for us. In a Hotel there are every day dozens of objects which have been forgotten by guests. Perhaps your personal objects are among them. Please, contact us to describe them and we would do our best, as we have done with your shoes, to give them back to you. Just 15 min using Subway. Very well connecte to city center with Metro and buses. Diagonal just 10 minutes walking. Bus turistic one minute walkig from the Hotel.
