We booked a double room with a partial view of the pool but we were upgraded to a central room with a fantastic view of the main pool on arrival. The room was spacious, very clean and had a comfortable bed. Only negative was the storage - there could be more provided, particularly considering the size of the room.

The reception, main buffet restaurant and evening bar are located at the top of the building (8th or 9th floor) as the hotel is on a hill. There are good buffet options and cleanliness is high priority with guests required to wear disposable gloves and masks while getting their food. We were pleased to find that half board guests can swap dinner for lunch, and we did this on a few occasions so we could head to the old town earlier in the evening.

The pool is on the ground floor and is a great size with lots of options for sun loungers and a good daytime bar. It is a nice place to relax during the day. Towels can be collected from the bar. Guests are offered refreshing melon for free everyday in the early afternoon. The hotel does not seem to provide any fitness programme apart from Aqua aerobics which takes place once every day and is quite popular - I think this works well as it doesn’t disturb the relaxing vibe around the pool but it could be improved by varying the playlist. There is a good gym but guests need to prebook in order to limit numbers.

We didn’t think the hotel’s evening bar was very inviting - it is long, narrow and indoors near the main reception and felt more like a waiting area so we didn’t use it. There aren’t many options in walking distance of the hotel for evening entertainment so we headed to the old town / marina most nights. The hotel reception can arrange a taxi for a fixed price of 11 euros or you can walk to the beach and get a taxi for around 8 / 9 euros. It would be good if the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the old town, even if it was just once a day in the evening.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is a good choice if you just want to relax. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Atruim platinum for 10 nights from the 22nd September. Having read great reviews already about this hotel we weren’t disappointed.
Check in was quick and easy and glass of Moët very much appreciated. We checked into our room on the 7th floor with private pool which was fantastic with great views. We booked all inclusive with Tui but upgraded to this room upon arrival having been in contact with the hotel first and it was cheaper doing it this way.
Our room was very spacious and clean, there was fruit and a bottle of wine ready and also a fully stocked mini bar which was restocked daily.
The main pool area has two main pools with bridges over to the Rotonda bar from the top pool. The whole pool area is probably the nicest designed layout we have ever seen and you will never struggle to get a sun bed no matter what time of day. Sun beds aren’t allowed to be reserved before 10 am and the towel ninja will remove towels on any sun Beds unoccupied with towels on which was nice to see
The hotel has a very nifty app to order your drinks, food , room service and book your restaurants and this was very quick and easy to use even for the less tech minded. The pool bar staff worked tremendously hard all day taking food and drinks to your sun beds meaning you didn’t even have to move if you didn’t want to. We asked Katrina to make us up some Caribbean rum punches and she was more than happy to oblige even making them stronger when asked!!
The restaurants and buffet areas are all very nice with plenty of choice with themed evenings each night and, even when sitting in the buffet, you have a choice of ordering an al la carte main dish as well as the buffet which was a nice option to have.
The koi and porfyra restaurants situated right at the top of the hotel have not just great food but great views also. This area is also used for the lobster night which is well worth the additional cost as the food is amazing.
Overall this hotel is fantastic and we couldn’t fault it at all and, as it’s been said previously, the staff make this hotel a great experience. We’ve been very fortunate to have stayed at some amazing hotels in Dubai and the Caribbean but the staff and hotel in general has been one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. So much so we’ve looked into returning next year with our daughter which, for us, shows how good this is as we never stay at the same place twice.
Last, but by no means least, a shout to some of the great staff who made our holiday more special:

Yiannis, Christina & Katrina , pool bar.
Marina , pool service and chromata bar.
Marina , buffet breakfast.
Sevi , Chromata bar.
George, waiter, porfyra and odyssey.
Michalis , waiter and bar service.

If you’re looking at booking this hotel then just book it as you won’t regret it.

This hotel was lovely and I would strongly recommend staying here. It had stunning views, a lovely sized pool, spacious rooms, tasty variety of food and the staff were wonderfully wonderful!
The staff work throughout the season without a day off, but yet they all still manage to greet us with a smile every time they saw us. A particular shout out to Ionida, who was a wonderful waitress! The maids also done an amazing job cleaning our room daily and the manages (a male and a female) were always approachable, visible and helpful.
The hotel is a 10 minute bus journey to Rodes City, but the hotel is in a quiet area. We visited at the end of the season (beginning of Nov), so all local restaurants and shops shut down for the winter. This however was lovely for us, especially with the current Covid climate. All staff wore masks all the time and forced masks in all inside areas, which we really appreciated and everyone was respectful of this rule. I would visit this hotel again and again.

A beautiful hotel with a wide range of room types and a beautiful position with excellent sunset views and close to Rhodes Town. Our room, a deluxe sea view double, was very well appointed with excellent décor and a very comfortable bed.. Our full board package was very good value particularly as the a la carte restaurants were expensive. To upgrade to All Inclusive would have been 53 euros per person per night. The main restaurant offered amazing variety for their buffet breakfast. Lunch and dinner also offered full buffet but there was also the option of about six main courses which were waiter served which were very good. The Covid protocols throughout the hotel were outstanding but particularly in the buffet where plastic gloves were provided from an auto dispenser. The service by all staff was friendly and outstanding but we want to give particular mention to Ionida who was very skillful and very friendly. They must have an excellent training programme.
We were disappointed that no outdoor eating space was available for meals, not due to the weather, but the design of the restaurants. The main bar was small and although live music and dancing displays were provided each day, the small space limited the number who could sit in that area. Bar drinks were expensive.
The pool layout was extensive and of an interesting design having plenty of comfortable sunbeds with parasols available.
A most enjoyable stay.

The airport taxi for a 25 min ride was €25 The staff are super friendly and helpful , I requested a quite room and for the majority of time I heard little noise , but walls and doors are thin .
Elsa at checkin was very efficient and thorough and arranged late checkout for 2pm at no extra cost . Teresa always had a smile at breakfast . The hotel app works well and we eat at the Italian on the first nite , food was ok but a little pricey
I have to say there was nobody removing towels left first thing in the morning ,but you could get loungers . The gym has limited facilities for such a large hotel and can get very busy even early in the morning .
There are 2 pool tables , of which one does not deliver all the balls , so informed reception was told it was handled by a third party and was reported , iron has to be requested and returned in an hour , but it kept tripping the electrics in the room , so not safe . The hotel has front and rear access with walkways , but witnessed that people not living in the hotel could walk in and use the pool and leave . I think there needs to be additional security or hotel key entry at this points
With 3 people in the room only 2 coffee cups and insufficient shower gel /shampoo bottles not refreshed a number of times, tv channels kept dropping signal so watched my Netflix as WiFi if efficient across the hotel , as you can see there are problems that a class of this hotel that need to be addressed . The staff make this hotel worth a visit as super friendly and helpful and ensure it’s always kept clean . The complimentary gift was very appreciated .

Currently staying at the atrium Platinum. Rooms are a good size and very clean. The only disappointment is the shower over the bath rather than a walk in shower. Room is cleaned daily and has tv, coffee maker and mini bar which is chargeable.

Hotel is very clean and all staff efficient and lovely to talk to. You can order food and drinks from your subbed using the app as well as booking restaurants which is brilliant.

The food is excellent. We’re all inclusive so could eat at the gourmet restaurants for 2 nights. The food was amazing and service great. The a la carte restaurants are lovely at lunch or in the evening too and we prefer these to the main buffet which does have a good selection though.

The pool area is very clean and lots of space with a few separate smaller pools.

Location. Hotel is tucked away from the main road so it’s very quiet with minimal road noise. Beach is a 3 minute walk away if needed.

If you’re not all inclusive there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

We asked to check out at 6pm but this would have cost 90 euros so instead we have opted to book the shower room for 30 minutes which is free.

Overall really pleased with this hotel.

Pros: Check in was smooth and we were greeted with a glass of Moët which was a nice touch. The bell boy took our cases to our room and explained the safe, air con etc and the rooms are really really lovely, impressed with these. Good bathroom with 2 sinks which we like and robes in the wardrobes. The air con is really good and you can leave it on all day if you want.
We had a pool/sea view on the 7th floor and the view was amazing, great to watch the sun set around 8pm on the balcony.
Car hire available in the hotel - ease of access was great and the car was ready for us outside the lobby for our day trip to lindos (which I’d reccomend doing) and was only €55 for the day including insurance.
Really clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, fresh towels and communal areas well maintained.
The app round the pool is great and the staff work really hard
Iron available on request
Boyfriend went to the gym and said it was really good and had everything he needed.
You can put all payments on your room and pay at the end which is good

Cons:
Maybe I’m naive but there were kids EVERYWHERE. We are a late twenties couple and In the day we like to relax around the pool but relaxing wasn’t really that possible. I wouldn’t say to friends to sTay here if they don’t have kids. For this reason I wouldn’t return (there are lots of pools but these were very very busy during the day).
Breakfast - it was ok.. there is a large selection but lots of things I would expect to see at lunch/dinner not breakfast
For some reason they change your bath towels in the day and come round again every night offering fresh towels - I just don’t understand why you would need two sets of fresh towels in one day (pool towels are separate) and it was a bit annoying having to answer the door and say no every night.

My wife and I wanted to take time to send you a personal note with reference to our stay with you from the 13th to the 27th October 2021.

The Atrium Platinum delivered a perfect holiday with the safest environment possible under the current conditions, in no particular order:

The room 640 was large, well-presented and was cleaned with the towels, and bed linen were replaced regularly along with the fridge re-stocked. the room is a credit to your house keeping team.

Food we did not try the Ala carte restaurants as we found the Main Restaurant food to be so good (my wife is a fussy eater and she manged to find delicious meals) your staff in the restaurant are amazing and represent your company very well.

what a wonderful experience your pool is with great pool drink and food service, lots of sunbeds and a wonderful service from the towel lady. the APP we used worked well and was easy to use.

I did use the inside pool it was a very welcome, warm alternative to the pool outside.

I suppose as a final paragraph both my wife and I felt very safe in your hotel, we were looking for a 5 Star hotel and that was exactly the experience we received, we were looking for 2 weeks of relaxation after the past two years I have to say you exceeded all of expectations. you should be proud of your hotel and all the staff who all worked so hard.

as a foot note:

We are certain that because of the cleanness and safety precautions in your hotel our PCR 2 Day results have just come back and we are glad to say were negative.

We wish you all well, keep safe. We will be pleased to return to your hotel early next October

This was our first stay at the Atrium Platinum (and in Rhodes) and we were celebrating our 13th Wedding Anniversary. We were there for 5 nights on a half-board basis.

The hotel was beautiful and has gorgeous views. I would highly recommend going down for breakfast early and at this time of year watching the sunrise as you eat. The view is spectacular. The food was delicious and the evening menu, along with the buffet meant that there was plenty to choose from. We also ate at the Tramonto restaurant by the pool and the food was amazing. Again, there is a great selection to choose from.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We were surprised with a fruit platter, bottle of bubbly, and a card from the hotel which was a thoughtful surprise. We certainly made use of the app as well, ordering both room service and round the pool. The quality of the food was very good and the ease of the app just added to the relaxation.

There were masks and hand sanitizer in the room, as well as hand sanitizer on every table at mealtimes, gloves to use when going around the buffet, and sanitizer stations just by the lifts as well.

I would highly recommend the Atrium Platinum Hotel and we are already looking at booking and trying out the other two resorts they have on an all-inclusive basis.

My husband and my fifteen year old son visited this hotel. we could not fault the staff. they are a credit to the hotel.and very attentive. our hotel view was not very nice as it was just the back of hotel. Service was great. what we did not know that when you sign your tab there is also were you can sign to allow staff to get tips. So do sign that. We had asked our TUI rep for family size room with two double beds as my son is 6 feet tall. Apparently hotel staff said that was not requested. That is frustrating. Lack of communication. as i am a rose wine person the only rose wine they offer with your food is very dry. Definitely not nice. the pool hotel is better to eat. but remember you are only allowed two evening meals there before you have to pay.. there are two restaurants were you have to book but the menu wasnt ideal for my teenage son, so we did not eat there. some of the desserts were hit and miss. hotel staff came very morning to clean rooms, which you could not fault.. the owners should supply staff hand cream as some os some of the staffs hands were very sore due to wearing gloves. overall i would definitely come back to this hotel.
