To begin, find the home?? It's not the house at the entrance. Nothing even says you can walk past without being certain. The inventory shows a big let down. Plots without maintenance and abitat not too much on solidity. The bathroom was still okay. Clean but ordinary. Let's say an ordinary place but still not mediocre.

I read some comments that received responses saying that the work was in progress by early 2024. If there was work to be done I wouldn't have wanted to see in 2023 what it looked like.

The place is rated 3⭐️ do not expect a4 or 5 is 3. Yes, there are rotten egg smells at certain places and times. They're fake septics and sometimes they smell.

The boats are ok and do not expect equipment of the year and this is normal.

However, I give 0⭐️ security side. Some posts of the huts almost torn off ready to fall ropes could be placed around the flat shapes and even docks. A pallet on the ground to give access to our dock very sloping and very slippery when wet.

Except the little blue leds on the docks no light. Bring a flashlight if you think about going to the bathroom at night.

Again it's just a 3⭐️ I've seen better and worse. For us it was really worth just 3⭐️ if you are looking for luxury think about going elsewhere of course.

We liked our stay despite a more than gloomy temperature but no one has control over it.

Have big 5⭐️ to friendly and welcoming staff.

We went there for our training for a full weekend. We were more than happy with the site, the chalets were full and the staff were very attentive to all requests. Plus, we used their canoe and paddleboard, it was great!

The most beautiful sunset on the south shore of Montreal, I guarantee it.

Special mention to the owners, super kind and smiling.

Very nice weekend, we really enjoyed it with the group we were with. Incredible view of the water and the place is more than peaceful. The people are welcoming and very courteous. Several facilities are accessible to users such as a magnificent campfire area, marine facilities such as kayaks and deck hockey surfaces. I recommend it to everyone who wants to spend a nice weekend in a warm place.

Superb weekend at the domain for ki, very warm places, a breathtaking view of the Richelieu River and surrounded by oil water, many facilities available for young and old, such as the campfire area, a deck hockey arena, a mini farm, and a place to relax and have a drink. We went as a large group and we had five chalets all very clean and allowed us to accommodate more than 59 people.

The experience was spectacular. The place is welcoming and the employees are very respectful and hardworking. In addition, access to the docks is very pleasant as well as the loan of equipment such as kayaks, paddle boards and even a pedal boat made the experience very pleasant. I highly recommend

When we arrived, we were a little surprised. The place looks abandoned. the buildings need love, there is no landscaping, the land is very lame and not maintained. The two outhouses leak and there is water on the floor all the time. Indeed the bathrooms smell like rotten eggs. but the Cancún cabin that we had booked was beautiful, they told us that it was new this year, however the curtains had mold behind the fridge. A small table and two chairs are missing for inside if there is bad weather. We shortened our stay, because they forgot to mention to us that the second evening of our arrival there was a group of 180 people who had booked with a DJ and all the trimmings. 1000 feet from our location so goodbye to the tranquility and rest we needed. However, we requested a refund and there was no problem. But it's over for us, we won't go back and we don't suggest it either. But the place seen from the water at sunset is splendid. But that's all.
