We arrived early from a cruise, asked Adrian at the desk if an early check in was possible, he said he would do his best. keep in mind that it was Super Bowl weekend here and all hotels were fully booked.While we waited Adrain offered the use of the pool, provided the internet password, and offered us beach chairs and towels to use on the beach right across the road. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable. They provide a fridge , microwave , toaster and coffee maker , but no coffee.They also provide 2 each , plates ,bowls and coffee cups along with cutlery. A funny thing happened when I asked for clean cups on the third morning, the housekeeping lady gave me a small bottle of dish wash soap and a small sponge LOL. But on the up side there was no single use plastic materials! Beach is right across the road, there is a small restaurant attached to the hotel that opens at 6:00 pm, food was very good and reasonably priced.There are several restaurants , and shops within walking distance of either side of the hotel, all things considered this is a good place to saty at a reasonable price for the location. The staff are very friendly.

We decided to return to Fort Lauderdale this year for a quick break primarily because of the Premiere Hotel. Honestly, I didn’t think they could get any better, but they did. It is still clean, comfortable, convenient, and friendly. We did not rent a car, but it is so wonderful that parking is free there. Now, the new system for using the beach chairs is even easier. Instead of leaving a cash deposit, you complete a form for the numbered chair you are using. Easy! Convenient! The Premiere has the friendliest, most helpful staff. The women who clean the rooms are absolutely amazing. We were so lucky to get our requested room, an oceanfront efficiency. The convenience of having a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, small electric cooktop, and coffeemaker (bring your own filters and coffee) can’t be beat! You really need the fridge when you take back leftovers from your outstanding meal at their restaurant! I love the clean, all-white decor. And what a view of the ocean from that room! The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap, and small shampoo and conditioner. The heated pool is wonderful, especially on those chillier days. For those who like cooler water, there is another pool that is not as warm. For those who like to barbecue, there is a grill for your grilling pleasure. And the location? It is in a quieter section of Fort Lauderdale Beach, but within walking distance of restaurants and bars. Of course, for dinner, you can’t beat their restaurant! It is so convenient to simply cross the street and step onto the beach. For my husband and me, it is simply perfect. The Premiere has all the conveniences of a resort without the stuffiness, extra hidden costs, and high price tag. We love it! If you are looking for a typical resort experience, this is not the place for you. However, if you are looking for a clean, friendly, fun, well-priced, well-located hotel with almost any convenience you need, this is the one to choose.

Words cannot express how once again (3rd year in row) this hotel exceeded our expectations. From cleanliness to convenience of beach chairs and towels, they make sure that you truly relax. I know they cannot guarantee room request but my husband has serious health issues and suffers with migraines. We always request top floor. The premier gave us the most quiet room ever. My husband could not stop commenting on how quiet it was..Thank you so much for providing us a guaranteed place to relax and forget the daily troubles. The on-site restaurant is a hidden gem with a team that treats you like family. We had family staying in the area. We all met for dinner. I tried to tell our family that this restaurant was like no other because of the hospitality and the fact that they want you to enjoy yourself..well they saw it in action. My husband said it was the best night with his sisters and nieces. Thank you for the special memories we will cherish. Visit was so perfect with my hubby, I came back later that week for one more weekend with my best friend and sister in law. That room was even more of surprise with the view. We were jumping up and down with joy. We had a few extra days after most our family went back home. Option was to stay at their hotel or “my” hotel. They loved the Premier. I think next family reunion will be at Premier. Sold on the old style Florida charm where they care about their guest. Please don’t change!! See you next year!

You get a lot for what you pay -- location on a great beach with proximity to everything including the historical Bonet House and gardens. Beach views from many rooms. Two swimming pools (one heated to 90F). Parking without extra fee, pets without extra fee, beach chairs/umbrellas without extra fee. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large, clean, and well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable. A/C quiet and effective. Interiors and exteriors feature soothing white walls and pleasing stone walkways. The small restaurant has excellent food, reasonably priced.

I was really discouraged seeing the prices of hotels in Fort Lauderdale, until I came across this little gem. This was perfect for my son and I. We stayed here for 3 nights, and everything was just wonderful. The location is right across the road from the beach. There is a lot of traffic but there is a cross walk right next to the hotel, and traffic is good about stopping and letting you cross. The hotel offers beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, you just have to check them out each day. There were also some sand toys and 1 child life jacket for guests to use. We were there during spring break, and our area of the beach never seemed over crowded. We swam mostly in the heated pool, which also was never crowded. I believe the hotel was sold out when we were there, but we never had issues with too many people anywhere. I had rented a car and there was a parking spot near our room. We were on the first floor with an ocean view. It wasn't ideal for an ocean view (because you are looking over the parking lot) but a small discount was given because of that. Our room had a 2 burner cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. The hotel provides a small bottle of dish soap, salt and pepper, and coffee filters. In the shower there were large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I think the bed was comfy and the room seemed very clean. Also, if you fly out later in the day, you can leave your bags in the lobby and use the hotel facilities through the day!

Really enjoyed my week long stay at the hotel. The location was great for the beach and there are some bars and restaurants within walking distance, plus a 24hr CVS. The hotel offers beach chairs and umbrellas for free which you can keep for the duration of your stay.
The room was large with a small kitchen area. Bed was really comfortable, I slept very well here! The hotel is peaceful and quiet despite being close to the main road. As a solo female I felt very safe here.
The staff were all very nice and helpful but it would be good to provide do not disturb signs for the rooms so that the cleaners don’t need to keep knocking on the door.
I will definitely return!

We went during Spring Break (college week) and were beyond thankful that we stayed here! Only 25 years and older can book -and I think that kept true partiers at bay. We walked to brunch every day from this location (about 1 mile) from most popular places like Casablanca and Lona Cocina. Lona by far was our favorite restaurant for the trip. Not cheap but great location, fun wall art, view of beach, yummiest breakfast, and great service!!! Premiere does offer backpack beach chairs and umbrellas BUT such a hassle -worth every penny to pay $18 a chair per day from the beach! Grab umbrella at Premiere if you so desire. It'll save a few dollars and beach rental guy will install for you😀. The restaurant on site takes time but Scottish Salmon and bread is well worth the wait! The orchids in the trees are unbelievable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchenette area is just perfect! Love this hotel and owner is so hospitable....for Mom's birthday he had an array of desserts delivered to our room (as a courtesy). Courtyard is Adorable. Truely a hidden gem!

My boyfriend and I just spent four days there for a mini getaway and the customer service that we received from the beginning is unbeatable. Anytime I called with a question (pre-attending the trip, during (our blow dryer wasn't working and immediately was brought a new one) and check out times, they consistently were there. Unlimited Towel rental for free, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas for free (you pay $20 and get reimbursed once they are turned back in)... they were exceptional. My boyfriend got really sick the last night we were there and they let us have a later check out time (generous amount). They stored our luggage and there was a shower there. It is right across from the beach and in a great location. Short uber to Lauderdale-bythe-Sea and Las Olas Blvd, but walkable distance to CVS, restaurants, and other needs. The rooms had big TV's and the beds were really comfortable. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. If you're not looking to break your bank and don't need the highest luxury stay, this is fantastic. There is a restaurant and bar at the second pool. IWould absolutely stay again and hope to be back! Thank you to the friendly and kind staff that work at this hotel.

We stayed for 4 days after a cruise. The staff was very friendly,we arrived very early and did not expect to he able to check in as it was Super Bowl weekend and the hotel was full. Adrian on the desk was very kind and offered us the use of the pool or some beach chairs as well as giving us the wifi code. He said he would get us a room as soon as possible and we were in a room by noon. The hotel is very clean ,rooms have a small fridge, microwave ,toaster and coffee maker (but no coffee). There is a small restaurant attached to the hotel food is very good and prices reasonable. Beach is right across the street. More restaurants and shops within walking distance.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we are in the Fort Lauderdale area. Considering the Lauderdale prices, the Premiere Hotel is quite reasonable.

We are a family of four, with two teens. Our room was a two double beds, full kitchen with table and chairs, 43 Led TV with DTV, lot of space for clothing, safe box, full bathroom, air conditioner. The hotel provides beach lounge chairs and beach umbrella. The beach is crossing the A1A (F. Lauderdale beach blvd), just a few meters away. Excellent location!! The service we received by their personnel and specially from their owners who run the hotel management was outstanding. But best of all is the hotel bar to have dinner. You may be delighted by Argentine plates at budget prices (also room service is available).

Don’t recall posted hours but one pool smelled of urine and was cloudy whole time we were there and needs to be resurfaced. The pool next to breakfast area is a better choice.
The breakfast is served at the restaurant. It's a buffet style with waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cheeses, pastries, juice & coffee. It's only open for the breakfast. As of July the owner said they haven't been able to open because of staffing issues.
There are more places to choose from in the Fort Lauderdale area.
