Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.
This property opened the spring of 2021 and I love the newness of the property along with their clean modern design and attention to detail.
Pros: Hardwood floor in guest rooms with large shower Audio visual door alert with peephole Dark washcloth in room for makeup and stylish grey and white bathroom towels Refrigerator and coffee tea station Work area with desk Screened in terrace off of lobby Free parking Easy highway accessibility Hotel restaurant and bar Pool Close to restaurants and gas
Cons: Why have a sign in the bathroom saying you can ask for amenities if several items are not available. No soap in the bathroom to wash hands as we are especially paying attention to sanitizer . No laundry bags, no shower caps, no bandaids available when requesting amenities
Also the shower toiletry dispensers are rusting which is quite gross

It's a newer hotel and clean (except for some stains on the sheets). The staff was helpful with one exception. On check-in we found the thermostat broken, room was freezing. A tech came up and manually set the unit, when we came back from an errand the room was 84 degrees. 2nd call to the tech corrected this. The sink stopper was almost closed at it's open position. The worst however was the whining, pulsating sound of machinery on the roof which made it impossible to sleep. I don't recommend a 5th floor room, you could hear it in the hallway too. There's an LED night light in the bathroom which can't be turned off and it's light illuminates the room through the translucent glass bathroom doors which were loud, sticky and needed adjustment. A somewhat indifferent front desk person wouldn't give us another room after the multiple AC issues, said the hotel was full. Early next morning I complained again, mentioning the loud sound, he very helpfully found us another room on the 3rd floor where the sound was mercifully gone and the thermostat, sink drain and sliding doors worked.

Room was clean and comfortable. Great view if you like planes. Cons: airport noise, lukewarm shower, broken frig. And my biggest complaint is the customer service sucked. Also bring trash bags because they don't use them in their trash cans. And they don't empty trash or make the beds even if you have requested housekeeping. Not worth the price I paid. Would not book here again.

We are frequent travelers, and often one hotel fades into another. Not this gem. We’ve never seen a more attractive and unique decor in a 3 star hotel. Interior design = A+. Modern, yet relaxing feel. Elegant but not pretentious. And the bed? Forget about it. Like sleeping on a cloud. Luxurious linens and bathroom towels you’d expect at the Four Seasons. We were only there for 6 hours, so didn’t get to enjoy the many lobby amenities. Next trip to Orlando, we’ll be back. Front desk manager was exceedingly polite and attentive. Only a couple of miles to the airport. Highly recommend.

We stayed for three nights while visiting family. The room itself was great but wow, was the service and experience bad. They don't bother to tell you when you check in that they won't clean your room unless you request it. So we figured that out on our own and requested it not once but twice, with two different employees, and our room still doesn't get cleaned. No towels, the single tiny trash contained not emptied. So I go downstairs to ask the guy at the desk what's going on, and he blames COVID, says they are short-staffed, don't have housekeepers, etc. He goes and hunts me up some towels, hands me a plastic bag to empty the trash, shrugs and says "sorry." Look, I get it, the pandemic has made it tough to hire and retain hotel staff. But what makes me furious is that the hotels don't dare disclose it to you ahead of time for fear of losing bookings. They just wait until you're already there, paying full price, before letting you know what you won't be getting.
Also, a little added bonus: At 10:15 pm, the fire alarm went off. No one from the hotel bothered to come outside and tell the hundred or so pajama-clad guests gathered in the parking lot that it was a false alarm. We had to figure that out on our own after about 10 minutes of standing there.

I share the same sentiments as the other reviewers about the noise from the shared rooms. Around midnight, we heard loud voices and thought they were coming from the hallway. I called the front desk and they mentioned it was from the room next door. Shortly after talking with the front desk, the noise stopped.
Unfortunately, we had a separate issue with the room itself. The description mentioned sofa bed which were thinking we would have a pull out sofa. We reserved 2 queen beds with sofa bed. The “sofa bed” was more of a chaise chair I suppose meant to be a twin size bed. When bringing this up with the front desk, the worker didn’t seem to be competent or helpful; kept saying he was waiting for the manager to help. The manager never showed up despite several attempts and the hours that gone by. Although the front desk’s service was not as professional, we expected the manager to assist but unfortunately was never there.
The room was new and spacious in most parts, but didn’t have a microwave and the placement of the refrigerator was very close to the bed. Our room 320 had an adjoining room and at night, you can see the light next door illuminating through the door cracks. Also, the bathroom night light was pretty bright, as well as the constant flashing of one of the safety detectors on the ceiling. Just pointing this out in case it’s helpful for readers considering this place.
Getting to the hotel itself was a bit of a challenge to turn in to unless you’re on the street where the hotel is to your right. It was very close to the airport and a 7-11 with a gas station, perfect for filling up the gas tank for a car rental before driving back to the airport.
For the cost, I would not recommend this place and will not be booking here again.

We booked this property to make our flight easier out of Orlando Airport while traveling with kids. I initially found the hotel on Priceline and saw that they offered Park and Ride services to the airport. I called the hotel directly to inquire as to how the park and ride service worked and the cost. I was provided said information the a front desk representative on the property who then advised me that if we booked directly thru the hotel site, not using a third party provider, that the park and ride was included in the cost. This persuaded to to book direct when the same room would cost us a little more for the night, rather than get the cheaper rate from the third party and pay per day for the parking .
Upon checking in, I inquired about what we needed to do to arrange for the park and ride. I went to confirm that it was included in the room rate as I was told, and was informed that it was not. I mentioned to her that I spoke directly with a male rep on the phone and was told that it was. At that point, we had committed to the stay already, so we paid for the service. We were told just to call the hotel when we landed, and the shuttle would come pick us up. Once we arrived make at MCO, I called from the luggage pick up area. I was told we need to go to Terminal A and a specific spot at the ground transportation level. I stated that we were in terminal B. They stated they only pick up in A. Terminal B has a ground transportation level as well.
We then trekked our family of 4 across the airport to the A terminal and proceeded to the ground transportation spot that we were told to go to. After the time it took to get there, I called again and advised we were there. No shuttle was waiting for us when we arrived. After waiting a good 20 minutes, I called again. Still no shuttle nor apology or explanation as to why the delay . The hotel is 10 minutes away at best. I made s third call. It was 45 minutes that we waited at that spot before the shuttle arrived to take us back. It was a longer wait than our time in the air from Miami!!!
We have used various other park and ride services in the past, and this has never happened between making the customer relocate to another terminal and then wait nearly an hour !!
Nothing was said by the manager who answered my call upon arrival.
Never would I ever recommend this hotel and service to anyone .
I’d appreciate a refund for the park and ride cost for my inconvenience alone, but doubt that would ever occur.
The front desk rep who I checked in with said she would pass along the misrepresentation of the costs to management and was surprised that it had happened.

You’re better off at La Quinta. The place looks nice but is vey poorly ran. I purchased a bottle of water and I was told it would be charge to the room and the next day the card I had on file as a hold was charged $109, the same morning I purchased breakfast at the hotel and attempted to pay with my card and was told the card machine was down and they would charge breakfast to my room, a few hours later my card was charged again for $133. I spoke the GM and he advised me that my account would be refunded in 24 hours. It is now 5 days later and still haven’t been refunded. When I asked to speak to him again he told me he would meet with me at 11:30am (conveniently after check out in hopes that I would leave); I waited nearly 2 hours for him and he never showed up. This place was a sh** show, the staff at the fount desk is clueless, and aren’t very polite. Don’t walk, run from this place. Pay the extra money at a better hotel for your peace of mind.

First time staying at Cambria Hotels. This is a new hotel and the design reflects it, clean lines and not the usual hotel decor. They have a hotel shuttle and while it doesn't run in the mornings they do provide a complimentary Lyft ride.
I found the electrical outlets (4 of them] by the beds didn't work, which was unfortunate since I was unable to use my cpap. Had it not been so late when I discovered this, and if I was staying more than one night, I would have requested a room change.

After a long aggregating discussion and plane cancellations with JetBlue we needed a place to stay and they use Cambria. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff is very courteous and made us feel like we were at home. If I had to stay by the airport again, I would choose Cambria.
