We enjoyed our stay. We had a issue with the shower and the Maintenance man Scott Thompson was very prompt in getting to our room and working very diligently to get the problem resolved.
I was not able to get extra pillows, but everything was very comfortable inspite of this.

Scott has been very helpful and professional with me in a very timely manner, considering his very busy schedule. From replacing my refrigerator to repairing and reinstalling the smoke detector that fell from ceiling recently, He is very expedient and usually attends to the matter within two to three days after I submit a work order. He is friendly and affable as he takes care of the guests requests.

Moving here from Florida has come with its share of difficulty and challenges. As we were navigating around the metro Denver area deciding where to stay temporarily, Extended Stay was our best option. However, we did NOT have the best experience everywhere/at each location (we’ve tried 3). I was very reluctant on continuing our stay with this company until we came the Westminster and experienced Kaila. She was thee absolute SWEETEST, kindest, funniest person we could’ve experienced and provided stellar service. Kaila goes over and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, and greets us with so much grace. She is an absolute JOY to encounter. THANK YOU KAILA for turning our experience(s) around. We are so content with staying here until we find a permanent place. While the entire staff and establishment is great, I can’t speak more highly of her.

If your looking for a hotel with a good price and a good location you found it but it has it flaws. One you can hear everything going on the level your staying. I mean everything! Basically the barebones of privacy. The place doesn’t feel that clean beds feel too clumsy, like a plastic feel to it. Breakfast is mediocre just coffee and cheap muffins. But the staff is good.

New Management dig teeth into guests forcing them out in cold winter nights in the Rockies. Danielle Jimenez has been quoted by various guests, that if you aren't her cup of tea you won't stay in her hotel. She constantly walked back and forth by our room, swearing that we were smoking drug's inside. Fascinating thing was law enforcement was never involved, since she is allowed to use slanderous comment's, we'll see how well the Management is prepared for a law suit for her actions against a U.S. Army Veteran and his Family? I'll ensure her actions do not go unnoticed, that the lawyer they had draft documents that we're turned into the Adams County Courts but never served to us in the room to have us removed from the room. We never received any correspondence via US Mail either, but a former employee was witness to Danielle Jimenez & Joel Soderberg laughing about not properly serving the documents and how they would force us from our room which was paid for through the first of the year. But before "Said Employee" could say anything further, she was terminated but not before our lawyer's obtained her statement, along either various other guest's statements corroborating the Management's actions.
Guess table's are turning and Extended Stay America Hotel chain is going to be held accountable for the actions of their manager's on property, also the nature of certain manager's extra circular habits outside of work "Blue" scents bellow those around her from Westminster to Greeley.

Rooms are very nice and clean! Best place to stay in the area surrounding by other hotels - this place is so much better than any of those other surrounding hotels.

Exceptional customer service! My family and I were treated with great hospitality. The front desk attendant, Steward went above and beyond to ensure all of our accommodations were met as I booked through a third party. Very clean room. The hotel was true to the photos. Also they allow you to use pots and other kitchenware per request. Excellent stay!

This was the best possible experience that we could have had until we found our place here in Colorado..! Everything was clean and the staff is always on point. The Westminster Location was perfect for us being placed on 120th, Federal Ave was only a couple of blocks away ! Recommended, Recommended!

Upon arriving here we were told they didn't have the room type we had booked. We were tired from moving, not what we wanted to hear. Monica upgraded us to a deluxe king room with sofa sleeper . Thank you Monica for helping a very tired family out. You and the rest of the staff have been nothing but helpful!! Definitely would recommend staying here!!

The hotel was affordable and clean, however, their WiFi is slow and a total waste of money. I was working out of the hotel room and connected to my office network usin a VPN connection when my connection broke. Their service said I was connected to the internet, so me and my company's IT HelpDesk spent two days trying to figure out the problem. It turns out that ,although I was connected to Extended Stay America's WiFi router, their IT folks were blocking my computer from accessing the internet. (They later said I was hogging the bandwidth and arbitrarily blocked me without telling me.) I lost two days of work and it wasn't until I walked across the parking lot to Starbucks did I realize the problem was with the hotel. BTW, Starbucks transmissions rate was 54 Mbps, Extended Stay America's was a lame 11 Mbps and they have about 120 rooms.
