The staff is the walking talking example of professionalism. I've been a long term guest here and have observed the staff remain cool, calm and unflustered in some very trying situations. From Sue and Nancy at the front desk to Scott Thompson, maintenance man, who diagnosed the problem with our door lock and quickly repaired it. We slept much better that night knowing our safety was his foremost concern. Despite the construction, inconsiderate smokers and dog owners Scott keeps the grounds in top notch shape. Kudos to you sir!!!

The hotel staff are very nice and the maintenance man name Scott thompson is a very heard worker cleaning up after slob from in side to out side keeps side walk clean keep the bum away from the hotel sue and nancy are very nice and helpful i give them all a 10 and above

Scott has been very helpful and professional with me in a very timely manner, considering his very busy schedule. From replacing my refrigerator to repairing and reinstalling the smoke detector that fell from ceiling recently, He is very expedient and usually attends to the matter within two to three days after I submit a work order. He is friendly and affable as he takes care of the guests requests.
