The apartment had a garage which was great and the pool was heated and the kids had a great time in it. Inside the apartment, it smelled like old cigarette smoke. It also wasn’t super clean but having a kitchen and laundry was so great. The bed was super comfortable. Where it really turned south is that there were blinds in the room but no curtains and the porch light was flashing on and off ALL night long lighting up the room every second. We tried calling the front desk for about an hour and a half and couldn’t get through. Neither of the phones in the apartment worked as in no dial tone whatsoever. We finally got through to the front desk worker at like 11 or 11:30pm to let them know about the flashing light and he said there was nothing that they could do about it. So we didn’t sleep and it sucked! For the price we paid, SO not worth it! Wish I could upload the video of flashing light.

We were excited when we saw the room with a pool and hot tub basically in our front yard. However, we soon discovered the room was infested with roaches!!! Very nasty and terrible experience while trying to enjoy a vacation. Maintenance is slow to respond and do anything about it and you have to leave your room for several hours for them to treat. Don't stay here! I will never come back.

The 1st impression not 100% with the receptionist being so over the top officious and computer like! Not the friendliest greeting up front.
But the resort itself great. The 2 bedroom apartment we booked was huge. Each bedroom with large ensuites. Gated community so super safe environment. Relatively good location. 10 -15 minute drive to downtown shops & restaurants.
A little disappointed that the resort did not have a bar or Cafe on site..but our balcony became our pre dinner drinks venue! Beautiful setting .
