Stayed at the Park Tower hotel, in the Retiro neighborhood in January of 2020. Our room was on the 22nd floor, with a beautiful view of the park, and clock tower. The entire hotel has a lot of antique furniture to enjoy, and all the staff were so kind as well. The room was large enough for two of us to feel very comfortable. A multiple power adapter is available in the desk drawer, as well as a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. A bottle of Malbec wine as a welcome gift was a very nice touch. The St Regis restaurant/lounge is on the 2nd floor. Breakfast and afternoon tea was lovely during our stay - very good atmosphere and service. A great variety of options for breakfast, and many local treats were available and featured during the high tea. We had access to both gyms at Sheraton and Park Tower. The gym and fitness options are also fantastic. The general location of the hotel was very convenient as well; many restaurants, banks and convenience stores nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay at Park Tower and will definitely consider this property for the next visit in Buenos Aires.

We stayed here 2 times during our visit to Argentina during Dec 2019. It is a beautiful hotel with a decor of a palace.. all gold and granite with an awesome collection of paintings on the walls.
1. Location: It is centrally located in the beautiful neighborhood of Retiro, a very chic and suave district close to most of the tourist attractions. You can literally walk up to San Telmo if you wanted. Uber is readily available at all hours of the day/night.
2. Rooms: the rooms were luxurious all made in royal gold decor. The beds are small but very comfortable. The bathrooms are huge with separate bath and shower areas. In addition, the views are awesome with the clock tower and distant bus station.
3. Service: We arrived about 2 am in the morning and the person in reception was very warm and super nice. She gave us an upgrade which was awesome. the concierge booked for us the Tango show on Christmas day when everything is sold out or closed and was very helpful in providing sightseeing advice. In addition, we left one of the baggage in the locker room while we went to Patagonia and Iguazu Falls.
4. Restaurants: There are several. we tried the room service and it was delicious. They have a 24 menu and it was great to be able to order food at 4 am in the morning after our long flight.
There is also a fitness center and a pool.
Would highly recommend this place and will stay here next time we visit BA.

The Sheraton Park Tower is a Luxury gem in Buenos Aires. When ever I visit Buenos Aires the Park Tower is on my short list of must visit Hotels. Why: From Check in-to-check out the customer care ( guest experience ) is Wonderfull! Constanza & the front desk team are very attentive and kind. The hotel guest rooms are very well appointed with all the premium amenities. The bedding & pillows are fantastic. The best part of my stay at the park tower is the shower. The bathrooms are very well appointed in marble & tastefully accessorized. The unique bathroom layout consist of two separate compartments for the toilet & shower for ultimate privacy. Additionally, the shower is equipped with a huge rain shower head with fantastic water pressure. The shower compartment is floor to ceiling marble. Towels are huge and plentiful. Housekeeping service is attentive & Professional. Another fond memorable stay. Give the Park Tower a try!

The rooms and public areas are okay, though showing signs of age. The location is convenient, at the edge of the city center.
Given the overall quality however, I felt that the price of over US$300 a night was a bit steep. I think there may have been several foreign exchange conversions, and each time the dealing spread was against us.

We had a four night stay here. The front of house team are all very helpful with excellent English. Our entry level room had issues with the shower leaking, which we reported and they tried to fix. Eva from the House Keeping team was extremely helpful. However even after 2 goes the shower still had issues. What astounds me is that the daily housekeeping team had not condemned the room until it is sorted. The floor was flooded after every use. The second fix left the door needing someone to firmly close the shower door shut from outside, and it still leaked. The room lacks tea and coffee making facilities and the Marriott app did not work to order room service. Cleaning protocols have not been updated since Covid, leading me to think that the room would not get daily cleaning. The expected turn down service was non existent. The rooms are very dated, with lots of wood, gold trimmed bathroom fixtures and even an ashtray in the loo cubicle. Even though this was a non smoking floor. This look would once have been deemed luxurious but sadly it has seen better days. What I hadn’t realised is that this hotel is part of the Sheraton complex. The only bar in the evening was a ‘business’ bar/lounge area with shockingly slow service and poor English speakers. There is no dedicated Park Tower restaurant on Monday-Weds and we didn’t want to eat in the Italian. We had room service which was very good, with big portions. One other area that stood out is the breakfast service in the St Regis Restaurant. Good selection and plentiful. The team here are very helpful and the area is very pleasant.

From the moment we walked in , this hotel felt classy! It’s basically attached to the Sheraton , where the pool is situated . The location is good, you can easily walk to many of BAs sights from here including the river, and Puerto Madero with all its bars and restaurants. The station is close. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, ours had a great view of the clock tower, and the harbour beyond. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices for all tastes. We got a taxi from the airport to hotel, think it was around $25. We would definitely stay here again.

Thinking of staying in this beautiful hotel... First, are you a Bon Voy member? If not, quickly sign up! If you are, book a club room FAST! The breakfast and happy hour is so worth it!!! For those gluten free they do have bread and the chef will prep a meat and cheese tray with gluten free bread for you. At breakfast ask the waiter right away as they are busy and it can take a bit. Right from walking in the doorman, reception and concierge are all so professional and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Stayed 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Hotel is very traditional and may be considered “old school luxury” by many. Lobby is grand and elegant but the front drive and entrance of hotel is far from being luxurious. Room was very spacious - well appointed and clean. Nice 5 fixture bathroom. It was extremely hot during a few of my days in BA- room had a decent AC however no AC in hallway or elevator and minimal cooling of lobby (this was annoying and should not be the case for a luxury environment). I assume the hotel is trying to save money by not properly cooling their spaces. Gym is tiny but fine for a quick workout. No pool- however hotel guests have access to the Sheraton pool which is average at best. Service from checkin to concierge and bell staff were all strong. Everyone was pleasant and friendly which goes a long way. Enjoyed stay very much and would highly recommend!

Our check in was rather brisk,so not too impressed at first. However, the room was large, clean, very comfortable with great views and we could check in early. Room service very good. Breakfast was very good but had to wait until available table, so get in early. We could not use the executive bar, out of time, so I wish we had been told about limits, but had a snack at the ground floor bar which was quite acceptable. Check out was a breeze. Beware of taxis going from hotel to port. We had one of the "approved" radio cabs from the outside queue who tried to overcharge us and , when challenged, just charged the normal fare - always check that they are on a meter; this happened to us again elsewhere.

Count me in as one of those that had an excellent stay at the Park Tower.
Checked-in early morning from Salta. Lady at front desk was super sweet and nice. Informed me that Suite wasn't ready but I only had to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby while they did some last minute touches to my room.
Arrived at my suite and I love this decor. Very old world European like Hotel Imperial Wien. There was a full bottle of wine waiting for me and some chocolates as a Lifetime Titanium Guest.
I also had a personal butler. His name is David. Really super nice guy and so sweet. When I entered my room, he was there with maintenance fixing a very, very minor issue in the bathroom. Didn't even noticed until he told me and to be frank, didn't really care. But because of this really, really slight inconvenience, the next day there was another full bottle of wine from Mendoza with a lovely apology note.
Breakast and dinner is served on the 2nd floor. I believe it's called St Regis Restaurant. Service from both breakfast and dinner was very personal AND formal. One person for water, one server for juice, one for coffee, etc.
You can also have your eggs made to order. There's also mimosa for breakfast.
I used to stay at the Sheraton right beside it at least half a dozen times in the last decade. Really, really night and day in terms of service.
All the staffs here at the Park Tower are very polished, polite, and presentable. While Sheraton can be a hit or miss. I don't think they ever said no to any of my requests.
My stay was last month, June 2022. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

We took a taxi and it was a flat $55 USD fee. If you have Argentine pesos, I think it costs much less. Our trip from the hotel back to EZE cost 790 pesos, around $25 USD.
