From check-in to check-out this was a nice experience. Very friendly and kind gal working at the desk. Both the room and the bathroom are spacious and clean! Breakfast was a bit above average, well stocked and clean. We would stay here again! Sickies Garage is very close and great place to get a burger and a beer! We also enjoyed Bonanzaville, a wonderful nearby attraction.

Stayed as I traveled thru to Virginia for family. comfortable beds, clean rooms, room is good size, include a breakfast to take, very quiet, requested a extra blanket and received a very nice alternative down super comfortable. Would stay at this location again

Newer hotel that is still in great shape. Staff has been accommodating during my multiple stays. This may be the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in for outside noise as I heard nothing through the window of our 4th floor room during both stays. There are a couple of dining choices across the street and a whole lot of restaurants and stores 5 minutes by car.

I didn’t even get the opportunity to stay at this hotel because the GM was so difficult to work with. Our youth baseball team stayed here and said it was terrible. The pool was closed (which was never disclosed prior to arrival) and the customer service was awful. Our team had a block of rooms reserved for a tournament and my family had an unfortunate event that precluded us from making reservations during the 10 day allowed window. When I called and explained this to the GM (Amy) and apologized for my oversight, she was obtuse, condescending, and rude. Not only would she not make an exception for the rate (which I know for a fact she can), she wouldn’t give me any other type of discounted rate (such as AAA or Medical). We ended up staying at a different hotel, and had a much better experience than the baseball team did. And after talking with the coaches and organizers, we will definitely be choosing an alternative hotel for our tournament next year.

We stayed during a busy weekend with several groups staying as well. Robin and Cindy at the desk were very helpful and always had a friendly welcome for us.
There were large groups of kids and parents congregating in the main lobby area. The parents were drinking and obnoxious; the kids running around, uncontrolled. Robin and Cindy must have the patience of saints.
Our room was far enough away, the running and yelling didn’t effect us as much. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was pleasant despite the same obnoxious adults and kids from the previous night. Was very pleased the meal area was clean and ready in the morning with the “partying” going on most of the night. Your night staff had her work cut out for her.
Will stay again.

I couldnt believe the lack of control of the kids and adults at this hotel. I guess there was a hockey game or something going on. The staff could have cared less, as they were mostly in the back hanging out. Breakfast was a complete nightmare, cold food, or no food, and the breakfast lady was rude at best. You could hear her in the cooking area making comments about everyone and everything. I hope I do not have to come back here anytime soon.

I was in Fargo for one night visiting friends and chose this hotel because it was located just a short drive from their home. I made my reservation through the Choice website and check in was very quick and easy. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted and recognized as a Choice Privileges Member. The employees at this hotel were very helpful and friendly during my stay and were more than willing to go the extra distance to ensure guest have an enjoyable stay. My room was clean and well attended. The beds were well made and comfortable and I was able to enjoy a good night’s sleep. I did not take advantage of the breakfast offering as I chose to have breakfast with my friends before leaving town. This hotel offers free Wi-Fi which was strong and worked well during my entire stay. There is ample free parking in a well-lit lot. I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel and would recommend it to anyone traveling in the Fargo Area.

Had a nice stay at this property. Was driving through Fargo and needed a convenient hotel to spend the night. I was warmly greeted as a Choice Platinum member and was given two snacks from the “marketplace”. I am used to receiving cookies at the front desk at check in, but I was quite surprised to hear that the hotel had a pot of stew for guests checking in. I had to try it and it was very good! We checked in late after driving though tough road conditions so this was a very nice touch. Rooms were clean, comfortable and basic. Breakfast in the morning was fairly standard and was satisfying. I would stay at this hotel again when driving through Fargo.

My wife and I checked in to the Fargo N.D. Comfort Suites motel March 18/'24 with our legally registered service dog in training. During breakfast, the Manager, Amy Shockman, rudely and abusively started yelling at me and told me I could not have my service animal there. My wife later became involved and asked Ms. Shockman "Why are you yelling at us and being so disrespectful"? her reply was, "That's just the way I talk~!" We asked her for Corporate contacts and she responded, "I don't have to give that to you and will not giver that to you." She dared us to file a complaint. She then walked away and left us standing at the front desk. We are now filing a complaint with the Motel Corporation and the ADA due to Ms. Shockman's extremely unprofessional behavior and blatant violation of ADA regulations. We left the Motel early, completely dissatisfied.
Our service dog was later allowed and welcomed into two high end restaurants with open arms and they fully accommodated us and our very well mannered service animal with no conflict what so ever.
We ABSOLUTELY recommend that you find another Motel to stay at. This one, under this horrible "Manager" proves to be a very hostile environment, (according to other reviews on this site, dating back to the previous year.) For some reason, the Corporate management still allows this Manager to remain at her job in spite of all the negative reviews. The manager's passive responses to her bad reviews do not reflect her true interactions with her guests.

Had Surgery at Sanford in Fargo and this is probably by far the greatest hotel I’ve been to in quite some time the rooms are extremely nice. The staff is exceptionally helpful and kind. This is the place to stay if you’re looking for a place that is in a good area and you don’t feel scared being there
