Me and my family (wife and two girls aged 7 & 3) have just arrived back from Limak Atlantis Delux in Belek. Transfer time from the airport was 40 minutes, and we were greeted on the hotel door by staff at the hotel, very warmly who checked us in straight away and brought our luggage to our rooms.
The Room: Was in excellent condition and was tidied and clean on a daily basis along with a shell shape made on each of the kids bed each afternoon, which they really enjoyed going back to to see after being at the pool all day. The balcony was spacious and we had a view over seeing the front of the hotel which was nice.
The Swimming Pools: Were outstanding and easily enough sun-beds situated around each of the pool on the grounds of the hotel. The water was very pleasant to get into with it being clean and very warm (heated by the sun) furthermore, the mini splash park and slides which ran at different times throughout the day were good fun and both girls enjoyed using them.
The Food & Drink: The food in the main buffet restaurant was good (8/10) with plenty of choice each day. The other restaurants (Italian and Japanese) you have to make reservations for, we did not visit but heard they were also good. We only attended the buffet restaurant at dinner and attended the other main restaurant buffet for afternoon snacks, which was also good. However, the food here was very similar to the dinner menu and on occasion you had to wait for food to be stocked back up such as French fries, pastries, bread for toast etc
The drink menu was good from fizzy drinks to cocktails and mocktails. However, the beer wasn’t great and was slightly watered down. The spirits are their own brand which is common in Turkey for this type of hotel too.
The Service: This is one area they let the hotel down and we graded it as a 8.5/10 overall. Around the pool there is zero service, and if you wanted a drink you would have to walk and get it yourself. This was a huge shame as the holiday is an expensive one and you expect for the money, to be served around the poolside/beach but this was not the case at all and many residents I spoke with, also said they were disappointed. To improve the hotel, they must employ more staff to serve drinks around the pool.
The Animation Team: The team were absolutely outstanding! Our kids absolutely loved Julia, Osmancan and nastya and her team by finding them very approachable, fun and engaging. The activities throughout the morning, afternoon and evening are extremely enjoyable for everyone (kids and Adults) and I have nothing but positivity for them.
The Team Atlantis shows - Michael Jackson, Freddy M and The Greatest Showman are absolutely amazing and by far the best shows we’ve seen in any hotel. Each night the three shows were packed!
The Location/Beach: The location of the hotel is also very good as it has its on lovely white sandy beach with a lovey pier and (small) bar. The water is very warm but salty and a lovely area to play games such as Boccia, VolleyBall etc.
Overall: Limak Atlantis was an outstanding holiday, I would rate it 8.5 out of 10 and would definitely recommend to others to attend. Tho improve the hotel they much: Have service around the pool, more food choice at lunch and ensuring food and drink are stocked up 24/7 so residents do not have to wait.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at this lovely hotel. We rarely return to a hotel but to this one we would, in fact we meet a lot of guests who had. The staff are all so nice, very friendly and could do not do enough for you despite a very hard time for everyone ( Burak a waiter in the Lyrica bar was exceptional, Ismail the bartender in Lyrica also very good). Some of the A la carte restaurants are not open, but given the times this is totally understandable. We did visit the Turkish and the seafood restaurants which were both very nice. The main buffet restaurant has careful Covid measures in place, you have to wear a mask while not at your table and the staff will serve you your choices from each station. The standard of food we had was very good. The pools are immaculate, the hotel grounds are very well kept, the rooms are very comfortable and are cleaned to a very high standard. The beach is beautiful. Loved the jetty which has free sun beds, parasols and a fridge with cold soft drinks. In summary a very good standard all inclusive hotel. We also felt very safe, the Covid measures in place make you feel very safe. The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the white wine, I had to drink it in a spritzer! The other drinks were good though 👍 A very friendly hotel, thank you for a lovely restful holiday!

We stayed at the Limak Atlantis Deluxe in Belek from 21/09/20 to 07/10/20 right in the middle of COVID-19 and as promised here is our review. The hotel overall is spotless & staff worked extremely hard keeping it clean and sanitised everywhere. Lovely food, despite limited choices due to Covid. Disappointing that a la carte restaurants were not open except for one that you had to pay extra for, so we didn’t bother. Amazing pool areas but again disappointed that some of it was closed which we were not told about, especially as it was the cave pool and the jacuzzis that had swayed our decision to book here. Most of the alcoholic drinks were ok, but tonic water in gin & tonic was flat, so unable to have my favourite tipple foe entire holiday sadly. Could always get a sunbed around the pools at any time of the day which was brilliant. Beach was quite stony so pack beach shoes if you have them, but the sea was warm, and the waves made it fun, Beautiful sunsets at the beach and a lovely promenade area just for Atlantis guests. Reception staff were not the most friendly or efficient, but all the other staff were amazing. Special mention to. Saadet and Samsettin (Oscar) fantastic waitress and waiter in the restaurant. The lady who cleaned our room 2409 who was so friendly, and who worked so hard, and a massive thank you to Mali (Mehmet Ali) a member of the entertainment team who went out of his way to make our holiday extra special. The main downside of this lovely hotel was some of the guests. The Russians were very rude, and pushed in front of you in the restaurants. They didn’t always wear masks and ignored the signs on the lifts stating two people only. There were also loads and loads of kids, which we weren’t expecting as it was during term time, which made some of the pool areas and especially the restaurants very noisy. The little shop within the hotel is reasonably priced, and we often bought bits and pieces from there. This was really handy as this hotel is very remote with no shops, bars etc within walking distance. If I could make a recommendation to the hotel though, it would be for staff to inform guests to wear their masks correctly ( not on their chins, their elbows or under their noses! ) and at all times indoors unless seated. So many guests ( again, mainly Russian) would wander in to the restaurant with no mask, despite being handed one at the door! Also, they would get up to leave and walk through the restaurant, past other diners again with no mask on. There were plenty of staff around who could have enforced this and made it a safer place for everybody. If we were to stay again, we would ask to stay in the main part of the hotel as it is quite a walk to the other blocks, especially when your key card keeps failing and you have to walk all the way back each time to have it reset! Overall, we had a lovely relaxing holiday, which was much needed, and I would definitely recommend this hotel especially to families.

What a fantastic holiday we have had. Firstly Turkey is lovely and so are the people and especially the weather. The Atlantis hotel is fantastic well laid out and constantly being cleaned to give the best standards.
The roomWe stayed in a one bedroom family room in the tennis court side for me my wife and 2 children 16 and 14 years and my parents in a double. Wow the family room was fantastic 2 bathrooms at either end 2 single beds and chair in first room and double bed in the second giving parents and kids some privacy. Both rooms also had the independent and all important air con.
The hotel is modern and spotless with a main pool and 6 others around the resort. They all offer great sun plenty of beds and perfectly clean toilets and bars.
The beach and pier are about 2 mins from the main pool and there are sun beds there too. Cabanas are available for an extra cost
Food is great constantly being offered with all meals served in the main restaurant but lunch being available at beach bar and snack bars. Ice cream parlour available all afternoon too. The buffet has plenty to choose from with a theme show bar each day. Even for the plain/fussy eaters like my mum there was fresh rotisserie chicken everyday too.
Drinks are available from 10 with fridges of water available at pool bars and even the pier cocktails are a little limited but the have most drinks. They also have premium spirits such as baileys, absolut vodka and Morgan’s spiced rum if you ask for no extra charge.
Entertainment the hotel offers great entertainment throughout the day and night. The evening has open stir parties with different themes twice a week and well put together stage shows such as the greatest showman but for us the daytime animation team were fantastic.
Ucha was fantastic he greeted us around the pool day one and had a great laugh with us and all through our holiday he gave us great information and definitely bought the fun to our holiday along with the rest of the team. They encouraged you to join in but didn’t pressure you which was great but the had some great stuff with pool volleyball, pool parties and foam party. I can definitely say Ucha and the guys bought the fun and kept the smiles on our faces.
Overall the holiday was everything we wanted sun sea pools sand food drink music laughter and relaxation and great entertainment from the animation team what more could you ask for 😁

We were nervous about our holiday to turkey as we didn’t know what to expect given the current restrictions but we were pleasantly surprised by a lot of things. Starting with the positives: Swimming Pool areas are great, there is plenty of space and you don’t have to panic about getting a sunbed The entertainment is great, especially the evening shows which are done by external groups. Special thanks to Mousab who was great throughout our whole stay and a pleasure to chat to! (Fab at organising darts also!) The Covid-19 related rules are well done, you are given masks each day and generally things are well thought out The food is the main restaurant, you can always find something you enjoy and if you catch it at the right time it isn’t too hectic Rooms are lovely and kept clean, the overall hotel is beautiful and modern
Now for some of the negatives The snack bar, in the day, doesn’t have much variety... there is only so much pizza you can eat! They are very slow at serving drinks, and the staff organisation is haphazard... everyone tries to do a bit of everything and in turn, the tables don’t get cleared quickly and people are waiting a long time to get what they need Only 2 a la carte restaurants are open, the Turkish and the fish restaurant (which is an extra charge) we were disappointed that so many were closed but this is due to restrictions and I do believe they tried to put as much of that food in the main restaurant as possible. Fish restaurant is lovely, worth the €12, very small and so felt a lot more relaxed. The service could sometimes be slow for drinks, which was frustrating at times but nothing unbearable The Turkish restaurant - be careful. We booked a 2nd visit (first was lovely) and we arrived to find they had changed it to a buffet with deafening live music (I love live music but I couldn’t hear myself never mind my boyfriend speaking) when we complained to guest relations about it, they were less than helpful and used the phrase “you British” which didn’t go down well The bar tenders work incredibly hard all day, however to keep up with demand and to stop queues forming (not great for distancing) they need more help !
Overall great holiday, lovely hotel and reasonable for the money!

This is a lovely hotel - well maintained, clean, with friendly staff.
The room we had was in one of the blocks outside the main building and was a good size, quiet, with the minibar restocked daily. The towel art with added flowers made by housekeeping always made you smile.
The restaurant is bright and modern with an abundance of food and choice. I couldn't fault any of the food tried. That said the restaurant was also one of the letdowns of the hotel. The restaurant does not have a relaxing atmosphere at all. It was very busy and, despite the staffs best efforts, it could be hard to get served a drink. On some nights it felt more like feeding time at the zoo. To avoid this we found that dining later (from 8.15 onwards) made the experience slightly better.
The pool areas are large, with loads of sunbeds and umbrellas and towels are provided free and there was no issues with bed reserving. The first day we sunbathed by the main pool but here the sunbeds are very close together to the point you had to climb over sunbeds to get into the pool. After this, for the rest of our holiday, we moved to the other pool where the sunbeds were more spaced out and getting access to the pool was easy.
We used the gym on a number of occasions. It is well equipped with a variety of free weights, weight machines and cardio machines. Towels and water are provided and its well air conditioned. However, unlike the rest of the hotel, the gym was tired and dated looking and in much need of a refurbishment.
We were on holiday to celebrate a 60th birthday and it was an incredibly nice touch to wake up to a Happy Birthday banner and birthday card pinned to the door of our room on the morning of the birthday.

If you want to eat Poor Quality Food then choose this hotel. We spent 2 days during the New Year Holiday and we literally escaped from here. In breakfast, they serve rubber white cheese and mayya brand fake nutella, never heard this one. I have never eaten such tasteless and bad quality food ever. There are long waiting lines even for a coffee. Hotel was packed and overcrowded during this pandemic, obviously hotel greedily focuses just on their profit. Russian and Ukranian tourists do not even bother to wear face mask. Overall, avoid this place, waste of money! Yemekler o kadar kalitesiz ki midenizi elinize almak istemiyorsanız rezervasyon yaptırmadan önce tekrar düşünün.

We are currently staying at the hotel and have been asked to write a review by Gullu while sitting in the lobby bar. This is our 8th night of 14 and it is still low season. We have been housed in room 3014 which sleeps our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers 15 & 13 quite comfortably though they are located in a tower block type build with a central corridor which rather echoes when people return from evening entertainment. Mini bar well stocked in room which is free if ultra all inclusive (5€ a day upgrade if only all inclusive). Good variety of restaurants, kids are fussy eaters but always find something - pizza, pasta, grilled meats & salads etc. Hotel is 30 mins walk into Belek, €6 in a taxi or £1 / €1 on the bus each which picks up outside the hotel but with no frequency / timetable. Market day is a Saturday! Drinks are good but you can get imported beer for €3 each if you want to step away from Efes. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment as on the pricy side. Only 2 al a carte restaurants open at time of visit - you get 1 free visit per week restricted to the Turkish restaurant but haven’t eaten there yet as the buffet serves the same food every night. Gym has good equipment (16+ with adult) and pools clean and lifeguard present at each one. Entertainment - always an activity on and 9pm is show time with out fail. Some activity’s are age restricted (Air riffle & archery 18+) and tennis courts are free but racket hire is €10. Overall very enjoyable break and would recommend. Forgot to add taxi journey is 35 mins from Antalya airport and costs €30 each way.

I stayed at the Atlantis and check out after one day. It was supposed to be a night 5 night break. We were looking forward to our holiday as like most people, this was our first holiday since covid 19. My husband is a front line worker. The trouble started as soon as we checked in. The reception area had no AC, I should have realised this is standard practice everywhere at the hotel - including our room! Then, we went to our room which had CENTRALLING CONTROLLED AC. It was 35 degrees celcious outside I found it unbearably. How can a 5 star hotel have NO AC IN THE ROOM? They basically control the AC at the hotel and pick and choose what hours in the day you get cool air. So after breakfast, it turns off. During the night, the AC turns off, and in the afternoon, it turns off. I personally could not stand it and we decided to check out after 1 night. It is very unhonourable of the hotel to not disclose this information to guest. Horrendous. It gets worse, they do not provide irons and charge a crazy amount to iron your clothes, it was working our to 20 british pounds to get an outfit ironed (top, trousers). They do not provide irons, so please bring your own. Although I'd say find another hotel.
I wanted a peaceful holiday and the hotel is not. they have music thumping at the pool side and the food is awful. The free ice cream taste horrid and melts as soon as you are served.
The neighbouring hotel sounds like a club at 2am and my daughter could not sleep.
The lady at guest services is not friendly unless you are white and russian. If you are brown or black, you will barely get a smile.
Also, the kids pool is slippery and wet, my daughter went flying and nearly broke her ankle.
The food is medicore.
Overall, I would say to the hotel, sort out the AC. Turkey is baking hot, also the music around the pool is not needed. Tell the hotel next door to turn off the hotel - playing club like musc until 2am is unacceptable.
I checked out and went to the Akra hotel, it is expensive but worth every penny.

We have just got back from a 10 day stay during mid September and it did not disappoint!
Our room was right at the back on the hotel. The room was spotless, the cleaners cleaned everyday and the mini bar was filled up everyday. The ac was great and worked perfectly!
The food in the main restaurant was great, loads of options for everyone. They had themed nights every other day, for example, Turkish on Monday, Mexican on Wednesday and seafood on Friday but there were still loads of options if you didn’t like that type of food.
The pool bars/restaurant is similar to the main restaurant. And the beach bar serves, burgers, chips, chicken nuggets and hotdogs.
You have plenty of options for drinks. Tea, coffee, iced coffee, soft drinks, beer, wine and there were about 8 types of cocktails to choose from.
There are plenty of activities to do. There are always activities around the main pool and on the beach. Very good if you are active and don’t want to be laying down all day.
The entertainment was brilliant, our first night there was the band “queen” on and it was fab! The animation team are very friendly and do try to get you up but they don’t push you if you don’t want to.
Everything is very clean, the waiters and waitresses are always efficient on cleaning up after you, sometimes too efficient! They did take my friends plate whilst she was still eating! Even the maintenance staff around the hotel are always cleaning and sorting things out.
The beach is very nice and well kept. As mentioned, always stuff to do, there are water sports you have to pay for (not sure on prices as we didn’t do any) volleyball and there was even a dragon boat race whilst we were there.
The staff are all very friendly, their English isn’t perfect but they do understand and try to help in anyway they can.
The only bad thing I have to say is if you get drinks from the bar and take them to your sunbed, keep an eye on them, the staff who are coming round to collect cups will take your drinks even if they are full, we got two iced coffees and left them on the table to have once we’d got out of the pool and the lady threw them away :(
All in all a great relaxing holiday!
