My husband and I just spent a wonderful week in Likuliku celebrating our Honeymoon and it was truly one of the best travel experiences we've ever had.
The staff was incredible they were always so happy and welcoming. The food was out of this world every day we were offered a different menu with a different set of options and every single time the food was absolutely delicious!
But our favorite part of the resort was definitely the overwater bungalows; this room was truly spectacular not only did we have direct water view from our bed but we also had an amazing overwater terrace where we would read from, sip champagne from, play cards from it was such a fun and romantic experience not to mention that we could dive into the water whenever we wanted to and see beautiful fishes with the snorckle gear that the resort provided us with.
The resort also provided us with free kayaks and paddleboards that we could use anytime we wanted, one of the days my husband and I kayaked to an island across from Likuliku and felt like we discovered our own private island, it was truly beautiful!

This was such an amazing experience I recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing honeymoon experience. And if you're like me and don't want to deal with the logistics of it all I recommend using Venture Fiji they helped us book everything the hotels, the transfers, the activities, all the stuff I didn't want to do lol.

Both highly reccommended!

We’ve been to Fiji many times staying at various resorts both on the mainland and surrounding islands.
Liku Liku is by far the most luxurious, casually elegant scenically stunning resort we have stayed at.

The infinity pool surrounded by palms and tropical greenery overlooking the ocean is spectacular.

The staff warmly greet and farewell every visitor and from the moment you arrive, they go over and above to ensure your stay is extra special.

The Deluxe Beachfront bures with plunge pool are beautifully designed, equipped and maintained- everything you could want and more is included in your room.
The beautiful housekeeping team pay attention to the little things that have your room looking perfect from morning til night.

Gardeners greet you daily as you make your way around the resort while they continually attend to the immaculately maintained tropical surroundings.

There are many water-based activities options run by an experienced, knowledgeable and fun team at the Water Sports bure. Snorkeling off the reefs was wonderful as were the Island Hopping tours which include a visit to where Tom Hanks featured in the movie Castaway!

Then there’s the food….wow! What a dining delight you are in for at every meal. The perfectly designed menu changes every day and the chefs here truly work magic in the kitchen serving up culinary masterpieces for every course.
Throughout lunch and dinner the sounds of the music and singing from the resident Fijian musicians creates just the right mood and ambience for a relaxed enjoyable meal.

The beautiful attentive wait staff team ensure every little thing is attended to throughout your dining experience at every meal.
Breakfast is the best we’ve had with an abundance of magnificent tropical fruits, juices and smoothies along with home made breads and pastries. And if you’re still hungry, there’s a menu of cooked items to satisfy you.
Coffee here is great too!

Just before leaving this beautiful tropical paradise we had a massage at the Island Spa. Once again the staff here were experienced, warm and friendly making the last few hours of our stay so relaxing and had us wanting to cancel our trip home!

Thank you to the entire team at Liku Liku for making our stay AMAZING.

We can’t wait to return.

This resort is beautiful , placed around a peaceful lagoon. There are tropical fish in the lagoon and spectacular snorkelling sites 10 minute away on a speedboat. The feeling around the pool is very quiet and relaxed and there are always plenty of sun lounges .
The Beach Bure was large, stunning, super clean and well maintained.
The meals were excellent for Fiji and I have a pretty high bar. I was quite impressed with the menu and food ! Well done chef. However , it is a bit slow ,so be ready for " island time " meals.
One does pay for Cappuccinos and all drinks ( even Non alcoholic drinks if I remember correctly ) but food is included.
The most impressive thing is the staff . .. So so kind and always smiling and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done with a smile.
My sister has a motor disability and the staff were incredibly helpful - giving support to her up and down stairs and across unstable ground. Joe was so kind on the snorkeling trip holding her hand the whole way.
Thanks also to Usa who wrangled our big family party with a smile.

I am leaving this honest review because I know this may help you make a decision as this resort is a big investment. We traveled last week of April/early May for 7 nights.

Pros:
1. Delicious food
2. Beautiful overwater villas
3. Colorful coral reef
4. Friendly staff

cons:
1. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner require eating in their one and only restaurant. All are made to order with a minimum 1 hr wait. So that means you need to plan 2 hours for each and every meal within a 3 hour window for each meal. They don't allow you take it to your room and don't do room service. Also, dinner requires reservations every night. Basically most of your vacation time will revolve around planning for your meals and formal dining.

2. Their "free" land activities do not exist. Whenever I'd come to the meeting spot for an activity such as "Fijian story time" or "Coconut creations" the staff would look at me funny and say come back tomorrow or come back later.

3. They nickel and dime you. Water is free in your room, but order it from a bar...it will cost you. Upon checkout, make sure you triple check your bills because they add charges that you never made. This also happened to another couple.

4. Make sure you have all your transfers, promotions, and bookings in writing.

I told them many times that I wanted to switch my speedboat ride back to the helicopter (because I am pregnant and cannot handle the rocking of their tiny 1 hr speedboat rides. PLUS I found out one couple got stranded in the middle of the ocean in a speedboat that broke down).

The staff verbally told me they would make the change then the next day they denied I ever asked for the helicopter. They made a huge deal and spent my last entire morning trying to resolve it. Houes later they confirmed our helicopter flight but we waited 3 hours for the helicopter to show up and found out the helicopter was contemplating not to pick us up.

Staff never apologized for this mess up and miscommunication.

5. This is not a 5 star resort. If you spend $10 to $15K on a once in a lifetime vacation, I expect a certain level of service. Overcharging, miscommunication, and being inflexible with guests needs are a huge area that need massive improvement. We've traveled to 5 Star resorts all over the world and would rate this a 4 star.

I hope this review helped you. FIJI is a beautiful place but unless you're a foodie or $10K is no big deal for you...then consider another place.

We stayed here only for two nights and in hindsight we could have stayed for a couple of more days easily.

This place is incredibly beautiful, everyone on the serving team is just the best, most prompt and very warm and polite. They make you feel at home and take care of your comfort extremely well. I just love the ‘welcome home’ greeting by everyone.

We stayed at the overwater bure and it was just perfect for lazing and gazing. Gorgeous sunsets. We didn’t partake in any of the excursions and felt blissful just being at the resort.

Last words for the best experience - food!! I am a vegetarian and I have not experienced so much variety and flavor in the veggie food served anywhere outside India. The meals were impeccably designed and lovingly prepared. Nom.

This would easily remain as one of my best and favorite memories.

Just returned from a 4 night stay at LikuLiku, what an absolutely beautiful, serene, relaxing place. We knew it was going to be special based on the reviews and the pictures but to see it for yourself and experience the hospitality first hand…wow!

We stayed in a beachfront bure so that we could swim off the beach, right outside our room…the overwater bures looked fantastic but we decided not for us as we weren’t keen on climbing down the stairs and jumping into the deeper waters (I like to touch the bottom!) but anywhere you swim is the most cleanest, amazing water, we didn’t bother swimming in the pool the whole time we were there as the ocean was too appealing!

The food, the staff, the activities, the spa (massages wow!) all were fantastic! We visited for our wedding anniversary and the whole team made us feel very welcome and like family, it was very sad to say goodbye to them but we will definitely be back to this beautiful, peaceful slice of heaven. Thank you LikuLiku for a memorable, amazing holiday we shall never forget, Vinaka vakalevu…until next time ❤️

Everything about our 4 night honeymoon stay was incredible and surreal! We loved our room with the plunge pool overlooking the ocean. The guest service staff was friendly and created such positive energy upon every interaction. The complimentary kayaks, snorkel equipment, and ping pong were very nice amenities to enjoy.

However the quality of the food and variation in the menu was remarkable! Each meal we looked at the menu with excitement and awe about how impressed we were. We tried all new dishes and they were of such amazing quality.

We loved our stay and strong recommend for any special occasion, be sure to bring an appetite!

We recently enjoyed a stay in paradise, AKA Likuliku Lagoon Resort. From the moment we arrived we felt completely at home. The beauty of the lagoon and the resort itself, made me feel like I was dreaming. We were welcomed by the Anqela, who was so lovely. We were taken to the restaurant for lunch and were assisted by Serai (again lovely!). While we were eating our lunch we could not believe the serenity of this beautiful resort! After lunch we were shown to our room by Lisanthi. We stayed in a Deluxe Beachfront Bure. Our bags were already placed in the wardrobes. Lisanthi showed us around our Bure, showed us all the amenities etc. The Bure was stunning! Again, we felt like we were dreaming. We were fortunate enough to have a Friday night in our stay which meant we were invited to a cocktail party to watch the sunset and also a Fijian Cultural show by the staff. We then walked with all of the other guests to the restaurant for a Fijian BBQ buffet - it was awesome. In fact, every meal was awesome - the chef is amazing, it is fine dining at it's best for every meal. We didn't go on any excursions away from the island, as we felt we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday right where we were. The water is crystal clear for snorkeling (equipment is provided to you on check in) - so many fish! Even when you are just standing in the water the fish are swimming around your feet. We also did some kayaking (all included in your stay). We also enjoyed going for hikes on the Coconut Grove trail to the lookout everyday. It is a steep hike and the terrain can be tricky but still good to do and the view from the lookout is beautiful. We also used the gym which was good. The pool area is gorgeous. Most days we relaxed in our bure which had a private pool and day bed. Other people I would love to mention is Eleanor, who looked after us at almost every meal together with Serai. They made us feel very special and like we were family. Also Sia who we had the pleasure of meeting at the cocktail party. He taught us so much about conservation on the island and also about Fiji in general. I wish I could mention every single staff member because they were all so lovely! We cannot recommend Likuliku Lagoon Resort highly enough and we hope to return there again one day.

Wonderful resort with a range of accommodation, overwater, beach side with pool or beach side.
Food comes with daily resort rate, and the menu changes daily. Includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (with pool side pizza) is led by a wonderfully experienced chef and kitchen team.
Staff at the resort are the heart of the resort (too many to name, but thank you all ) they are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable (guiding me on Fijian culture and allowing me to practice Fijian words with patience).
We enjoyed the theme "fire dancing " on Tuesday night, Friday buffet with Fijian dancing plus the Sunday night staff choir, not forgetting the nightly guitar and Fijian singing.
The grounds are colorful and grounds team engaging, plus they present the tropical surroundings with care.
Key areas we enjoyed, the main pool area, the jetty island bar, outdoor shower, individual accommodation pool, fish life, just steps into the lagoon.
The range of activities was impressive, mentioning only a few, paddle boarding, kayaks, snorkeling, and just general swimming.
Front office staff, management listen and help as well as helping with travel or resort matters.
Totally recommend this resort.

come si arriva dall'aereoporto di nadi all'hotel??
Answer from Dean E

There are several ways to get from the airport to the resort. We booked transfer through South Sea Cruises. South Sea Cruises provided ground transportation from the Nadi airport to Port Denarau, and the sea ferry from the port to the resort. The ground transportation took about 20 minutes, and the ferry ride took about 2 hours (because it stops at other resorts and islands on the way). You could consider booking a direct boat ride, or even a helicopter flight. The resort provided contact information and recommendations for the various options.

There’s a hiking trail that gains elevation and connects to the sister resort, but it isn’t more than a mile. You could traverse it back and forth it is rocky and it might not suit your needs. The resort is the most beautiful place I have experienced. Hope this helps.
