Hotel's Favourite
Everything was perfect with this hotel. We arrived at midnight to a very warm welcome by the receptionist (I can't remember his name =( ) and from there everything just got better. The room was spacious, with everything needed for (in my case) a short stay. The location is excellent, close to the Lacerda elevator, the Pelhourinho, and many other attractions. Like with many cities in Latin America, one must be careful when walking around, but other than that, I have no complaints. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and it had options for a la carte items. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I hope to get back to Salvador and to the Fera Palace Hotel soon.

good, safe and clean, breakfast not so good, not even the coffee. lovely staff .property away from restaurants.takes about 1 hour from the airport by metro, £0.70 pence near LAPA metro stop.we used Uber everywhere .we sleep very well

Very good hotel with an excellent location in Salvador, in the middle of the fashionable Vitoria neighborhood of the city. Service, including room service, is attentive and efficient. The hotel has parking and it is moderately priced.

Me and my husband arrived late at nigth around 9-10pm and outside was a heavy rain and we were very hungry unfortunately there is no any way to have any food until morning because there is no restaurant or Room Service was close, and mini bar so poor.
Staff on reception doesn't speak English so they even didn't tried to help us. From next day as there is breakfast only meal that we could have, every time when we needed water or some snacks we have to go to reception and TRIED to explain, as we tried to call room service and ordered something but again nobody speaks even basic of English and they were making joke of us on the phone and laughing. On the end we manage to ordered caesar salad and tapioca, salad never came, they couldn't make it ( even if was on the Menu) and tapioca was over fried, burn and full of oil, so we couldn't eat!!! As me and my husband are in hospitality job over 10 years honestly we can say that this hotel is a joke and very unprofessional!! Not recommending AT ALL !!! Airbnb will do better job then them.

Dear guest, Thank you for your comments and your review. We feel sorry that you had problems in our hotel. Our room service is opening until 10pm and we don't have restaurant. We have this information in all the websites that sell our hotel. In our minibar in all the rooms have bottles of water, beers, cokes, chocolate milk, potato chips, cereal bars, chocolate, chocolate cookies and oats cookies we are sorry if you didn't like it. We really care about our service and quality as you can see in the other reviews, we had a meeting with our team to understand what happening, and solve any mistakes, because all the things that you said in your review in not part of our quality standard. I’ve just spent 5 nights at the Bahia do sol with my mum and my son; we loved it! The staff couldn’t be friendlier, the rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, the buffet breakfast was excellent and varied every day, and it was in an excellent location, right in between the old historical town and the beaches.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Salvador and I’ll stay there again for sure.

The hotel is simple, but well maintained and very well located. We only stayed for two nights but it did what it promised. The breakfast could improve, but the rooms are good and the staff are very attentive.

Perfect location in the well-known “Corridor da Vitória”, a privileged location in Salvador (everything is nearby: McDonald’s, cafe, supermarket, square and views of the Bay of All Saints).
New rooms, perfect showers, good towels, just the bed that I would say was 60% full.
Sufficient breakfast, sensational reception.
Tip: have dinner at the hotel, wonderful food and fair price. Best Shrimp ever!
