Rooms are very big, nice and clean
Great hospitality and service
Breakfast was nice and a lot of options to have
Coffee machine and facilities to have a nice sit and relax time with friends and family

Very good hotel with an excellent location in Salvador, in the middle of the fashionable Vitoria neighborhood of the city. Service, including room service, is attentive and efficient. The hotel has parking and it is moderately priced.

I am a native from Salvador, however I live in Europe. I came to Salvador with my girlfriend, as I wanted to show her my hometown. I selected the hotel for its location and I was quite impressed with the rest: excellent room size, cleanliness and comfort!

good, safe and clean, breakfast not so good, not even the coffee. lovely staff .property away from restaurants.takes about 1 hour from the airport by metro, £0.70 pence near LAPA metro stop.we used Uber everywhere .we sleep very well

Me and my husband arrived late at nigth around 9-10pm and outside was a heavy rain and we were very hungry unfortunately there is no any way to have any food until morning because there is no restaurant or Room Service was close, and mini bar so poor.
Staff on reception doesn't speak English so they even didn't tried to help us. From next day as there is breakfast only meal that we could have, every time when we needed water or some snacks we have to go to reception and TRIED to explain, as we tried to call room service and ordered something but again nobody speaks even basic of English and they were making joke of us on the phone and laughing. On the end we manage to ordered caesar salad and tapioca, salad never came, they couldn't make it ( even if was on the Menu) and tapioca was over fried, burn and full of oil, so we couldn't eat!!! As me and my husband are in hospitality job over 10 years honestly we can say that this hotel is a joke and very unprofessional!! Not recommending AT ALL !!! Airbnb will do better job then them.

We feel sorry that you had problems in our hotel.
Our room service is opening until 10pm and we don't have restaurant. We have this information in all the websites that sell our hotel. In our minibar in all the rooms have bottles of water, beers, cokes, chocolate milk, potato chips, cereal bars, chocolate, chocolate cookies and oats cookies we are sorry if you didn't like it.
We really care about our service and quality as you can see in the other reviews, we had a meeting with our team to understand what happening, and solve any mistakes, because all the things that you said in your review in not part of our quality standard.
