although parking was limited, we're still able to secure a spot. the receptionist was almost asleep when we entered the small lobby. we didn't bring a lot of suitcases to carry, still, nobody offered to assist us to our room, which, by the way, was spacious and very neat.

reasonably priced, our overnight stay was relaxing and peaceful. an electric fan added to the cool ventilation. breakfast was brought to our room upon request with an additional 100 pesos for service fee. we ate our meal in the balcony equipped with a small table & two chairs, overlooking quirino hill.

you'll get your money's worth in this place.

My family and I stayed here for a brief vacation. The location was a bit away from the city center, but accessible enough for cabs and jeepneys going to Burnham Park.

The room we got was a pleasant surprise because it was bigger than we expected. The toiletries were pretty basic, but it was no big deal. Just make sure to bring along anything essential, like your toothbrush or comb. Otherwise, you can buy these items while you're out.

What made our stay really special is the quiet location, with our room's view of the mountains. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast, especially the pancakes and longganisa. Lastly, this place's owner is one of the most hands-on and hospitable business owners that I've ever encountered. You could really see how much love and effort he has put into making every guest feel that they are taken cared of. I would definitely come back here for a longer stay.

Stayed at the Manhattan Suites hotel, the room was on the 4th floor, it was spacious clean and well furnished. Ate dinner in the restaurant where there was a great selection of dishes on th menu (spoilt for choice) ordered lemon chicken, beef & broccoli with rice and beer. The meals were freshly prepared and tasty.

For Breakfast there was again a good selection of dishes on the menu, to suite both Filipino and Western tastes, and again these were both filling and tasty.

Staff were extra friendly and helpful, making you feel a welcome guest.
Overall the stay was both comfortable and enjoyable. A great experience.

We stayed there for two nights. I was surprised at how big and spacious the room was. It was clean, the bathroom was clean as well, with basic toiletries and towels. Their breakfast was also good, but what we like most was the service. Check-in and checkout were a breeze. If you arrived earlier than their 1:30PM check-in, you can leave your things there first. The staff was very accommodating and respectful. We even met the owner who is very friendly. It was a bit far from the city proper, but walking to and from the hotel was not a problem - an instant workout for us. :-) They provide free WiFi, though signal is only good when you're at the lobby. It's not a big issue for us since we wanted to stay offline during the trip anyway.

Difficult to find but easy to like. Breakfast is great...good bathroom amenities and no need to bring your own, 'tho the bathroom needs more cleaning...must provide comforter for these chilly days. Has complimentary coffee. I love the area with blue roofs that permit sun to enter above you while taking breakfast and keeps you warm while you savor your food. Has a ktv room for a group bonding. Has an Internet cafe across the dining area where you can connect to your family or friends online if you fail to bring your laptop or tablet or just want to surf. Overall- a good hotel experience. My first here and would love to go back soon.

me and my husband stayed in this hotel after our bad experience with the other hotel in baguio, we dont mind anymore with the price. We booked this hotel after reading their trip advisor reviews and everything was right. Clean room, queen bed, nice sheet and soft bed, clean toilet....everything was clean and quite. they have restaurant and their food was great.... the hotel is really beautiful...Easy acces to the main town as well. We meet the owner, he greet us with a big smile, he is very friendly and very professional and the staff was very polite. if you want to receive a perfect service and clean hotel, stay in manhattan suite located at the sepic st. baguio. surely will recommend this place everywhere we go specially from palawan. good job everyone!!!

First thing to note about this place is that it is not that easy to locate, so taxis would have a difficult time finding it but it is wazeable. NYC Manhattan is in a quiet spot amidst residential houses away from the busy streets and tourist spots.
The 3 of us booked a room in the 4th floor facing the mountains. There is no aircon but there is no need for one as the baguio breeze is more than enough to keep us comfortable at night. I appreciated the balcony where we spent a quiet night drinking and eating. Everything about the place is good enough. Overall, it was a good and comfortable stay. It is definitely better than most non-luxury hotels in Baguio.
SERVICE: the staff were courteous and provided our needs. however, there was one instance which i believe could have been handled better. our balcony only had 1 chair, while all the other rooms had 2. since there were 3 of us i requested for 2 more chairs. they said they could only provide 1. ok so they provided us with a plastic monobloc chair, not even the standard ones found in the other rooms. i found it weird that they couldn't even provide a standard chair given there were a lot of vacant rooms and we were paying customers.
WIFI: wifi was ok in our floor. i was able to surf and video call without problem though there was a 2-3 hour instance when we lost a wifi connection. there is also no signal in the balcony area, perhaps they could install a few repeaters to boost signal strength.
ROOM: was clean and spacious. 3 beds (2 single beds, 1 double bed) with acceptable linen and quilt. an electric fan for when it gets warm. a small TV with cable channels. no slippers. no refrigerator.
TOILET: clean. had a heater and bidet installed. had toiletries in sachets. water pressure is a bit weak for my liking but not to the point that it made us uncomfortable.
FOOD: their breakfast served a la carte meals. it was ok. we ordered rice meals that included 2 eggs and unlimited coffee. no complaints but others might not be satisfied.
LOCATION: not a busy area. street outside is not good for strolls as there is nothing to see and the walkway is steep. you have to take a cab or drive if you want to get to the tourist spots, burnham should be about a 5minute drive away. you could ask the front desk to get you a grab taxi or if you have no issues walking like we did, you could go for a 5-7 minute walk to get to the main road where you can ride jeepneys or standard taxis.
ACCESSIBILITY: had elevators. bring a car if you are with a PWD.

If not for the great service and personal accommodation of the hotel owner, our stay at NYC Manhattan would have been a disaster.
Upon arrival at the hotel, it was the owner Mr. Fernando (Boyie) Dimagiba who personally welcomed and checked us in and his hospitality has given us a very good first impression. He even upgraded one of our rooms (we got 3 rooms total) from double to a triple room free of charge as my sister-in-law preferred 2 separate beds instead of one queen size bed.
I think the issue overall is the location of hotel. It is in the suburb one kilometer away from the heart of the city but the view is basically pension houses, a construction site and other residences. The rooms are not so clean and during our stay I unfortunately saw a total of 7-8 cockroaches (4 of them I squashed) scattering around the room and bathroom.
Breakfast is okay with a variety to choose from: Filipino, American, to Continental. Price is super-affordable!

One indication that your family likes the hotel you are booked in is the number of pictures they take. Well my family took a lot of pictures. The hotel looks new and modern compared to most hotels in Baguio and overall it was clean. They have a garden in front, the lobby looks good even their elevator looks brand new. The room design including the bathroom is just right. Their free breakfast is ok. The restaurant is clean. They have accommodating staff. There is parking inside the hotel for about 7 cars. You can park outside too and it would be safe because the guard is stationed at the gate.

It is located about 1 kilometer from Burnham Park and a little hard to find. It is in a residential area so there are no restaurants and places of interest within walking distance. It is not on a busy street so there is less noise and smoke from the traffic. The only outside noise in the evening comes from barking dogs in the neighborhood. We were not bothered by this but some people might.

They should just make sure that the water pressure in the bathroom remain high.

We will definitely go back.

I was skeptical about this property, however, because of the unsolicited online reviews, I went ahead and booked a room for 2 nights with my BFF Sarah. Nel, the FD agent was the one who checked us in; she was very friendly and very welcoming. The room was very spacious, bed very comfy with white crisp clean sheets along with fluffy pillows. The breakfast options were awesome, and were so delicious, too. We had an opportunity to meet the owner of the property and he was friendly and accommodating as well just like the rest of the entire team members we've met. The location was no too close to where we needed to be but the transportation was not even an issue as there were cabs and jeepneys available. I highly recommend this property.
