Hotel's Favourite
We were very pleased with our stay at Triviho. We had “family rooms” which are two rooms connected by a small foyer. The space was very good for our family and we were very comfortable. The staff were so lovely, all of them and we felt so cared for. The hotel is exceptionally clean and quiet and in a perfect locations. We walked all over the city and enjoyed the local neighborhood too.

The breakfast in the morning was excellent and we completely enjoyed it.

The only things I wish were different were the mattresses were sort of hard and unforgiving and the showers were the kind that leak all over the floor which it a nuisance and the bathrooms have frosted glass walls so if you get up in the night the light bathes the room in bright light which isn’t great for someone sleeping and the shower walls were frosted glass too into the rooms which, if you are shy, might be a consideration.

But, we’d stay at Triviho again for sure. I’m very glad we found it!

The hotel is really really good, in good location near Termini station (15 min. wakl), Trevi. All attraction spots near by. Tallking about the hotel itself is awesome, Oana is the best (best wishes from Lithuania). We chose this hotel of good location, modern style, family room, that gives you a privacy from children, more space since it has two seperate room with seperate bathroom, but safety as well because it has a privat coridor..There is no 24 hour register, but this is not a problem, because Oane gives a very precise discription of self check in. The breakfast is very good, you can taste a real Italian espreso, capucino, fresh orange juice. For breakfast you can choose scrambled eggs, baken, ham, cheese, jougurt, pastries. Overall the hotel is very clean, modern, in good locatio. I really recommend it. Only good words.

Response from Hotel TriviHo, Direttore generale at Hotel TriviHo

Dear 768jurgitas, Thank you for your kind words, we are so glad that you liked your stay at TriviHo Hotel! It’s true that our location is excellent: right in the heart of the centre, our Experience Team is ready to help you organise your holiday to the last detail, so you can enjoy the most of our excellent location. The breakfast is well-known for its quality and quantity because it is prepared with the best local products: the buffet in itself is large but even more so when you keep in mind! :) Ah, I was forgetting… next time ask our staff how to discover hidden gems throughout the center of Rome, like the Church of the “Madonna dell’Archetto”, the smallest church in the world, or the wonderful Romanesque churches of San Clemente (with its Mitraeum) or Santa Maria In Cosmedin( with the crypt of Pope Hadrian I – and “La Bocca dellaVerità” – from “Roman Holidays”). We all look forward to your next holiday at TriviHo Hotel, we hope to see you soon… Best, Oana D.

There were several things we liked about this hotel (see below), but the reason I am writing this review is because of the amazing customer service we received.

Oana reached out the morning we were due to arrive to confirm what time we would be checking in. When we mentioned we were flying into FCO, she also explained the various options we had for transit into Rome. She offered to book us a private car that would be waiting for us when we landed and would bring us straight to the hotel and barely cost more than a taxi would have. This reduced a lot of stress for us and was a nice way to kick off our trip. When we arrived, Oana was waiting for us with a whole list of recommendations for our time in Rome and made us feel like the most important guests they could ever have. She checked in with us (electronically) throughout our stay and made us feel comfortable asking for anything we needed.

As for the hotel itself, the rooms have been recently renovated and were exceptionally clean. Each room has its own unique set of artwork that gives the hotel a charming yet sophisticated feel. Despite the hotel being fully booked during our stay, it felt like we were the only guests there. There was a family with multiple young children in the room next door, and we never heard a single sound through the walls. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station, which made getting around Rome exceptionally convenient.

This is a luxury boutique hotel located close to the Piazza Barberini and Barberini metro station. The service from the staff was fantastic, always smiling and very friendly. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Breakfast was great every morning. I loved that it was a small hotel with a personal service, and it felt very cosy. The location itself is very convenient, there's a small supermarket within 2 mins, lots of cafes and restaurants also and within walking distance (20 mins max) to most main attractions (Trevi, Spanish Steps, Colosseum), the only time we took a taxi was to the Vatican and the train station (which is also walkable if you don't have lots of luggae). Overall great experience and stay! Would highly recommend.

Oana, the receptionist was such a wonderful person. She was very useful helping me find restaurants to eat and paces to visit in general. She even helped me with questions I had about colleges in the area. I totally recommend this hotel. The rooms are very modern and stylish and many famous landmarks such as the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are within walking distance. I would definitely book it again if I come back to Rome. 😊

Had the pleasure of staying at the Triviho Hotel in October. Booked the Glass Suite. Lovely room, all mod-cons, clean throughout and well looked after.
Was contacted prior to arrival to check what time (roughly) we would like to check-in. All organised prior to arriving.
Was greeted by Oana who I have to say was the most helpful person I have experienced at any hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to help guide us for places to visit that a regular visitor may miss and to highlight nice restaurants that were more local than tourist, made the reservations for us and we had a wonderful time and experience.
Truly authentic and that made our visit complete.
Can’t say enough about how helpful Oana is and a credit to this wonderful boutique hotel.
Would definitely go back.

We recently stayed for three nights at the hotel TriviHo.

It is really convenient for Rome Termini and if you don’t mind walking it is a good location to explore from.

On arrival, we were a bit confused by the front gates but once inside and up the lift any doubts were subdued.

The greeting at reception was professional and friendly. Oana had kindly upgraded us for our stay and gave us a quick geography lesson to help get our bearings.

The room was well presented, clean and modern. The bed was firm, I liked it, some may not.

Breakfast is served in a little lounge area. It feels like they put thought and effort into breakfast. There is a good selection and the staff were, again, professional and friendly every morning.

Apart from no plug sockets next to the bed 😂 we really don’t have a single complaint.

Thank you for our stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was our first time in Rome and we were definetly a bit worried with the hotel since we knew rooms in hotels in Rome are a bit small but this one here in Triviho was super big and nice. (we got a deluxe room) The room was super clean and got all the things you need. They were cleaning the room every day. The hotel is 10-15 min from Trevi Fountain, 20 min from Colosseum, 10 min from Termini station and around 40 min by foot from Vatican. The position is very good. Close to everything important and still not on a busy street.
The best of the best is the staff of the hotel - especially Oana. She is amazing. She made our stay here the best. She gave us a list of restaurants she likes and she offered us a late check out for free. We cant thank her enough. The check in is super easy and you will have the steps to do that. I will come back to stay only in this hotel next time i will be in Rome.

My wife and I had the most espectacular wedding anniversary celebration in Rome, to top it off, our beautiful host Oana had an special surprise for us when we got our room that day, She had prepared a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and bottle of Champagne. The customer service in this hotel is top of the line, from the Room service staff, the team in cafeteria in the terrace to the hotel Host Oana. The recently renovated Facility has an exquisite welcoming modern design. The lighting of the hotel is particularly well conceived, is relaxing and cools the mind after an exciting day in Rome. Well done guys, we definitely will be back! Thanks again to Oana, Palmira, Vincenzo and staff for the awesome experience in your hote!!

We stayed here 3 nights before our cruise. It’s a quirky hotel because it doesn’t have some services like help with luggage, etc. The “front desk” is not always staffed. Nevertheless, we loved it. The hotel is a bunch of rooms on the second floor of an office building. We had the Glass Suite as it’s the only one on the corner. The room was lovely although it lacked places to connect our devices by the bedside. Everything else worked very well. Breakfast served in the room at the far end was very good and the attendant was very nice. Oana, whom we interacted with online and in person is wonderful. She was very helpful and gave us some recommendations. The hotel is very close to a Pam Local shop where we picked up some snacks and supplies.
