Me and my ten friends stayed here after the new years full moon party and were very pleased with our stay. Cheap option with good facilities and good location. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Good value for money and we had no problem with the staff

This is our 3rd time staying here, and we were not disappointed.
Its nearly doubled in size since we firsted stayed, but the staff are just as polite and nothing is ever to much trouble.
The min we got out our taxi the reception staff remembered us, and welcomed us as long lost friends.

We had asked for the same room as last year (in the old bit), but they offered us to see the new rooms, we went and had a look and they were great, flat screen tv, tea and coffee making machine, but we still wanted to stay in the old bit. Glad we did as it was quiet, rooms were cleaned ever day, bedding and towels also changed daily.

They now offer a free shuttle service into Patong in the morning, 9, 10 and 11 am and free wifi in reception, if you want wifi in the room you pay for it, think it was about 100 for the hr or 200 for 24hrs.

We are going back next year and will defo stay here again.

Before I used to stay a few times at the ban ton Sai resort, I guess it the same owner since on the same property! But this time I wanted to check out the room at the brand new hotel building! I was very happily surprised about the rooms! They are quite big, and cleanly tiled floors, even nice balcony! I booked the rooms in advance via their website and paid a small part in advance, the rest I had to pay on check in to avail a riant 40% discount... So I paid around 450 per night! Never stayed that cheap in such a nice room!
Staff were friendly at check in and rooms were very well taken after daily! If you want to use a towel for the swimming pool you need to pay a small 20 baht fee but than you can keep that towel for the few days you stay there!
So, really great place to stay!!!

The resort is located in a very good place and has many small pools which is really nice. However, the staff lacks common courtesy, doesn't understand basic English despite being located in such a busy tourist area and toilets are not properly designed.

On the day of check-in there was no bell boy and rooms were quite far, so with kids we had to take all luggage ourselves. When we were not able to locate our room (resort is spread over reasonably large area) we had to beg for help, as staff didn't come to show the room readily. We didn't book breakfast online, so checked if they can take the booking for breakfast at the time of check-in, they didn't accept to book the breakfast, I don't understand it is one of their revenue and a comfort they can offer to customer. But they completely denied service even when we were willing to pay additional breakfast charges.

The hot water in shower didn't work as the geyser was very small, after 1 or 2 secs cold water would start flowing. There is only shower without any bath tub/regular tap. The water from shower spreads all over except your body. Wet and dry areas are not properly separated, water flows easily into dry area, messing the whole toilet. There were no complimentary toiletries as well.

Even the complimentary coffee/tea sachets were not replaced unless sought and the mugs were not clean. To raise complaints we had to personally walk to lobby as there was no intercom.

I had stayed in the Resort 2nd November to 5th November. No Wifi connectivity. No warm welcome in the Reception. All Receptionist were with Rude face , no smile... Complimentary Breakfast was very very Poor with less quantity. 10 Bread Pieces was given for 5 Peoples. Only Bread, Jam, 2 fruits (Pineapple, watermelon) was served as complimentary Breakfast. when we asked for extra bread and fruits , they said "Sorry no stock" . No Room Service at all.. Worst hotel i ever stayed in. Swimming Pool water is with high chlorine content. My dress colours were changed because of this...

I was here 2 nights and very upset they allowed a group of guys and a Thai girl party all night playing music and in the pool til 5 am. It ruined my first night sleep and reception did not seem to care or do anything about it when I told them. They just said I can move room. The next room was quieter but many mosquitos bit me in the night. It's an ok place for a cheap price but they just gotta not allow idiots to carry on and party all night.

I have stayed hear a couple of times over the years because it is cheep, but even now that is not enough. Check in and out is such hard work, they have zero attention span and will lose anything you give to them. If you give them 500 baht for room key deposit, good luck getting it back!.

Check in did not run smoothly, as we were advised our travel agent did not paid them. The receptionist called up our travel agency so it was all fixed up. Not to mention time consuming. We went to our room We booked for a honeymoon sweet, and the room was justa standard. 2 single beds squished together. The bathroom was a joke, if you look at their website they did not post any of the bathroom toilets . It just look like a jail cell. I was furious told the receptionist to change our room took them two days later to change so we only had one night left, my husband said," stuff it just stay here"

STAFF ARE RUDE
BREAKFEST WAS LIKE DOG FOOD
DRINKS OVER PRICED
ROOMS ARE SHOCKING

DO NOT COME HERE

NOTE TO THE RECEPTIONIST

GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER U ARE ONE OF THE RUDEST PERSON I EVER COME ACROSS

Very Bad staff , no coordination , all the beds and sheets were outside of room every day more several hours ! , No internet and low quality breakfast even no cheese !
TV was not working and half the screen was blurb. The staff took my deposit and never returned . they accused my rudely that one small area of the wallpaper has been torn , I never touched that but they kept saying this and did not return my deposit !!
Also the pools are closed at 18:00 ...the best time of swimming its closed .. Dont go there and dont be fooled for the lobby and russian girls there because its just a show.

I booked the room in hotel from 13.02 till 05.03. I was told that the hotel has free wife in the lobby. First day I tried to connect to wifi, I asked for password on reception. The answer I got was: " Money". I was confused with this answer and tried to figure out what that meant. After a lot of attempts I finally got the information that I have chosen wrong network. Free network does not require password, but the one I have chosen was for additional fee. Free network is very slow or not working at all! Internet for additional fee is ridiculously expensive. 30min will cost you 60 Bat. We found mobile Internet for 100 Bat for 1 week.
Another unpleasant experience was with the motorbike rent. Motorbikes are generally in a very poor condition. We looked through the bike before renting it and even did a pictures of scratches, but forgot to check the tires. On a service station worker showed as that we had a flat tire! The tire was totaly worned out. I'm so happy we did not had an acident becouse of that on the road! It was clear that we did not pierced it on the way, but it happend because it was so old. We called the hotel and told them about our problem. For my biggest surprise I haven't heard any apologies. We were aprox.10-15 km away from the hotel. Staff told me that I need to pay for repair and for transfer if someone from the hotel will peak me up. The amount she said was 2000 batt, then 1000 batt for the transfer. Staff was very rude to me and did not want to listen. While I was still explaining the situation lady from reception was repeating:" You pay, you pay, you pay". Seems that "money" and "you pay" are the only english word they know well. The rest of the speech is really hard to understand. Finaly, I repaired motorbike in service station for 200 batt and returned to hotel myself.

hi! When we stayed there the rooms were clean and I would guess that the view is pretty much the same from every room (basically the garden). The resort is like max. 10 minutes from the beach, but the walking street is really close. You can find supermarkets, souvenir shops in a 2 min. I would recommend this place, it really has a natural feeling with all the green plants. Hope i could help you
