Good resort in Patong which allows low price accommodation with swimming pool but a bit far from Bangla road and jungceylon mall .
But allows shuttle service from hotel to mall .

Good and clean rooms ! A good place for family and one of the best place in Patong for bachelores 😉!

Rude and agressive staff, small pool, TV with very few choice or program, room expensive for what it is, appliances not working correctly. There is just better options around Phuket to loose its time there.

Ok so this place looks the part but isn't great. Basic room although it was advertised as deluxe. Shower was poor and the bathroom could do with a proper scrub. TV didn't work. Pool looks nice but feels grim. We swam for about 20 minutes on our first day and didn't return. Reception are all round useless to be honest. We asked for two pillows and their attitude towards this request was awful, the looks I got made me feel uncomfortable. Don't expect any help if you ask them about transfers, they didn't have a clue what we were on about they just said 'no help'. They also caused us to miss a booked transfer we did ourselves because they didn't let us know out van had arrived. When I spoke to them about it I just got 'I don't know, I go out to eats'. Ok I'm sure you did. Also something that got my back up was the amount of 'staff' members just hanging around in reception all on their phones, totally unprofessional. If you ask them to help they just point you in a different direction. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

To end on a positive the location was good and overall we had a great time in Phuket.
