I stayed with my son (10 years old) for 1 night.
This hotel is located around Gate 11 and on 2nd floor.
The elevator was closed and only escalators & stairs were available near the hotel.
If you’d prefer an elevator, use one right below of “transfer lounge”.
The room is very minimal but clean. Small bathroom and no closet.
2 water bottles are available for free in a mini fridge which was great.
My layover was 21 hours so I extended +6 hours to their normal 12 hours stay.
I paid little extra, but while most of places closed in the terminal due to Covid, it was important that we had 18 hours stay feeling safe.
Stuff was nice and replied to any of my questions within 6 hours despite of time difference.

I stayed here a full night and good part of the next day and was pleased with my stay. Room is clean with a very clean bathroom and sleep was easy in this comfortable bed. Two bottles of water are provided. Shower has shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel dispensers. There is no face cloth. Bring your own.
The smart tv allows for a good many programs and movie streaming. For smokers, the airport smoking lounge is one gate down from the hotel.
Be sure to follow reservation instructions by emailing front desk your flight info so they can help you determine if you've picked the right transit terminal location.

Our room was decorated much more simply than the photo suggests, but it didn't matter. The bathroom was modern and very clean, the mattress was comfortable enough, and the room was perfectly dark and quiet. We fell asleep so easily they had to call us to sweetly let us know we had overstayed our booking! LOL.

Recently completely refurbished. Day room occupancy is sold in blocks of time - we bought 12 hours which is the maximum. It has all that you need for a restful break in quiet, very clean, very comfortable rooms with good en suite. No meal service, but plenty of options in the terminal. It is important to reserve direct and in advance, which was easy to do online. They sent clear instructions for how to get to it from Terminal 2 (which also has their other transit hotel). If you are flying
out from Terminal 1 you need this hotel. The best aspect is you don't need to pass through Immigration and customs - it is a true airside transit service. Recommended.

Stayed due to 17 hour transit from Sydney through to London. What a great hotel this is. Excellent comfortable room with amazing sheets. I slept like a log. Great shower and towels. Spent the extra hours shopping in this huge airport and the Asiana lounge. I think this hotel has been refurbished as it looks new. There is a restaurant next door or like me you can wander down to the food court and grab takeaway to bring back to your room.
I found the room quiet although I wear sleep buds to sleep so cannot hear much as I sleep.
The location of the hotel is near gate 11 . Remember do not go through customs.This is a transit hotel. I had my bag sent through to London do not pick up your luggage before you go to the hotel. Follow the transfer signs once you leave the aircraft. Very easy to find. You can book a room on Booking.com and get 12 hour block then pay an extra 16 US dollars for each additional hour. The hotel is big so you could just turn up but I like to be sure so booked ahead.

On a 60+ hour trip with 5 connections it is a relief to settle back and enjoy the shower and comfy bed. Worth the price even if for only 6 hours! Hotel within Terminal 2 was easy to find and so convenient - no need to go through customs. They also partner with the restaurant next door. More like an airline club with buffet and drinks and you can stay for hours.

Stayed here while waiting to catch my next flight and didn’t want to leave the airport due to all the additional Covid measures required (otherwise I would have stayed at one of the hotels nearby).
For a hotel within the terminal building, it is surprisingly quiet (no aircraft noise at all) and when the lights are off, it is the perfect environment to catch some sleep.
Comes with a bathroom attached so I have no complaints whatsoever. I’d definitely stay here again

Room was “ok”, electrical sockets did not work, no shower amenities. And no access to
Attached lounge. Television was limited but did have flight schedules on different channels
Which was helpful upon arrival not having an assigned gate for next day’s departure.
“Hours” are very sketchy, double check your applicable reservation or you will be over

Helpful staff, large clean rooms, location handy to large choice of restaurants, eagle eye view on transit area from foyer, quiet...what more do you need on a 10 hour transit between flights with two kids under 6! Sweet.

I had a 12 hour layover and considered the city tour, but it was too cold. I checked the hotel and they had a room available. I’m glad I did. The room is clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, and I got six hours of sleep which helped because I was traveling to America next. If you have a long layover, I highly recommend the hotel. They charge you for a minimum 12 hour stay, but it’s worth it. Get some rest and a shower. You’ll be glad you did.
