We stayed the night before a very early flight home. The first transfer was at 6am and we were on it, so it worked well, being only a mile from the airport. The night before we ordered a take away and got a bottle of wine from the bar. Very helpful staff re printing boarding passes, etc. Good price for the room. The room was comfortable but our sleep disturbed by planes landing nearby - not a problem if the windows are thick enough - and by someone talking loudly on the phone in the next room at midnight. That was unlucky but with thick enough walls you wouldnt hear them. Still, a better choice than our last stay at the airport where it was even noisier. If we visit again, we're not getting the early flight home !

Excellent hotel with very good services and nice Ambiente.
The rooms are very well isolated to the outside, you don't hear the planes flying nearby. But to the inside the rooms are not isolated at all, that's the only big minus for somebody who's not sleeping deep

We had an overnight stay on our way out of Portugal and were blown away by the customer service.

We arrived early in the day and they still found a room for us. Bed was excellent, shower was good, towels were luxurious.

Free shuttle to the airport. Close to a metro station into the centre of town.

The breakfast buffet is expensive so if you can get a rate including the buffet, I recommend you do so.

I travel quite extensively around the world for business and in general have found the Radisson hotels to be very good and have enjoyed my stays at them. I was quite surprised at the good price being offered by the Radisson Lisbon airport and booked for 2 nights. On the website, while booking and on the email booking confirmation I did not see any notification of reduced services being offered.

At check in I was informed that the restaurant and bar were closed due to Corona and that meals (only breakfast and lunch could be ordered and sent to the room). As I leave early in the morning and return quite late this did not work for my schedule. The reception staff did not bother recommending any restaurants in the vicinity either. I requested that the mini bar be stocked in the room and this was also not possible again due to Corona.

Luckily another (quite irate guest for same reasons) informed me there was a Chinese restaurant right next door (why could the reception not give this info?) Luckily the Chinese restaurant were more than pleased to serve a meal and drinks in a professional manner while observing good hygiene and social distancing.

I understand that due to the current crisis changed have to be made but I form your customers before they arrive at the hotel!

Room and rest of hotel were clean and in good condition. In general staff were also friendly albeit not very helpful.

I would probably not consider staying at this hotel again.

On my house I have my room near a road. Time to time is passing a car, motorcycle or whatever. However the window and door of the room is so well insonorized that I merely or not even notice the transit passing by.
I knowed this hotel is located near one of the most busy roads of Lisbon (segunda circular). But I was expecting a well insonorization of the room windows. But this is not the case, at All!!
They provided me a room turned to the road with two windows, one I can see the west side of the road and by the other I can see the west side.
The room, even located on the 9° floor, is so noisy from the traffic on the road that I needed to go the bathroom at 6.30 AM and was never sleep again with the great noise of cars, motorcycles and flights (located near the airport).
I was before in several other Lisbon hotels located near the airport or even in 2 star hotels located near busy Lisbon roads like this one but with much, much better insonorization of the windows than this one.
I tried everything to sleep again, but without success.
So, if you want to sleep well and relax, avoid this hotel. Was indeed the most noisy one in my life and I'm passing my life travelling between hotels.

If you are looking for a 4/5 star experience please do not book this hotel. From the outside looking in, it appears to be a wonderful hotel with its marble and stone designs at reception and the bars. The rooms however are outdated, it felt like they were stuck in the 1980s. The house keeping do not dust the rooms, they make the beds and raplace your towels but they will not replenish amenities even sugar and coffee. The gym is small, two people max would feel comfortable exercising in the space. Don’t even bother ordering room service, the food will arrive cold. That’s if your phone will work for you to even place the order in the first place. The staff are friendly but you might need to repeat yourself quite a lot. Check the water before unpacking, the colour can be murky brown. This means you will need to move or will be asked to try and resolve it yourself.

I won’t ever stay at this hotel, the walls are so thin that I heard other people coughing. The cleaning brought a cover for the bed from another room with big several spots.
And at the room service you must pay immediately for the food you order, they didn’t warn about that. They were really persuasive. Asked for the passport , it’s not professional.

Building and facilities are excellent as are staff. Food was fantastic albeit the restaurant was pricey. Room spacious and features good. But... Room soundproofing is awful and neighbouring rooms clearly heard (as with windows flight path for Lisbon Airport above). Hotel location isn't ideal for tourism as next to nothing to be done locally and taxi/UBER journeys a necessity on every occasion.

I just came back from Lisbon and I had a great stay at Radisson Blu Lisbon Hotel. Rooms are exceptionally clean, mattrasses were amazing and really comfy, and we really enjoyed our stay there. Staff member were really helpful in answering all our questions and I liked the location as it is very close to the airport (7 minutes taxi ride) but also conveniently located near Capo Grande metro station so it is excellent for exploring the city and not to be worried especially if you have early flight in the morning. Overall, great stay, comfortable and clean rooms, tentative staff, great location and I will be happy to return.

Booked a standard double room as we had an early morning flight back to the UK from Lisbon.
Staff friendly and helpful and check-in was relatively quick. The hotel is obviously quite old and a lot of the decoration was quite outdated but in good condition - an update would probably be welcome. Most importantly: room was large and very clean, good access to tea and coffee facilities, a large comfortable bed.
Our room was a corner room and directly faced the runway at Lisbon Airport. Despite aircraft taking off directly overhead the windows were well sound proofed and there was very little if any noise at all. We both slept very well.
We didn't bother asking about the shuttle as an uber ride to Terminal 1 was less than $5 for both of us which was fantastic value and easy to book. It was less than 5 minutes drive so ideal for early morning flights where you want to maximise rest/sleep. They also pick you up directly outside the hotel and if you are happy to save some money on the fair will drop you at the arrivals part rather than departures but for the sake of a 1 minute walk this was well worth it.
We chose to eat in the buffet style restaurant for dinner which was adequate - quite a large choice and did the job when you are tired from travelling. If you had the time there seemed to plenty of food places nearby and access to city centre seemed good.
Overall a good stay.

If I remember correctly the answer is no . This is a very 1980 hotel - it is not of the same standard as other hotels in the chain. I would not stay there again.
