Our 1 week stay at Queen Sharm was amazing ! The food was great , the staff were excellent and the room was spacious with great air - conditioning . The hotel has direct access to the sea via a private pontoon allowing you to jump straight in . The snorkelling is absolutely incredible. Overall we had an amazing stay , and would definitely recommend this hotel - it's amazing value for money !

My friends and I stayed in Egypt for a week and I have to say that we couldn’t choose a better hotel for our accommodation. Perfect location, in 5-10 minutes u can reach Naama bay and Old sharm. The hotel is great and we found the room clean and a good size. Mine was the one with the sea view, I strongly recommend that! I can’t describe how amazing was the moon rise. The food was great and every one from the staff was friendly and helpful for any needs. I’m very satisfied of mine staying that I’m actually going back in a month time for the second time

I came to this hotel first time and have a lot of great feelings from place where we live and animation team. There is a great sea reef I almost every day swim in the sea and dive with mask👍☺️😊

I went with my family. They met us terribly - they gave a room with dirty tiles and a strong smoky smell of cigarettes.
We asked the front desk to change rooms and were refused. Front desk agents are unfriendly and get angry easily.
ROOM:
The hair dryer and bidet did not work in the room. Bed linen was dirty (lots of hair on a pillowcase). When the cleaner was asked to change linens, he was overly insistent on tipping, which is so absurd and audacious (asking a tip for correcting his mistake).
THE FOOD
The food in the dining room is poor: lots of salads and cheap cakes but very little meat and proteins. The meat is poorly cooked and very tough. There are no hard glasses for drinks, only tiny plastic glasses, which is very inconvenient. Dining staff puts more meat and acts more favorably to Russian women and Egyptians. Utensils are put straight on a table and not on a napkin.
OVERALL:
We didn't feel like guests. All the staff saw us more like walking wallets. We felt uncomfortable asking for good service and doing everything properly , like in situations above. The staff is offended when good service is required verbally and perceives criticism painfully. The staff does not speak Russian and English well, which makes communication extremely difficult.
I don't recommend this hotel!

Rooms are NOT properly cleaned.
Staff is extremely RUDE, not even listening what you need.
Absolutely not worth it.
You may basically pay a bit more to another and at least behaved like a guest in another place.

Queen sham is my best hotel in Sharm. What I like more is the beach and all the stuff was so kindly and very friendly. Tge food in restaurant was so tasty and housekeeping everyday cones to clean my room. And I like the shows in the theatre with animation team every night trying as much as maximum yo make us happy. Next summer for sure I will come back again.

I will remember this rest more ever! This hotel it’s a place when u really enjoy, relax and rest! Hotel’s staff are friendly and helpful , they do his work perfectly! Rooms are cozy and clean. Moreover there is big and comfortable restaurant w tasty and useful food. On the bar u can find beverages )

A really good resort with good options of international food, they do italian pasta and they have a variety of oils. They offer spas, I suggest to go there to do some massages. They also have an animation group for children and adults. If you come here you should really go to the disco with the animation.

I really liked this hotel. Clean rooms, very fun and energetic animators(Bondo-the best animator), tasty food, beautiful grounds, beautiful beach. I recommend this hotel to everyone. There you will spend an unforgettable vacation. I miss you very much and I will definitely go back there more than once.
