Stayed here with my 7 year old boy. We had booked the monopoly package which included the board game and tickets to the exhibit at the Peak as well as dinner at Main Street Deli.
Do note that the dinner included in the package does not allow you to choose the items.
Overall the stay was good. Staff were friendly. Location is a bit far from the train station. Around 10 mins walk.
Breakfast was amazing. The variety is very good and the food is delicious. Would definitely come back for the breakfast.

I had the very special privilege of staying at The Langham, Hong Kong for nearly two weeks when my trip to Seoul was cancelled at the last minute, owing to COVID-19. It was a sensational blessing in disguise, as I had one of the most fantastic stays in a hotel I’ve ever had in my life. I grew up in Hong Kong and lived there for 18 years, and was always aware of The Langham. It’s in a really central and convenient location in Kowloon (5 min walk to the star ferry pier, across the road from harbour city and no.1 Peking) and yet so neatly tucked away that it almost feels tranquil and private compared to other luxury hotels in the area, which feel far more exposed. It’s also less stuffy than other luxury hotels I’ve stayed at, not just in Hong Kong but globally. It simultaneously gives off a classic and youthful vibe.
I stayed in the Executive Club (EC) room, so had club access privileges. On the first night however, I stayed in one of the city view rooms, and on check in was very kindly upgraded to an even nicer room. The next day I was moved to the EC room, and it was stunning and spacious. Everyone has a preference and taste for decorative style, and for me, The Langham gets it exactly right. Something about the simple, yet elegant decor, the colour palette, the beautiful music swirling through the rooms, elevators, corridors and lobby, and the genuine kindness and consideration of the hotel employees themselves, that give you an all-round sense of peace and calm. In particular, three members of the Langham Club team; Samuel, Tshany and Brian, made me feel incredible welcomed and well looked after throughout my stay.
Without a doubt, for those who love food, the club access is well worth it. The food at The Langham generally is incredible. On the first night I ate at T’ang Court, which is one of only four 3 Michelin star Cantonese restaurants in the world, and it doesn’t disappoint. The afternoon tea is a must try, but for me the real showstoppers were some of the evening canapes you can try with club access.
It goes without saying that the situation with COVID-19 frightened everyone in the world, but I felt pretty confident that The Langham was actually one of the safest places to be, not just in Hong Kong – I live in London now and would have happily just have stayed in The Langham, Hong Kong for more time if I could. There were temperature checks on entry into the building, frequent cleaning of the rooms, lobby, stairs, elevators, corridors etc. and masks and sanitiser gel provided. It was incredibly safe.
In any case, for me The Langham will be where I stay when I next return to Hong Kong in the future. I really urge everyone to stay there for just a few days to experience true luxury. Thank you so much Langham, Hong Kong!

First time for us, we spent 3 nights here as a stopover on route to Auckland. The hotel was recommended to us, and it turned out to excellent, the staff a really friendly, efficient and extremely helpful, always a smile, and keen to talk about their city, or interested in your plans and travel.
The hotels in a great location, surrounded by top end brands for any kind of shopping you can think of, the MTR station is across the road, and it’s a few minutes walk to the star ferry, with crossings every few minutes to central Hong Kong.
Public rooms and bedrooms are spotless, the bedrooms are large, well appointed and with fabulous beds, very comfortable for sleeping, with everything you need in the bathroom, showers and baths.
Food is excellent, again staff go above and beyond to make sure your completely satisfied.
We will stay here again, and would also recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong. Well done to the management and staff, you are all a credit to your hotel.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very approachable and helpful and the location was very convenient for getting around. The hospitality and services provided by each staff of the hotel was excellent, our family member uses wheelchair with reduced mobility,they attended us well at all the timings and we were impressed by their courtesy. The room was cozy with outstanding cleanliness which we highly appreciated as our family member is a chronic renal failure patient who requires proper hygiene in living environment.Thanks housekeeping for maintaining that very well.
Since we have some special needs and doubts so I sent email to the hotel three days prior to my check in for clarification. Surprisingly, prompt reply has been received in just a few hours and I was guaranteed that all of our requests will be catered as much as possible. This move did help easing our stress and anxiety.So, all in all, an excellent stay.
Seeing the hotel was very busy, facilities and staff running at full capacity, yet we enjoyed the genuine and professional service provided by the Langham Hong Kong. Special thanks to the following people:
Thank you Assistant Front Office Manager Adrian for going above and beyond .The day before our check in, I received a few calls from Adrian to double confirm me that room preparation has been done perfectly.I requested for extra sanitizer to be placed in the bathroom and more than that, Adrian prepared us medical level disinfectant and antiseptic. He knew we will have a spa treatment so during the phone call, he even proactively asked us if anything the spa therapist has to take special care of in advance and passed message to the Spa accordingly.We immediately felt valued and welcomed.
Thank you again to Club Assistant Manager Brian and the rest of the club team including Yoyo, Christy,Janny,Kelly,Nicole, Samuel and Tshany for being attentive to our special needs.Especially Brian is incredibly friendly and willing to help in any way he can, escorting us to the Bostonian restaurant using lift, help communicating with the spa therapist in regard my mum's special body condition, wheelchair assisting and arranging easy accessible seats for breakfast..etc.We literally saw him around the hotel during our stay!
Last but not least, thank you Senior Assistant Manager Donald, I'm most grateful for your attention to detail, knowing it was our family celebration, help arranging amenities for us without being asked. On top of that, Donald was very warm hearted to allocate our room on the club floor, letting us gain easy access to the lounge without going up and down. I booked the one bedroom suite for a small staycation.Stylish and elegant interior. The living room was decorated with style, a fake fire place and i can’t be more satisfied. The living room area was well equipped with MANY chairs. When you’re looking for a suite, I’m sure you’d like actual space and seats for friends when you invite them over. For many hotel suites they only placed a sofa and two extra chairs and that’s it.. Everything in the room was well kept. Small attentions to details. The minibar was great. All kinds of drinking glasses were provided. And they kindly provide a tons of extra when I asked. Spacious storage space. Shower and bathtub were amazing. The shower goodies was from the hotel spa brand and they even provided the spa bath salt. The bed was the best of all things. Mattress, linens, pillows AND a pillow menu with different favors/body pillow and even memory foam pillow.
The service here was superb! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Small touches made my stay wayyy better than I expected. They were kind and considerate and definitely the highlight of my stay! I feel at home and so welcomed all the time. The housekeeping helped keep the room spotless and keep refilling the fruits in the room.
My room came with complimentary club lounge access. The club lounge area was unfortunately under renovation but the lobby bar was used as a lounge. It’s very private and well service. There was also a 20% off discount for the restaurants at the hotel. My friends and I booked a table at the Main Street Deli and it was great.
The hotel location was excellent. Right In the middle of the city and close to MTR.

The Langham is a great hotel for leisure. We enjoyed the room so much. The hotel room was designed in a classical way. Grand and Gorgeous. We booked the staycation package with HKD 1,900, which you could spend on the F&B and their souvenir shop. As we did not book the restaurants in advance, we were not able to try the 3-star Michelin restaurant Tang’s court. However, their in-room dining was fantastic. For sure, we will revisit the Langham again in the future.
One point to note is that unlike other hotels of similar grade, the Langham did not prepare hand sanitizers and masks for guests.

My husband and I had the most pleasant stay at the Langham at our third anniversary.
A week before our arrival, we received a couple of welcome emails from hotel members to ensure the best experience. Upon our arrival, we were taken extremely well particularly express luggage transfer and personalised check-in. The Langham Club is subtly luxurious with furniture and home decor which remind both of our study years in London, the beverages and canapes were generously served. To our surprise, the room is much more extravagant than all the official photos and virtue tour. Hotel members offered us an extra prosecco and two pieces of sweets for our celebration. The Langham teddy bear housekeeper is gently placed on the fine porcelain bed sheets, we were delighted to have its company during our stay. The marble bathroom is luxurious and fresh, with all details delicately handled.
The stay at Langham was extremely pleasant with the hospitality from hotel members and luxurious rooms and facilities, we would definitely visit the hotel again.

We recently enjoyed another long weekend staycation at The Langham, our second since this past summer. Everything went very well, meeting expectations we have of this 5 star property in TST.
Again reservations were made directly through The Langham website, where promotion deals are being made for locals to reserve staycation packages at attractive rates. Booking confirmations were emailed immediately, check-in was completed smoothly and timely upon our arrival and we were up to our room in less than 10 minutes. Tasteful Christmas decorations in the lobby made for a more atmospheric visit this time.
Our room was the same category as our last stay and very similar all the way around. Tasteful decor and furnishing along with a soft and very comfortable mattress were found. TV, safe, kettle, fridge, hair-dryer, ironing board all present and worked just fine. As did the A/C, lighting, wifi. Bathroom is spacious with separate shower and tub, plenty of space for luggage. It was another very nice room and stay experience at The Langham.
Note that the hotel has gym, pool and standard concierge services if required. They also have several good dining venues and a great lobby lounge (Palm Court) and bar (Artesian). Location is just outside the TST MTR entrance and near several large shopping malls. The Star Ferry, Avenue of Stars promenade and HKMOA are no more than 5 minutes away as well.
Overall, we were again very pleased with our stay at The Langham Hotel. This is a great property for locals to try and experience while they continue to offer well priced staycation packages. We hope to take advantage of these promotions again in the new year if possible.

Hkd1350 + service gives you a room with dining credit of $1350 back. Sounds like a good deal but some hotels can beat it in a value perspective. But hey this hotel has a great location, just no view that's all.
Rooms were decent and spacious, funny is I was the most impressed with the work facilities, it comes with the adaptor, plenty of different cables, and a lot of sockets. Not all hotels have VGA plugs still so it was perfect coz I was working in the morning. The bed side docking speaker comes with 2 usb plus still lightning and usbc cable. No complains.
Tub was huge enough for 2, amenities were decent. Love their plush slippers, and the fact they had more than enough towels worked perfectly. Little things count for me, including extra paper bags available in the cupboard and having the ironing board. Oh the hair dryer was one of those powerful ones which is important for me! Surprised even my lowest tier city view room (basically road and no view) also comes with turn down service. I wasn't expecting fruit plate in my room so these all goes for the 5 star hotel experience!
Dining wise, I only went to Bostonian for a Sunday brunch buffet, which a lot of dishes were passed around so wasn't self service. Taste ok, portion ok, jus nothing impressive. I liked their Setup but the reservation desk lost my reservation (fortunately they had availability). Oysters were not alive but still fresh, crab was pathetic, pallela was way too soggy, dried she beef had a very good char! Cold cut spread and dessert was neat. Lighting in the restaurant is just weird, it's like marginal food court feel, I kind of prefer the oosh design before the renovation. I did not get discount from my supper club membership which is understandable but I Wasn't sure if I get to have the purchase record for the year in my membership account. It's quite pricy for a non alcoholic brunch to be $1500+ for 2.

My husband and I had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Langham Hotel in Hong Kong. The stay was for celebrating our wedding anniversary and the Mother’s Day. Surprisingly, the service stylist has arranged lots of gifts for us one after the other. It was such a generous and thoughtful treat! We enjoyed very much the warm hospitality and other quality services and facilities at the hotel. The Deluxe room, health club and the swimming pool are spotlessly clean and very cosy, while the breakfast buffet has a great variety of food and beverages that have filled our stomachs for at least half day. I am going to take my parents to stay at Langham again and have already spread the good word of mouth to my friends and family members.
