Between the mysterious alleys of the Yemenite vineyard, between the amazing beaches and the lively Carmel market, the Elliott Hotel has been established. A spectacular combination of vintage details collected from around the world, a design with a wink to the romantic period of Europe and a personal and uncompromising hospitality experience. From here, every guest can walk to the beach, markets, cafes and bars and discover the beautiful hidden corners of Neve Tzedek “Soho” of Tel Aviv. The hotel has a charming roof overlooking the white city and will soon open the “Elliott Lounge” where hotel guests can enjoy a variety of dishes celebrating the market season alongside local wines and beers

I had the most wonderful stay here, the room was adorably small but had the perfect amount of space and the decor was splendid. The bed - oh my - is so comfortable. Even if I hadn't experienced three weeks of army mattresses it was still the kind of bed you never want to leave. But being a minute from the Carmel market one way, and five minutes from the beach the other way, you would be mad not to explore. You are right in the centre of the action staying here, you could not do better vis-a-vis location, and you receive a level of attention that is lacking in the big chains, and not at all affected - these are wonderful, generous, warm-hearted people, and I felt very loved here.

I must say the selling point of this boutique hotel is their staff. They're not trying to be nice, they're genuinely nice people with their easy going manner and caring. My husband hurt his knee and they speedily provided him with icepack. Comfortable atmosphere as guests coming or going, stopping by for tea/coffee and cookies in their breakfast room anytime. The hotel is located in a small street, almost like an alleyway but wide enough for cars driving through, which gives more interesting character to their location. Carmel market is just a minute walk down on the same street, and the beach is within short walking distance. The rooms are very small but clean and quiet, understandable this is just a boutique hotel and we'd have paid much more if we want to stay in a better hotel. Breakfast is simple with just good bread, jam and butter. Would highly recommend for budget travelers looking for a safe and clean place to stay.

Due to the coronavirus it is impossible for me to come to this hotel in May, because of the measures taken by the Israelian en Dutch government. After some correspondation they just told me, we are sorry, there is no refund and we can't switch dates. I think this is a really terrible service!
All other hotels in different countries can switch easily dates and cooperate. I think it is really ridiculous and absolutely no service!

I booked a room with breakfast and on Saturday morning when we went for breakfast there was no breakfast at all and no one to talk to. Even the phone they didn't answer. We had to live the place without breakfast. I haven't received an apology yet or neither the money I expense in buying breakfast somewhere else although I have been trying to talk to them for three days now.

I had advised the hotel of my late arrival, after midnight. On arrival the hotel was not open. I called a woman answered. She said I was too late, called me "a no-show" and said I should come back the next day(!). Obviously I did not stay at The Elliot and would advise anyone else to be aware of the poor service and lack of integrity.

Based on the pictures and reviews, we reserved the Peer Boutique Hotel on booking.com for four nights. The listing required a credit card number to reserve (as all hotels do) but clearly said we would not be charged until our stay.

We arrived at the hotel a little after noon and were dismayed with the rundown location and crowded, disorganized entry. We informed the staff we would be staying just the first two nights, giving 48 hours notice as requested. We were told to go away and return at 3:00 when our room would be ready. We made ourselves busy for 3 hours and returned, then to be told that we would be charged double (over $200 per night) for our stay. Given the state of the hotel and the ridiculous charges, we called the Alexander Hotel and booked there instead, informing the staff we could not accept their meager accommodations at that rate.

Though we never stayed at the hotel (didn't even go up to the room) and explained clearly why, the hotel charged our credit card $527 (over $100 over the cost if we'd stayed there 4 nights!). Though we tried to block the charge with our bank immediately, it was well hidden in multiple charges under another billing name. We are in dispute over the charge.

This is a rundown building in a dirty, unkempt part of town. It is not a trustworthy business and I cannot in good conscience recommend it whatsoever. For $213/night we had a deluxe stay at the Alexander, in a beautiful location near the beach and port.

the worst hotel in which I lived: we took Executive Double Room with balcony. Bathroom behind the curtain in the same room. Toilet without ventilation with a glass door. The color of the wallpaper in the room dirty brown. interior design of the hotel - terrible pink with a large number of artificial flowers. Cheap crafts home furnishings from Chinese in antique style. The room was not cleaned every day by using a vacuum cleaner.

Hi Kenya, Every room has a window. Only economy rooms have inside window to the corridor. All other rooms has windows to the street. Air Conditioning in every room is very good. So do not worry for fresh air. Also corridor is very bright cause it has a two floor high window to the street. Kind regards, Peer team.

Dear Clinton, Parking spots can be found at the Carmelit parking lot. It's 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The price is 20 shekels for 24 hours. Sometimes you can also find free parking in the surrounding neighborhood. Have a safe flight. Looking forward to seeing you, Shiran - Peer Boutique Hotel
