What a great find in the best neighborhood in Tel Aviv! The location is amazing - a small tucked away entrance only 3 blocks from the beach and surrounded by an excellent array of restaraunts. I am a relaxed traveller who prefers staying in places and locations that are more local (aka not in hotels), and so this spot was perfect. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, but with the benefit of having a concierge there 24-7. Speaking of which, the staff were all excellent! Several of them helped me order taxis, navigate the bus system, book tours for me, and were always so kind and helpful. This was my first time in Israel and I am so happy I chose to stay in the Dizengoff Suites.

The accommodation looks exactly as the pictures. it is really clean and at the heart of Dizengoff (northern Tel Aviv). You have hundreds of bars and restaurants around and the beach is only a 5 minute walk. The beds are really comfortable and the shower has good pressure and temperature. The staff was very helpful. I did a very intense research on accommodations in Tel Aviv, this was one of the most affordable and it's a high quality place! Couldn't ask for more, would definitely recommend!

This is a small, modern hotel in a great location. Our room with small kitchenette was well appointed and having a small single room adjoining the main room meant it was spacious compared to a typical hotel room. Our first floor room was very quiet. You can't go wrong with this choice.

Stayed there one night. The hotel is small, but in a good neighborhood for restaurants and in walking distance of shopping. The room was clean up to date and had a separate room for a third person (single bed) if needed. We left before breakfast. The hotel arranged a taxi to the airport.

This is my third (maybe even fourth) stay at the Dizengoff Suites. This boutique hotel makes you feel at home in the heart of Tel Aviv. The hardest part about writing this review is that I don't want to give away my secret!! Amazing staff, cute rooms, and a location that is hard to beat. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers who want to make the most of their stay in Tel Aviv.

Holiday, 2 nights in january with 3 adults. Got suite with 2 rooms. View over poor backyard but also a bit of the street, ok for us.

Ok beds and nice space. Bathroom ok, though a little to ”public”, door with limited soundprofing:)

Location splendid, public communications minutes away. Restaurants everywhere as well as stores.

The manager, Helen, and all staff was very helpful whatever the question might be.

Overall, super, really good for a family.

The hotel is located right on the Dizengoff Street not far from the beach (walking distance) and is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, internet cafe etc- all within one block. So the location is great. The staff is also very cooperative and helped arrange tours and also gave us tips on dealing with taxi-drivers (who are happy to rip you off). The hotel is extremely basic but the rooms are spacious and are somewhat like a bed and breakfast - a mini kitchen with lots of crockery etc except that the gas cooking stove in our room had been removed(!). Not a problem given that one could go and get food from a half a dozen places right at the entrance of the hotel. The bathroom was clean too.
The rooms first seemed a little shabby but overall they are big and cleaned regularly. I would certainly stay again.

When you reach dizengoff unites and you are from a western country you will immediately notice that the furnishing look like they were picked up off the street before garbage collection. We call this the USA "curb alert" furniture. Certainly not what I expected. The location was great, and that's why I made reservations here. Upon 15 minutes of my arrival I ran, not walked, to another hotel which I also reviewed. I am a guy and I don't mind a little unclean atmosphere compared to females however, even I wouldn't stay here. It is filthy beyond comparison. The windows were never cleaned, the bathroom looked it belonged in a horror movie. And the smell....which you will notice in the lobby and will get progressively worse as you get to your room. Run!! Don't walk. Tel Aviv has plenty of better establishments at the price point.

GOOD:
1. Free wi-fi in room with normal speed.
2. 24h supermarket 2 min walking from hotel.

BAD:
1. Horrible sound isolation in rooms, and very noisy companies at night, yelling and stomping at 4 a.m, while administration does nothing. It was absolutely impossible to sleep!
2. Poor breakfast a la carte with simple omlet, tea and juice.
3. Old furniture, rooms require cosmetic repairs.

Do you guys offer breakfast buffet with the booking?
Answer from Traveler200782
Targoviste, Romania356 contributions126 helpful votes
Yes they offer breakfast. It is a restaurant across the street where you can have your breakfast based on a voucher given by the hotel. We did not took the offer with breakfast so I do not know if it good or not. On the other hand you have all the necessary tools preparing breakfast in your room if you like. Just across the street is the AM PM supermarket, that is opened 24 hours, 7 days per week and you can buy whatever you like to eat for breakfast.
