The location is excellent, but there isn't much to like about this hotel in terms of price per night compared to other hotels in Tel Aviv (all expensive)
We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel—150 shekels—as we arrived in Tel Aviv on Shabbat, when there was no public transport.

Depending on which side of the street you walk through, pubs, cafes, and a supermarket or grocery store are nearby to the hotel, Beach is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

I found this hotel, as well as hotels in Tel Aviv generally, to be a bit pricey and not particularly luxurious for the money asked. The rooms are a little small for two people.

The room is horrendously out-of-date, and the side lights are damaged.

The hotel has no elevator.

There is a very nice roof deck where you can sit on chairs or a porch swing and watch the ocean; our room was next to the housekeeping pantry, so you can see it inside. The pantry for housekeeping is messy and not organized.

The staff isn't very helpful, and they don't know much about the area or where tourists should go. Even though it's a tour package from a third party, they do know a lot about it.

It is a shame that such a good hotel has such a bad receptionist. i don't know his name, he works at night turns.
I booked it for 4 nights, the last night my friend came to visit me for some hours. When he tried to leave, the receptionist oblied him to pay for the room! I have already payed for the whole stay.
The night before, the same guy tried to flirt with me.
I suggest to fire him asap. I wouldn't turn back if he's still there.
I travel to Tel Aviv a lot, but this kind of treatment is totally unacceptable from the staff.

All the rest was fine, however, the wifi in the room was not sufficient.

The people were wonderful, probably the best. The breakfast was fresh-made daily - one day apple pancakes, cheese kebabs the next. Nice. Location was also good, near the beach, near shopping. There is a nice roof deck where you can unwind and have a drink in the evening. Parking nearby is free if you are a hotel guest - maybe about 100 meter walk.
---however---
Some of the rooms are small. Many of the rooms are old. I was in both, an older and a newer room, and the newer room was not easy to enter the closet because the bed blocked the door. If you are on the street side it can be noisy in the room. There is no elevator and lots of stairs. This room was rated as a "four star" but few Europeans or Americans would consider this as more than a nice three star. In their defense, most of the Tel Aviv four-star hotels were not what I would call four star.

Room Tip: A great view will be a noisy room...take a room in the back and enjoy the roof deck instead.

I stayed at Bell Boutique Hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay there. Staff were very friendly & helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Breakfast was great! A variety of Israeli cuisines. Fresh salads, pastries, breads, cakes, fruit juices, coffee etc... My room was cleaned daily. The hotel is located meters from the promenade that goes all the way to Jaffa Port (South) and to the other end past Independence Park (North) A great morning, evening walk. The hotel is also located in a central location (Just off Allenby) close to a variety of shops restaurants and historical/places of interest ie, Rothschild Blvd, Carmel Market. There is also a Spa located within the hotel which I didn’t have the opportunity to use but it is available. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it played a part in my great experience of Tel Aviv & Israeli hospitality! I’ll be back soon for sure! 👍

The only thing this week place has going for it is location.
I wrote a letter to the manager and have yet to receive a reply!

Attn. Manager.
We are writing in regards to our stay at Bell hotel this past weekend.
There were several issues with the room.
We complained several times but nobody did anything to correct the situation.
The issues were as as follows:
- Friday evening. I discovered that the shower was filthy with old collections of hair in it. The corner of the shower had a large chunk of sand.
We also reported the air conditioning as not working properly. Reception said they would check. Nothing done. We could sleep properly because of the noise.

Saturday we repeated the requests and were reassured everything would be taken care of. Nothing happened!!

Sunday morning my husband realized that the bathroom drain was plugged which explains the hair and other dirty things.
This is entirely unhygienic and serious particularly in these times.

As a travel writer I find this unacceptable and request that you refund us for one night at the Bell.

I have attached some photos and will expect a reply. Certainly hope I won’t have to take this complaint to Health Dept.

Nothing boutique about this run down hotel. The pictures will fool you like they fooled me. I arrived after midnight in this hotel and there was this shady looking character at the reception. I had a reservation that was not yet paid so he wanted to charge me so I gave him my credit card but he wouldn’t accept it. Told me the cc machine wasn’t working at that late hour. I only had had 60 shekels since I was arriving in Israel that night. I gave him that money and told him I would pay in the morning. There was no elevator so I had to carry the heavy suitcases up the stairs. The room was small, run down. We were staying there only one night, so the next morning I paid with my credit card and left as soon as possible. In my opinion this place was a dump.

The word boutique is very far from the hotel. A clearly unpleasant welcome by the person who stated that he was the reception manager, the hotel had no hot water, a broken espresso machine.........
The price does not justify the name. In short, I recommend staying away

I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We went to the SPA only the sauna was opened, showers were dirty with NO HOT WATER, and we had to use the same towel from the massage.

And to top it all the guy in the reception was very unpleasant!.
There are much better hotels in Tel Aviv!
