This is my 15th or so stay at this hotel! The location is great, steps away from the sea, and close to many bus lines including bus to Ben Gurion Airport.
Suites have a working kitchenette with fridge and microwave and stores include Super Yuda one block away and full service supermarket on Ben Yehuda about 10-12 minute walk.
However one of the things that makes this hotel extraordinary is the outstanding staff. Thanks to night clerks Roni and Gil and a huge thanks to Leah!!! When I lost my wallet and thought it might have fallen out on the train Gil helped me fill out the online report. When I didn't hear back and one day before I was set to depart, Leah said I should physically go to the train Station. I went to Savidor station and they DID find my wallet (showed me a photo) however I had to go to Shalom Station to retrieve (and of course they charged me an extra ticket for that haha!) Anyway all's well that ends well. Thanks Leah! Till next time.
P.S. Standard rooms a bit small while kitchenettes suits quite spacious and many have been updated in last 1-2 years.

This was our first visit to Israel since the Covid pandemic. We have been many times before, having stayed in both hotels and Air BnB's, all of which were enjoyed. However, our experience with Best Western was in fact the 'BEST'

The suites are tastefully furnished and very comfortable, with lounge, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every second day, with fresh bed linen, towels etc, but you can ask for anything you need - it is always promptly supplied.
As we were there for three weeks, I used the laundry room which has two washing machines and tumble driers. Great idea
There is a quirky and colourful decorated lounge in the lobby and access to free coffee and tea, computer, books etc which is a nice touch. There is a business centre as well with several computers.
The location is on a street right opposite the beach (few minutes' walk) and it is easy to walk the city if you want or the option to access the effective public transport system.

Last, but certainly not least, we have to say a big thank you to an incredible staff. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, efficient, friendly and gave us marvellous service. Because it is small, there was a feeling of intimacy and warmth which really was the icing on an already delicious cake. We look forward to returning next year. Five stars BW!

a wonderful property that has become my go-to for stays in Israel in the past few years as a professional traveling often between New York, SF and Tel Aviv for business; The Best Western is located right by the beach yet removed a bit from the hassle and perfectly located to catch the foodie scene and the nightlife of Tel Aviv; The best cocktail bar in town (The Imperial) and the best wine/gastro bar in town (Bar51) are literally on the same block, while the location invites for an evening jog on the beachfront with great people-watching, too.

Above all the service is unmatched: Daniel, Hillary, Leah and the team are 'always on' and treat everyone like family while still maintaining the consistency of the BW brand and their commitment to service. The rooms are large, modern, airy and feel like an apartment and not a hotel room.

I highly recommend the stay here and can't wait to come back!

First day here and already exceeds expectations. Location is excellent. We arrived before check-in time and Hillary at front desk was very welcoming. Hot and cold beverages are available in the lobby. Were able to leave our bags and walk (only 1 block) to the beaches for lunch. Came back and room was ready an hour before check in even though they had to turnover a full hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful with bringing bags to our room. The suite is spacious, well laid out, and clean - pictures on website are an accurate reflection. This is the second leg of our stay in Israel so the washers and dryers on the 4th floor are much appreciated.

The front desk staff was so incredibly helpful. From general directions, to restaurant suggestions, to public transportation options, they were always very happy to help. The buffet breakfast was not too extensive, but was still very good—especially the delicious smoked salmon! I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed at virtually every hotel in Tel Aviv so I do not say these things from a place of ignorance. The Best Western Regency is extraordinary. Of course there are other hotels in Tel Aviv which might be more luxurious, however for the price, I don’t think there is any place better. (And, compared to some of the other places which claim to be of higher quality, I still think the Best Western might be objectively better.
To begin, the rooms are huge! And, the rooms have a small kitchenette which can be very useful especially if one is on an extended stay.
The beds are quite comfortable too. And the location is outstanding just off of Bograshov.
And, the hotel has parking which is very convenient.
However, the thing that separates this hotel from others is the staff. The housekeepers and the front desk are like family. Nadia and Shulamit are absolutely lovely. And Leah was like a longtime friend who would talk with us about life and the current situation in Israel as much as she would help us find the best route to a desired location.
I have only superlatives to share about the Beat Western Regency Suites and I will most certainly return.

A simple but spotless executive suite welcomed us for our short stay in Tel Aviv. We were warmly welcomed by name upon arrival. A sweet treat was placed in our room and we felt lucky to have found this little gem located across the street from the incredible Tel Aviv promenade. Location was fantastic.

This hotel is something special. You cannot get a better location. It is close to the beach - across the road. Just over 1km to Carmel market, about 1km to Hilton beach. There are so many eating places close by. Many of these places are kosher. The suites are large and can easily accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and two children. There is a separate living area and bedroom divided with a door. There is a tv in the living area and another in the bedroom. There is a small kitchenette which is so useful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is quick and efficient. There is no coming back later on in the day to find that your room hasn’t been serviced. There is a great area downstairs to drink the free coffee on tap.
In summary, I would only want to stay in this hotel in Tel Aviv.
Thank you for a wonderful stay

The hotel is very nice, but the bedroom was so small there was only room for 1 bag in it. The shower, kitchen, and living room were nice. They were remodeling their breakfast area, so we were told we would need to pay for a voucher in order to get breakfast at a nearby hotel. The bedroom curtain needs to be washed. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
