The room given us were at 5th floor . The balcony were completely overrun by the air condition machines and buckets.
The room is very tiny , and the bathroom too. It would need a maintenance.

Rooms are very very tiny. The housekeeping was NON EXCISTING. We stayed for 4 days. And they came to clean up our rooms on the last day. Because we were complaing about the lack of toilet paper . The staff at the infostand was rude and not helpfull. They have sented me in the wrong direction for 2 times. There's a kitchen there, but you can not cook for it is to tight in there AND there is no table nor chairs. The rooms are noisy. But the beds are well. Barcelona is a wonderfull place to be. But this appartment is terrible.

The only two positive things that I can say about this room are that it was in a good location and the WIFI works well. Outside of these two the list of negatives is long.
First, the room is tiny and I mean tiny. You walk off the elevator directly into your room, which would be fine if it were larger, but its not. The kitchen area is unusable. The air conditioning unit sound like it is a piece of out of tune lawn equipment as it is so very loud. The window to the outside is so thin you might as well leave it open since it provides ZERO sound insulation. So be sure to bring ear plugs. The showers hot water supply is only good for one person and you need to complete your shower in under 5 minutes if you want to have a hot shower. The shower leaked quite a bit onto the floor, though I can never really identify from where as it usually occurred well after the shower was completed. The TV is about 15 inches wide and the satellite didn't work while we were there. Not that you would want to watch it in the evening anyways as everything is in Spanish. The bed is two singles pushed together so "quality time" with your significant other can be challenging. Plus, the mattress itself is super hard and the sheets are uncomfortable. Lastly, if you stay more than a couple of days you will need to have the room cleaned, the towels changed, along with the bedding. No one bothered to indicate that this was something that needed to be scheduled in advance and I was expecting it daily. So after 5 days I inquired to find out this little bit of important, missing information. We never did get the servicing done and we ended up being there for 7-days. Fortunately enough there were some towels in a container under the bed. The cherry on top is that the service office is anything but helpful in resolving issues.
Hopefully, after reading all of this you will get the point that you need to run and not walk away from this property.

Terrible experience! The app to enter the building and the apartment did not work. There is no reception, everything should be automated. But the lift did not worked and in the stairs the light was not working (I used my mobile to have the light in the stairs). No app and no pin worked, I was obliged to call the help service and they opened the door remotely. The price was too high for such a bad service. A lot of bad feedback, take information before reserve a room. A lot of other guest had same experience I had, it happened for them a long time ago, so it was not bad luck, this is the same issue never solved. Very bad service

Good: great location, fair price for what you get. Always clean, nice staff. Fresh sheets and towels most days.
Bad: The air conditioning didn't work so was replaced by a noisy fan. The tv only received one channel. Tiny fridge was also super noisy. The kitchen was so, so small. We also found the bed uncomfortable which meant we only slept for 2 out of the 5 nights.
Next time we would probably save up a bit more and stay somewhere else but in the same area of Barcelona.

Very good apartement location in the center of Barcelona. Apartements are clean and functional. The organization was totally perfect. Especially the hospitality and the helpfulness of the office-staff I want to underline. They did a great favour to me and organized at once help when I noticed that I lost my car-key in a taxi. They steered another taxi-driver to the airport and I got in time my key back. Muchas gracias! I can recommend you!

This apart-hotel really is in the best location, so if that’s all you care about (and you want an average room for a reasonable price) then definitely book here.
The biggest annoyance my girlfriend and I found was that the room really did not look as it did advertised. It was bare, with no amenities or toiletries whatsoever, no bedside lamps and nothing in the bathroom other than towels. This really let the whole place down. Despite its blatant downsides and misleading pictures, the balcony was beautiful and the room, although small and unfinished, is quite cosy. I just think the room needs some extra thought and effort. Disappointing but not bad. I’d recommend looking elsewhere, however, before settling.

The location is superb but make sure to specify a lower level apartment otherwise you won't appreciate the small balcony & streets below.
The checkin process was a total shambles and we were very annoyed that my wife and I had to sleep in two single beds even though we'd specified a double. We were given the option of moving up to another unit after two nights or to another location entirely which we looked at but it wasn't as nice.

I chose this apartment for this lovely location, but this apartmant was only small studio with directly access with elevatory to the room...It's not a good idea, because thanks to the lift is not that much space for cooking..in studio is air-condition with heating, but we cannot use it due to mold on this air- condition..so we had in studio very cold and I returned home with flu:-(
But the worst thing about this studio was the bed. The worst thing I've ever seen.
We are saving travelers and due to the low price you cannot complain but I cannot reccommend to our friends and for the future I will pay more for another studio. I have to commend the service of AINB - reception + porter.
