Small hotel with recently renewed rooms, and very welcoming. Coffee and water supplied at each floor. Decoration is nice in the hall and rooms. Breakfast is good, including products gluten free. Bathrooms need renovation. In particular, rooms and bathrooms need serious works for isolation: you can ear every thing us happening next and above you. Hotel is not in downtown, but metro at walking distance.

Difficulties started with the booking on line. Rooms appearing on line were finally not available. When I call the Central office, they finally managed to find a room (it is the 3 rd time we came only for proximity of our needs in BCN). But promotion code not working for the days we were coming ! The last room we had was with fridge flooded inside, partly torn sheets, bath towel unclean, 1 bed lamp not working. Breakfast in the average of equivalent category . We tried the recommended Room Service externalised, it was a disaster. Long delay, some products missing, quality zero...We confirm the reception persons are very kind.

The hotel was rather comfortable, but ear plugs are needed since you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. I had booked an executive room that was supposed to have a bathrobe, but it had none and I couldn't get it from the reception either. It had a water kettle and instant coffee as well as a minibar which was nice. And enough pillows - even two of the long body pillows which I really liked. The bathroom smelled really much like mould.
El Corte Ingles department store is very close. Lilla shopping centre is 10 min walk away. Metro station is close and taxi stop is almost opposite of the hotel. Grocery store close. A few nice restaurants nearby.

Beautiful hotel near the diagonal boulevard. The entrance decoration is beautiful. The vibe of the area is quite special with a few bakeries and shops near by.
Large and clean bedroom for 3 people - the bathroom would benefit from an update even though it was OK . The staff was very welcoming and was helpful throughout our stay - 5 stars personnel!

This is not the touristy part of Barcelona, so it is quiet with cafes across the street and plenty of shops on the Diagonal, close by. The Metro is a block away and this is the Green Line, stopping at the important tourist locations. Perfect.
The hotel is clean, friendly and there was a dog bed in my room!
Overall excellent experience andI would stay there again.

Very nice hotel! Great Location near metro station. Nou Camp is 15 minutes away walking. A lot of shops, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants. Very clean! The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice and cheerful.

Pretty standard tourist hotel, very pleasant staff and a good value breakfast
Annoyingly, we booked and paid for a family room and were allocated a triple. When requested the room we had booked we were told the hotel was full and we couldn’t change.
My follow-up email after our visit has not been answered either... Disappointing

A very pleasant short stay for working reasons.
Personnel very gentle and helpful. Room simple but clean and hospitable. Very good and rich breakfast.
Excellent position, in a quiet neighborhood close to public transportation services at walking distance.
Good local food can be found in Garlana restaurant nearby and in another (busier) very good restaurant round the corner.

Central air conditioning was turned off during my stay, was suggested by the manager Enrique to change the hotel, once this is usual at Atiram hotels to not have the air conditioning during autumn/winter time. After insisting a lot on the topic, they installed a noisy portable AC. This must be informed prior booking confirmation by the hotel and or websites.

The best way to get to the hotel from the airport by train/metro is;
From the airport take the Renfe train. Take this train to Sants Estació then from here take the Green line (L3, direction Zona Universitaria) to Maria Cristina. I recommend you purchase a T10 ticket for the metro, this gives you 10 rides & it can be used for more than 1 person (buy this from the ticket machine in the station at the airport for only €9.95).
few minutes (2-4) walking from hotel to Maria christina subway stop...11 stops later to Passeig De Gracia station where you can take the train to the airport, around 30 minutes.
Your other option would be to take metro from Maria Christina and stop at Placa de Espanya (4 Stops) and take the airport bus, 40 minutes or so...

Buondì, dall’aeroporto El Prat bisogna prendere il trenino per arrivare in centro a Barcellona poi conviene prendere un taxi per arrivare fino davanti all’albergo. Sennò con la metro si arriva a circa 500 metri dall’albergo. Saluti Andrea
