This is a sketchy hotel. I did not have hot water for my 3 night stay. No apology from the property for this. They also overcharged me for city tax and I had difficulty getting a receipt for my cash only payment.. Do not stay here. This is a very shady business.

es war eine katastrophe! eine nacht und nie wieder!!! wir wurden sehr arrogant und unfreundlich empfangen und behandelt! in einem zimmer waren kakerlaken. dieses „hotel“ würde ich niemandem empfehlen. der besitzer hat noch am nächsten tag bei booking.com eine stornierung unser seite gemolden so dass wir keine bewertung bei booking machen können. wie traurig!

Voor 5 nachten in barcelona €850 betaald met 2en. Het hotel heeft een goede ligging aan een van de hoofdwegen van Barcelona. Maar bij binnenkomst is er een erg oude lift om naar boven te kunnen, de lift is eng, oud en krakkemikkig. Via booking aangegeven dat we bij accommodatie wilden betalen, maar alsnog was alles van de creditcard afgeschreven 3 dagen vantevoren. Dit gaven we aan bij de "receptie" (wat overigens een tafel met stoel tussen de kamers in was) maar ze begreep ons niet, want haar Engels lag onder zeeniveau. Verder moesten we nogmaals extra belasting betalen terwijl die ook vantevoren al inclusief in de prijs was. De kamer was super klein, super gehorig en als er iemand over de gang liep werd je hier s'nachts wakker van. De bedden waren écht niet comfortabel enorm klein, dat voor 2 meiden van 1m60.
De douche deur ging niet goed dicht waardoor de badkamer nat werd na het douchen. De airco werkte niet en het was s'nachts maar liefst 28 graden. Klagen had ook geen zin bij de receptie want ze begrepen ons toch niet. We zijn hierdoor een nacht eerder vertrokken. Kortom don't go there :)
