Exceptional service from very friendly staff. Our room had all we needed (2 adults, 2 adult-sized teenagers), including a/c which was a relief at the end of our very warm days walking around Barcelona. Ideal location 10-20 mins walk from lots of attractions like the Passeig de Gracià, La Sagrada Familia, even La Rambla and Arc de Triomf for the bit more energetic. Neighbourhood was quiet and the terrace was a beautiful cool spot to unwind with a drink in the evening before bed. Thank you so much for all your help during our stay!

Hostal Khronos is situated close/ walking distance to all Barcelona has to offer. It is easy to get to from the airport via train and a short walk. Our air conditioned room was small but had everything we needed including a lovely balcony with patio table and chairs facing onto the Main Street. The Hostal was exceptionally clean and had a lovely relaxed feel to it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, available if needed. Coffee (nice coffee) was freely available as was a lovely, pretty terraced area to sit and have breakfast or a glass of wine or two in the evening. We would highly recommend Hostal Khronos - great value, perfectly situated.

Room very clean and cleaned daily, very nice balcony and a small bathroom but with all the amenities. The outside terrace is great.
The location is excelent, we only used public transportation to go to the beach, otherwise most of the city's attractions are in walking distance.
Another plus is the direct train/ metro to the airport.
Great staff, very accomodating.
And I personally really appreciated the coffe/ tea bar set up in the breakfast area and available 24/7 free of charge, it was appreciated to be able to have a coffe at 4 a.m. before leaving for the airport :)
The only negative is the traffic noise, being on a boulevard it is very loud during the night also.

Hostal Boutique Khronos was excellent. We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were perfect with the bed for the third person a bit separated from the main bed. There is hot and cold water, coffee, tea, and mugs readily available in the common area. The outdoor rooftop space was perfect for a pastry breakfast. The host was friendly as can be. Perfect location too.

Booked pre-Covid, this was a long-awaited break. The hotel is in a great central location; has period features; good outside space; and friendly, helpful staff in a relaxed atmosphere. We mostly ate out for breakfast though as there is a great choice of reasonably priced cafes and restaurants all around. Would happily stay in the hotel again and can definitely recommend to others!

I loved staying here. It was very close to a lot of things so we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted. We requested a balcony that had a nice view with no extra cost. They also have a terrace where you can sit and mingle with other guest. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfectly situated in Eixample, Khronos offers a very nice and friendly place so you can enjoy Barcelona at its best. The rooms are simple but convenient, breakfast is good and the terrace allows for outdoor relaxing. Best of all is the kindness of the staff headed by Ingrid, Adam and Ingrid's father not to forget. They make you feel so welcome and are so helpful, really very special.
Close to Khronos you'll find nice little restaurants and bars. These are the kind of places you are looking for, not the tourist traps but the places local people go to. We had a wonderful stay and can advise everyone to enjoy the charm of Khronos and surrounding area.

Simple but clean rooms, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on site and costs 5 euros per person, coffee, tea and water are available free of charge The hostel is very centrally located for exploring the city on foot.

We are very pleased with our stay. Great hosts, good location, good breakfasts. Close to the Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi buildings. The room with a bathroom was well equipped, comfortable beds. Clean bedsheets. The room was made available ahead of time, there was no problem with checking out even when the reception was closed. The offer has no weak points, we highly recommend it

Words can’t really do our experience justice. From start to finish, the owners, Ingrid, Alex and Lee, were attentive and charming while assisting in every way to help us newcomers to their property and the city of Barcelona.
The property itself is everything one needs in the heart of the city. Almost everything is walking distance and actually you could spend a week in this neighbourhood without having to walk more than 15 minutes. The restaurants, shopping and sights were incredible.
The room was extremely comfortable, fabulous bathroom and the balcony and terrace were gorgeous, romantic dreams.
We will be back next year and likely every year. A massive thanks to the team for perfect start to our European holiday. See you very soon. THANK YOU!!!

Hi! My room was gor 3 persons.
1 double bad and 1 single. The Lady is really nice and che speaks english good! Try to send e-mail and she Will surely answer. Ma two sons and I, we were really satisfied eith that hotel! 👍😀Vanja
There is a check in desk. Ring the bell on the front door and you’ll be let in. It is one floor up. Very friendly and helpful people
My room didn’t have a fridge. There is a fridge in the common breakfast room which I guess you could use if the baby food was clearly labelled. I suggest contacting the hotel directly re your needs.
