We’ve just arrived back from this hotel and major holiday blues now! Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, modern and sophisticated. The staff couldn’t do enough for you they were amazing. We arrived early due to an early flight, although there wasn’t a room ready as check in not until 3pm, they took our bags which allowed us to head out and explore while we waited. They provided us with restaurant recommendations while we waited (which we booked the Italian over the road on their recommendation which was lovely!) and they even upgraded our room and gave us 2 free drinks at the bar.
Breakfast was great, small but high quality selection, loads of fresh juices, pastries and a small hot selection. The star of breakfast for me was the high quality coffee, the choice of nespresso or coffee machine (I opted for nespresso each time) and as a bit of a coffee snob, loved every one! There are even takeaway cups if you want to take one away with you.
Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh sheets, towels etc. I was a little chilly on the first night due to us accidentally leaving the air con on when we went out, we called reception for a blanket and it was there within seconds.
Location was perfect for us, away from the busy centre but within walking distance. Loads of great restaurants, bars, shops nearby.
We got the airport bus on the way to the hotel which stops a 10minute walk from the hotel (6euro each). We got a taxi on the way back which cost 28euros.
A big thank you to all of the staff for being so lovely too! They even walked us out to a taxi when we checked out. We can’t believe how great value this hotel is and we’re already looking at booking another trip to come back! Thank you for a perfect trip!

Loved staying at this hotel! The entire hotel had a cool vibe, it was so clean and beautiful decor, really enjoyed staying inside.
The location worked perfectly fine for us, it was a bit of a walk from the train station and to Las Ramblas ( 15-20 mins?) but we didn't mind.
The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, i hurt my foot elsewhere and they were nice enough to bring be ice packs.
Did i mention i did not want to leave the room?

First time to Barcelona great location and excellent service from front desk Jordi , Ana and all the others who helped us. Rooms medium size with excellent storage space great bathroom nice shower with amenities bed very comfortable and nice balcony with view of street below too cold for rooftop pool it looks very nice for summer months with food service there as well. Early breakfast buffet with good selection of food for a fair price. Bar below has music at nights and ordered a cheese tray and bottle of wine but full bar service with a more extensive menu we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked a superior room for 14 days, and arrived at 7 am, having paid for the extra night to relax after an 8-hour flight and to not wait for the 3 pm check-in time. We were very disappointed at how small and dark the room was. At most hotels when we have booked a room for 14 days, we were offered an upgrade upon arrival. Instead, when we asked to be moved to another room the reception staff told us that they did not know what rooms would be available after people checked out by noon. This seemed strange, as they clearly had a computer. On that and subsequent days they continued to tell us the same story. The reception staff also did not seem to be knowledgeable about things like tours and local restaurants. Every day we asked to see the manager to rectify the situation and they told us that he was not there. Finally on the 9th day of our stay we saw the manager, who moved us to the room that we expected to have, which was much bigger and brighter. He told us that he had been working for 12 straight days, so clearly, the reception staff were not honest with us. Upon arriving home, I see that the confusion about what room we booked seems to have been caused by the hotel’s website, which has different photos for superior rooms. Some are smaller with one window/balcony door, and others show 2 windows/balcony doors and a larger room. We thought that we had booked the larger superior room.
The location of the hotel in the Eixample neighborhood is excellent, with beautiful buildings, good restaurants, and no crowds in the streets. The rooftop Terrace serves some meals, snacks, and drinks and is comfortable in the evening. Unfortunately, it does not have adequate cover from the sun, unless one is sunbathing or swimming in the pool. The staff there were efficient and very nice. We tried to relax in the lobby lounge/bar, but unfortunately it has apparently been closed for some time, not noted on the website. We sought to relax somewhere in the hotel because when we arrived at our room at 3 or 4 in the afternoon after days of seeing the city we found that our rooms had not been cleaned and the bed made by the maids. When we spoke to one of the maids about making up the room, she yelled that perhaps we didn’t want it made up at all. The breakfast room is attractive and has a good selection of foods.

This hotel was wonderful. Clean rooms, water pressure for shower was great. We stayed for a week and it was perfect. The staff was very hospitable, the location is in walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would say no need to pay for breakfast because you can walk 5 min to several places serving breakfast. I mostly loved the modern decor & the music in the room made the stay feel amazing.

Consistently friendly and helpful staff. Excellent standard of daily room turnover. Rooms provided with hot drink selection, all toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, single use toothbrush & small toothpaste, soap, shower cap etc. Sanitary bags and hair dryer, towels etc. Room had x2 USB plugs in room so if you forget a 2 pin adapter it's not a disaster. Safe for passports etc.
Beds were generous size, big enough that we didn't constantly disturb each others sleep all night.
Breakfast buffet was good for all the family with cereals, variety of milk (Inc soy) and the usual continental and hot selection. However my kids mostly just sampled the generous daily cake selection... fresh fruit and salad daily available too. Coffee machines had decaffeinated as well as caffeine. Friendly staff and chefs.
Hotel is well located, a 30 min walk to most main sights (sagrada familia, le rambla, sea, gaudi buildings etc.) We walked to the carmel bunkers and park guell, an hours walk but easily doable for a family.
We had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel and found d the facilities food and staff welcoming and helpful, they are proud of their city.

My wife and daughter stayed here for 4 days. During this time it was my wife's birthday.
Living overseas I contacted the hotel and asked if I could arrange something to be delivered to the room for her as a surprise.
The hotel made a card, had chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne on ice waiting for them on their return after wandering the streets of Barcelona.
Oh, and it was complimentary. ..!!! WOW. Hotels in north america could take note.

Great Location, fabulous breakfasts, wonderful staff, especially on reception. Room ( standard, inward looking) was not what I originally booked, as Thomas Cook had to rebook dates after my original booking was wiped out due to Jet2 cancelling flights. I understand the superior rooms are light, airy, have coffee making machines, robes etc. Ours didn't, was rather small and dark, with very little storage. The staff, silent air conditioning, cleanliness made up for it.
My only real criticism is that despite a loosening of Covid precautions, the restaurant menu in the bar is still suspended, and closes at 10pm., roof bar closed, and no room service. They did give us a comp bottle of water, but 50cl., between two, just the one to last all week. And the items on the hospitality tray were very meagre. Very mean. Not sure how long a hotel can continue to claim 4 stars and charge 4 star prices, if guests can get no food at all after their breakfast.

Location is perfect, in the heart of Eixample, just 10 mins walk from several metro stops and lines (Hospital Clinic, Diagonal and Passeig de Gracia gives access to L2, L3, L4, L5 and local trains).
Room, services and staff are simply great. The rooftop bar with pool is really a plus and offers a nice view, especially at sunset.

This was a perfect place to stay for our trip to Barcelona. All the interior was top class, and the staff were really pleasant and easy to deal with. The location was about a 25 minute walk from the main square but that was really nice because you were away from the noise of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks

We didnt avail of breakfast at the hotel as there's a fantastic patisserie within walking distance on Carrer Arago (La Pastisseria). The pastry chef won Best Pastry Chef at the competitions in Paris.
My HP laptop fitted and think yours will too but it is a safe hotel and cleaners were lovely
