This is not a hotel, it is an emergency housing shelter. DO NOT GO THERE EXPECTING A HOTEL. This hotel was bad before it was switched over to a housing unit. It is now the hub of the city's homeless and drug use. They should be forced to change or remove the name of the hotel as it gives the city a bad name when visitors come to town and don't know what it is.

It is one a very few options in Mission - but does have the amenities like internet, fridge, microwave etcetera. TV is small and older and the room has a bit of the musty-motel aroma but all was clean and the maid service was excellent. If you are on a budget this is a good option.

There was long dark hair stuck to the back wall of the shower, a bottle of windex left on top of the toilet. The porcelein in the sink was extremely cracked, 2 of the chiars had stains on the fabric. I was so tired when I checked in I didn't complain. I guess I'm just one of those passive complainers that won't go back ever again. At least it was fairly cheap. Spend the buck and stay at the Best Western down the road.

I travel extensively in bc and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had regarging a hotel. I had a reservation here, and advised them that I would be checking in late. When I arrived the owner of the hotel was very angry that I woke him up!!! I assumed that a hotel was usually a 24 hr thing? He was extremely rude to me and my shildren to the point that we left and went to the Bes tWestern down the street! Worst customer service I have ever seen!

ZERO STARS! Arrived after flying around BC all day saving lives to the most ignorant and rude owner/employee. Because we drove an hour and a half from YVR to Mission as all hotels in greater Vancouver were full, we arrived 20 minutes after the 11pm checkin cut off even though staff were still there. We knocked on the door and we were told we were late and no refunds. I told him we were air ambulance and had been flying all day and just wanted a bed, he said no and no refunds then closed and locked the door on us! I would never recommend this place and will continue to share this review. Horrible staff/owner.

There was a choice of 3 motels in Mission, so we took the middle of the bunch - bad move. This place is way past it's prime. We tried to get in the door, and thought we must have the wrong key ( a real key !) because the knob wouldn't turn. Turned out the door was too big for the hole. We let the manager know, and he there in an instant, and a really nice man, very friendly , although his English is limited. He had to come back the next morning to fix it properly. We also had him connect the TV - for some reason, all the cables were disconnected.
Some other pros : coffee ( 1 pkt), fridge and microwave in the room. Decent beds, decent air conditioner. Quiet room ( in the back).
Cons : badly cracked sink, with lots of cigarette burns ( non-smoking room), and the tap was so stiff we really had to pull hard to get it on.
Stained carpet. Limited channels on the TV. Of three lamps, only one worked, and we stopped in at the office in the morning to tell the manager, but the office was still closed at 8:00 AM . We had to go to the office to get ice, and the second night there were only a few cubes left.
Some other pros : coffee ( 1 pkt), fridge and microwave in the room. Decent beds, decent air conditioner. Quiet room ( in the back).

I booked a room at this hotel last minute should have read into more cause when I got there the room was awful. I had bugs in the tub, a hair in the sink, there were cigarette burn holes in my blanket (in a Non-smoking room), the thermal-state was broken and stains on the wall. Everything in this room was out dated and breaking. I stayed for one hour before checking out where I was then told I couldn't get my money back because I had removed one of the blankets off the bed, when I tried to dispute it the front desk clerk responds was to threaten to call the cops on me. It may be cheaper then some of the other hotels in town but trust me spend the extra 20 bucks and go SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

We stayed here as a last resort as we had to be in Mission and the Best Western down the road was fully booked. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be " Dreary". The room was dark and grubby and we were only too glad to check out the next morning. Oh and we were charged a deposit on top of the room rate so the owner/manager? checked the room before we left and returned our deposit only after making sure we hadn't what??? made off with the tv?. Don't waste your money. Stay somewhere else.

After being given 3 different rooms, I finally got one that didn't have water on the floor from plumbing issues. Maintenance seems to be done by the owners or their family members, all of whom have never watched a YouTube video of how to do it but they try to repair some of the glaring problems here. On the good side, the sheets were clean and of fairly good quality. TV remotes had dead batteries, heaters for rooms were difficult to control if they worked at all, stairways to the second floor were decrepit and worn out, doors and door jambs were damaged and had suffered from possible break-ins.

It’s the middle of summer, so there is not a lot to choose from in Mission. This place was available, so we committed. It’s obvious they make there revenue during this time of year. I’m not sure how they survive for the other months.
The furniture was old and sparse. The carpet hasn’t seen a cleaner in years.
On the positive side, the gentleman at the from desk was was nice. The rooms were clean. And it’s convenient to restaurants and shopping.
